Really good spot if you want to try real street food from the Middle East. Falafels are amazing, taste home-made! Daniel, one of the owner, is super nice and caring. I really advice this place!

Best lunch options available in florence. You may think that when in Italy you should only have pizza and pasta. You need to try here for lunch instead. The light delicious hummus is to die for. I had the mixed plate and cannot rate it highly enough. Perfect for a day of walking around town and taking in the sights. The gentleman waiter is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet. A must The best!

I was in Florence for 7 days and nearly came here daily, because I was tired of pizza and pasta. The food is delicious. The owner is super nice, welcoming, has the Middle Eastern hospitality and will make you feel at home. You cannot go wrong with ordering anything off the menu. The falafel wrap is delicious. The fries are very good. You can order a falafel plate, with hummus, salad, pickles. I took some pictures. You can get takeaway or eat in one of the tables in the dining room in the back. The only draw back are the hours, but that is pretty much the case in most of Italia. I feel bad, I don't remember the owner's name, but such a nice guy. Also, the prices are great! I clearly recommend this place.

Automatic Falafel is a hidden gem in Florence, serving up delicious Turkish dishes with an Italian twist. I was skeptical at first, given the unassuming exterior, but I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. The falafel was absolutely amazing - crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. I also loved the hummus and pita bread. The prices are very reasonable, making this a great place for a budget-friendly meal. One thing I really appreciated was the waiter's recommendations. He took the time to explain the menu and helped me choose the perfect dish. I also loved that there is seating inside, which is hidden from the outside look. Don't get taken away by just the outside look - this place is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal in Florence."

After 10 days of eating pasta and pizza (in general carb overload), this place was a welcome sight! The host, Hamodi, was so funny, friendly and personable! Plus, they catered to our dietary restrictions (vegetarian friendly). Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a different cuisine to try in Italy.

This place is incredible and is an absolute must visit! The owner is extremely kind and hospitable as well, and we only wish we’d found this spot earlier on in our stay in Florence so we could have tried other stuff on the menu. We ordered two falafel panini, which is the classic pita stuffed with falafel, a spicy red sauce, vegetables and tahini. I can’t remember the last time I had falafel this good! The pita were fresh and warm, and the spicy sauce had the right amount of heat as well. We also tried a pastry stuffed with spinach which was most delicious. If we’re ever in town we’ll absolutely return. Whether you need a change from the usual Italian fare, or you’re looking for good vegan/vegetarian options in town, this is the place to go to.

We were so surprised to find this hidden gem serving up delicious falafel-filled pita and zesty hummus in Florence at a reasonable price. (I never thought I’d say this) but it was a welcome break from all of the pizza and pasta we’d been eating in Italy. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed near duomo. It was so difficult to find restaurants serving good food. We tried panino falafel, panino Frito and hummus menu here. The taste was heavenly. Owners were polite and asked for our preferences. So difficult to find such economical and good food near the tourist places. Would highly recommend to try this place to people visiting the Florence

I saw the high rating of this place and was skeptical that it is real. Well, folks, it is absolutely true and well deserving the highest stars. Authentic falafel, hummus and foul as it should and taste in Jerusalem. They also have amazing fatayer. Falafel pockets are awesome. Loved all what we tried.

This was some of the best street food I’ve had. The atmosphere was amazing with music playing lightly and kind people working. The food is very reasonably priced and the falafel wrap is perfect for lunch.

Good spot for a falafel panini especially so after being bombarded with tonnes of other sandwiches joints in this are. 6 pieces of falafel were tucked into a pita bread full of vegetables! We totally enjoyed our meal here. Oh not forgetting the good tahnini sauce that accompanies the falafel!

I have been in the area for few days and I found this on google map so I decided to check it out for some change. The falafel is amazing and it tastes like home made one, freshly fried and the perfect consistency and flavor. Very high quality hummus as well. Highly recommend it

Great restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. The place is very clean and most and if not all items on the menu are vegetarian and vegan. Not to discourage the non-vegetarians from this place with the menu but as a non-vegetarian myself this place is excellent and loved every thing that we ordered. The prices are super cheap and great value for money.
