Great service and German was really really helpful. He answered all the questions and also help us make the right choice. I and my wife are very particular about this bed since our child is going to use it and I believe we were guided perfectly to make this decision.

Sales people are so shady! I went in with little to no knowledge of mattresses and foolishly expected the salesman (Mark) to help me pick out a good one. He showed me a few recommendations and I chose one I thought was comfortable. He told me that delivery is $119.99 so I said OK. What he didn't tell me is that delivery is FREE unless you need someone to come in and set it up for you which I didn't need and was never asked if I needed that. So I got home and looked up the mattress he sold me and it has terrible reviews, most are 1 star and say it's the worst bed they've ever slept on. Also the reviews mention a $200 lower base price for the mattress, which I was told I was getting a sale price! I called the next day and tried to cancelled my order. The salesman gave me a really hard time about cancelling it and kept trying to argue with me and was very rude. He even blamed me for choosing the mattress that he recommended! Then he refused to give me any kind of confirmation of the cancellation, told me to "trust him" which I found laughable. I told him to email me the confirmation but got no such email. So I went to the website and requested a cancellation myself. I got an automated email right away confirming my request. I feel like the salesman was just trying to unload a poorly selling mattress and he was dishonest about the delivery price. Don't trust this store unless you want to get taken advantage of and then blamed and argued with for it. I wish I could give these crooks zero stars.

Mark was really patient and helpful. He informed us on every single detail of the mattress and the adjustable base. He gave us as much time as we needed and stayed later than his shift to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We really appreciate his professionalism.

German helped me with a great deal on a Purple mattress. He was also wonderful to talk to and knowledgeable about the various kinds of mattresses that they had on sale and helped me choose one with which I am really happy. About the delivery system, I wish they followed their scheduled time or didn't give me one. I was given a slot for 14:15 - 16:15, but they called me up at 09:30 saying they're coming over in 20 mins. I was not around, but thankfully my roommate could let them in. I wonder what's the point of the time slot. That being said the delivery person was quite courteous and helpful.

Our son purchased a bed with Meosha a month ago. He raved at how nice the sales person was. After he received his bed, of course my husband and I had to lay on it. We loved it. We went yesterday to purchase our own new bed, also with Meosha. Knowing that we had to spend money, I was on edge. By the time we left, I was more than happy to spend money with her. We felt like we were talking to a family member discussing my back issues and which bed to purchase to relieve the pain. What an outstanding associate. Her communication and explanation about the product was phenomenal. If I have to buy mattress again, I would surely recommend everyone to see her first for best and great recommendations.

I dreaded going for years as I didn't want to be harassed into spending more than I budgeted for. She understood, and I wasn't pushed into spending more. In fact I bought a mattress and it was delivered a day later. The bed is very comfortable and the complete opposite of the old bed. I would highly recommend. Even my bird loves it there.

Where do I begin? Firstly Meosha was absolutely FANTASTIC! The level of customer service was out of this world. She was knowledgeable, polite, extremely patient with me when I literally tried 9 different mattress and was very undecisive. She exudes top tier Customer Service. She asked a series of questions that helped in my decision. I also LOVED the teamwork between her and Mark! They both run that store like a well oiled machine. I'm 49 yrs old and my experience at Mattress Firm in North Brunswick was by far the very BEST Customer Service experience I have ever had! Kudos to Meosha!

This location is one of the best I’ve visited in recent years. The staff was amazingly confident and calm. They had a natural presence about them That made me feel like it was more than the dollar that they were interested in. They both work so well together and never contradicted anything that was said. What a refreshing feeling from sales people!!!
