Our family LOVES our organic futon mattresses and pillows from White Lotus Home. We were a little nervous to buy our bedding online, but the process was smooth and easy. I had many questions and the White Lotus staff were super helpful and very responsive. They had a generous sale offer when we made our purchase which helped more than they can probably imagine. Everything was shipped promptly. The best part ... the quality of the products was superior to anything we've ever owned. (and we've owned a lot!) The best mattress l have ever slept on and it’s 100% Organic Material, its a little expensive but trust me it’s well worth sleeping on for a good comfortable sleep and your back will thank You I have just purchased my third mattress for my two children who also have been saying mom can you get another one in case my mattress breaks.

I have autoimmune issues and am greatly bothered by chemical smells. My tongue and throat swell up and blister with chemical burns. Yes I know it’s weird. I have a Dr.s note for an all cotton, no wool, latex, pesticides or flame retardant. White lotus house advertised what I needed. I was so hopeful. I ordered my mattress and waited…and waited….and waited. After more than a month it arrived! This mattress reeks of chemicals worse than any other mattress I’ve smelled. IKEA smells better. We put it in a back bedroom to air out. We opened the window, plugged in air filters for over a week and the chemical smell has flooded the house. My son and husband say it smells like strong paint fumes. They don’t have health issues, but can’t handle the toxic smell. I will contact the company. Update: The company did get back to me quickly to discuss and solve the problem. They can’t explain why the mattress smells, but they are trying very hard to make the situation right. Maybe something happened in shipping because the box and bag were very damaged. Note that I did not order the organic just the green. I also ordered two organic pillows that aired out better. Perhaps there’s a big difference organic vs green? I greatly appreciate the costumer service. It turns out they offer samples, different packaging material options and will even air out your mattress for weeks before they ship it. I did not know these options. This company my work out for me after all. Fingers crossed😅

We love our White Lotus Home pillows! We upgraded to a king when we purchased a new house last year and I knew I wanted all organic pillows for our new bed. We settled on kapok pillows for sleeping and we have the kapok contours in our shams - they are great for times when you want a little more back support. My favorite White Lotus pillow purchase by far is my standard size Buckwool pillow. It is so heavy and firm. I loved sleeping with it on my chest before getting pregnant (as sort of a mini weighted blanket), but now it is the best curved up next to my growing belly while sleeping on my side. I am hoping it will also double as a wonderfully supportive nursing pillow once we have our little one.

Ordered Organic cotton mat 2.5 inch full size as it has various uses and currently using as a topper for my mattress. I was worried about the smell as i have sensitivities but they provided me a small sample for free, i ordered it and it smelled like the sample. It had no smell, and i will order another sometime this year. Great product, be sure to ask for free small samples!

White Lotus Home is my go-to for natural non-toxic bedding! We have one of their mattresses (a dreamton), kapok & buckwool pillows & encasings, and body pillows and we love them all. I hope to one day grab a "beanbag" pillow too! There is so much to love about this company - not only are they crafting high-quality products right here in the US, but they are a family-owned business and I have only had great experiences with their products and staff - always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have been in the showroom a few times, but also connected with them via phone and email, and I've always been so impressed at their customer service. They 100% stand behind their products. For example, with our mattress, we had neglected to rotate it at all (oops) so after a year it started to develop a bit of a dent in the middle, and they were amazing in coming up with solutions to fix it. It's wonderful, in this day and age, to know you're supporting an actual family business instead of a conglomerate - and a business that also really cares about crafting products that are as non-toxic as possible. I bought a WLH Dreamton Boulder organic wool & cotton very firm mattress last year after suffering back pain for over a year after my 2nd COVID-19 shot. As soon as I laid down on this mattress in the showroom, the pain in my back disappeared. I tried all the other mattresses in the showroom and this was the only mattress that gave my back the support I needed. When I bought my mattress, I also got a free wool pillow. Strangely, other pillows bothered my neck so I didn't think I even needed a pillow until I tried this one. After months of pain free sleep, I haven't once regretted buying my mattress. I also bought a new bed frame which was part of the problem with my old mattress too. Would recommend Helix bed frames, very minimalistic, solid wood, no tools needed for assembly and wood slats straight across without a metal bar in the middle.

I love my buckwheat pillow. No more sleeping on toxic foam. There are only two genders by the way. I don't agree with your company being a safe space for trans people. Its a mental disorder that should not be normalized.

I've been a customer since 2007 and I can honestly slay, the best sleep I ever get is on my WLH organic futon. The lack of springs means that I don't feel my husband's shifting in his sleep and the lack of chemicals enhances my feelings of well being. I’ve purchased from WL for several years and their products and customer service are stellar. I love my Boulder bed which is completely organic and chemical free. I am allergic to chemicals and cannot sleep, or be near, a conventional bed.. Their organic truly is organic ! The covers they make, etc., are just gorgeous for the outstanding workmanship and fabrics. Love love love them

I bought a mattress and topper from White Lotus Home. The mattress turned out to be too firm for me, but I kept the topper. I give them 5 stars because I bought the items online and that's always a risk in terms of if firmness will work, as it is individual preference and no reflection on them. They have great customer service and were very helpful with everything. I hope I can visit their store in person one day! I found their return policies to be very fair and reasonable. They are a great company!

My experience with White Lotus Home has been excellent! They were very helpful in guiding me through a custom futon order. I got the green cotton & wool foam dreamton futon and it's wonderful. The futon is well made, excellent quality and very comfortable. I previously purchased a futon over 10 years ago from White Lotus Home and that futon has been very comfortable over the years as well. White Lotus Home is just amazing. We "made the switch" to a healthy bed and are so happy we did! Their Dreamton mattress and bed pillows are super comfortable. We miss them when we travel!
