I signed up last year after many years away from the tatami. I did it a bit by chance, just to give myself a second chance after a long time... and I didn't think I'd be able to obtain the results I had then in a short time! Thanks to the extremely helpful teachers, who welcomed me with open arms from day one, pushing me training after training to get back into the game. This is also thanks to the large group of amateurs and athletes, who of all ages have created a welcoming and comfortable environment. Ho praticato Karate in questa palestra per vari anni.Ottima palestra per chi vuole praticare karate sportivo o moderno.Non viene insegnato il karate tradizionale,ormai in quasi nessun dojo viene praricato... Per chi vuole allenarsi al karate moderno o sportivo, è una delle migliori palestre,basta vedere ul risultato degli allievi. Maestri preparati.Il maestro" principale" ,Enrico,molto preparato nell ambito del karate sportivo,e moderno. Riguardo ai costi non pronuncio parola,in quanti potrebbero essere cambiati. I’m so glad I found AMF! It’s a great place to do martial arts but it’s also a lovely community. I’m an American student who was looking for martial arts in Florence, and this is the place to be. Classes are small so teaching is personalized and helpful. They have classes for kids and adults, from complete beginners like me to competitive black belts. Highly recommend!

A new gym dedicated completely to karate and ran by masters who are teaching this martial art from several years. Fastly developing, they already started getting significant prizes all over. If you'd like to live the real karate-do...that's the place!

Gym (or rather Dojo) suitable for children/teenagers and adults, with a professional and trained staff, able to satisfy the needs of both those who practice karate at an amateur level and for the most demanding athletes, interested in a competitive path. The environment is informal, without however neglecting discipline, which in my opinion is a fundamental aspect for learning martial arts, especially for the little ones.

Great professionalism and preparation of the instructors, excellent training of the athletes, with a lot of attention and care towards the preparation of children and teenagers, a sporting activity also open to adults (both in a competitive and amateur form). Karate is the martial art at the heart of this Dojo, absolutely recommended to everyone for its usefulness on both a physical and mental level! Furthermore, the location is perfect, thanks to the good connection to the tramway.

In this place you can find everything: your strength, your discipline, your spirituality. You can find teachers you didn't think you needed, but who become necessary.
