I
have
been
frequenting
Milena
for
her
business
for
at
least
three
years
now
and
she
has
managed
to
take
me,
despite
my
asthma,
to
tackle
uphill
routes
that
I
would
never
have
imagined
I
could
tackle.
It
wasn't
magic
but
his
slow
but
constant
progressing
training
method
worked
for
me.
I'm
not
interested
in
going
to
compete
but
I
rediscovered
the
pleasure
of
feeling
good
walking
together
with
the
group
and
discovering
places
I've
never
seen.
It
is
a
"effort"
whose
benefits
you
recognize
and
which
you
can
share
with
the
others
in
the
group
which
is
another
characteristic
of
Milena's
way
of
working.
In
fact,
another
important
aspect
for
me
is
that
he
has
set
up
his
work
without
focusing
on
competition
but
on
respect
for
oneself
and
therefore
for
others
by
measuring
one's
own
strengths
and
energies.
Even
free
body
activities
are
set
up
in
this
sense.
Feeling
your
body
through
exercises
that
improve
muscle
tone
and
balance
makes
you
feel
good
in
a
psychophysical
sense.
In
people
who
are
no
longer
very
young
it
allows
you
to
work
in
preventive
terms,
limiting
the
negative
effects
of
advancing
age
(back
pain,
osteoporosis,
heart
disease,
etc.)
So
what
can
I
say...I
have
certainly
developed
a
positive
addiction!
