My favorite place on earth, look forward to coming here on a daily basis. Owners John and Justin are truly some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of building a relationship with. They truly know how to run and operate a gym and I’m thankful to go to a gym like theirs. Along with supplements from Underground Nutrition this gym has everything you need. Look no further.

This is one of my favorite places to visit. Paramount gym has created an awesome atmosphere to train, and achieve any goals an individual can aspire to accomplish. Great music no headphones needed, most of the time. Everyone training are very respectful, I’ve never had a bad experience when I stop in.

This gym is like nothing else for me. I’m so comfortable here. Everyone is friendly and helpful if you need it. Justin and John have done an amazing job making this environment clean and safe. The equipment is top of the line with everything you could need for ANY type of training. 10/10

I have been going to this gym for less than six months & it is always so welcoming & clean. The owners are always so present & willing to help if needed. I usually go in the afternoon & it’s never too busy which is great. I would recommend this gym to anyone who enjoys a lively environment & great music

Had been a member of various chain gyms for years and was excited when a gym like this was coming to the area, safe to say it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is amazing, great people, great equipment, and the owners are awesome. They welcome every person that comes through the door. I would 100% recommend anyone in the area to come try it out.

I must say first and foremost, when I heard about this place opening I thought it was going to be like every other privately owned gym that has opened recently. When I got there I was blown away! Very clean, state of the art equipment, sound system is 🔥, diverse crowd which is nice to see, and overall just a great experience every time I go. This is my home gym and I travel over a half hour every day, if you haven’t been I highly suggest giving it a try. The Owners make you feel right at home, very welcoming couple of dudes

This gym is the best thing to happen to this area. I belonged to the NYSC which was pretty much across the street from here. They never reopened after COVID and I’ve been a gym gypsy since. So nice to finally find a new home gym. From the layout to the lighting you are in an elite setting. The owners are great guys who really put their all into this place. It’s an added bonus that they teamed up with Underground Nutrition and offer their full line of supplements right in the gym. I don’t know but I love to support small business and if you’re from the area you must check it out.

I would highly recommend Paramount Gym! One of the owners, John is amazing, he is detail oriented, personable, and welcoming. The equipment is brand new and aesthetically pleasing. There is also several great machines for leg day ladies!! Also, they have Underground Nutrition in the gym, that supplies the best supplements to fuel your workout! Check this place out!!

Absolutely LOVE coming to this gym! Vibes here are always a 10/10. The staff makes every member feel like family. The gym itself is super clean with a wide range of equipment. I can not imagine being a member anywhere else.

Paramount is one of the best private gyms around!!! John and Justin have made this place a family, filled with kind and helpful workers. Some of the best arsenal strength equipment you can’t find ANYWHERE else. This gym is so worth joining for EVERYONE. Where do I start… Ever since joining the gym in may, I have felt nothing but judged and uncomfortable. The one weird worker with a rainbow neck tattoo is so beyond rude and stared at me for the entire time I would workout every single time. Not only did he stare, but he would blatantly talk about me to the girls that he was “training” if u can even call it that. Seems more to me like he just wants to look at them workout too. He constantly gave me dirty stares and made me feel extremely uncomfortable for recording when everyone else would record with no problem. I don’t know what his problem was but he needs to be fired. He’s disgusting and annoying and rude af. The machines are terrible and there is literally no options. I got chest today and there is literally only 2 machines. How is this dump still in business? Overall a sad excuse for a gym and the most rude staff out of any gym I have EVER seen. Will never be going back. Finding a new gym tm. Pathetic.

Hands down the best gym environment I have ever worked out in. The owners Justin and John have created a gym experience unlike any other I have been to. You have various machines that target different muscle groups as well as a turf area for stretching, sled pushes, and so much more. You forgot your headphones, no worries they got you covered. I can't tell you how many times I forgot my headphones or sometimes I don't even need them because they are playing hits. If you are in the area and looking for a gym to call your home gym or are just simply looking to get a pump in I would only ever suggest this gym!!

I really like this gym and owner Justin Caruso who really dedicates time to those looking for improvements in their life. Justin spoke at an event and shared his own story of personal growth. He is empathetic,understanding and develops steps for people to get to their goals. He has a clean, safe facility that is for those looking to work out and not be judged. I regularly see both men and women getting a work out in with uplifting music played. I saw their new T-Shirts and they Rock!!

I was reluctant to get started but the staff and the gym goers are super friendly and encouraging. It’s always clean with great music. Train with Justin, he is understanding, motivating, and you’ll see results.

This is the best gym I’ve been to. They have top notch equipment and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. It’s also very clean.

Amazing Gym. You will find everything you need and more at this gym. Powerlifter, body builder, cross fit they got it all. Owners are super cool always a great time working out there.

This gym has become my home away from home. Between the equipment, the atmosphere and the people this is hands down the best gym around. The owners John and Justin are always there to help you with anything you need as well as the rest of their staff. I personally drive 35 minutes just to go to Paramount, there are plenty of other gyms closer to me but none of them can compare.

Great gym with super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been in a lot of different facilities over the years and this is by far the best. They can help no matter if it's your first day or if you are a sponsored athlete... highly recommend

10/10 state of the art facility. The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable and do an amazing job at catering to all levels of fitness and health. The personal training is world class and would recommend a free consultation to everyone. The fact that an Underground Nutrition store exists here is just the icing on the cake! Currently a member of a chain gym in the area and saw this gym coming to life near my home. Met the owners and right away I could see their passion and commitment to running a viable business. Joined on the spot not knowing what it would be and today it’s one of the smartest investments in myself I’ve made. Great equipment, friendly staff, friendly members, supplements for sale on sight by Underground. Music is great and love “Tool” Tuesday for the early morning crew. Great local gym operated by people who truly care and listen to their members. Looking forward to watching this business grow and being a member.
