Parlano tutti del lampredotto a Firenze, presto parleranno anche del SEITANOTTO. Prima volta mia a Firenze, non mi faccio scrupoli a gettarmi in esperienze culinarie nuove, ho provato prima il lampredotto presso un noto banco fiorentino e poi il seitanotto di Tano... buoni entrambi eh, ma quest'ultimo per me è stato di gran lunga più gustoso: già a partire dal pane si denota l'attenzione che lo chef ha per ogni singolo ingrediente che compone il panino, la ricetta segreta a base di tre funghi differenti, la salsa verde, quella 'pizzichente', tutto molto saporito ed equilibrato. Mi sono sporcato tutta la bocca a mangiarlo e ne ero felice, sbrodolarsi è parte dell'esperienza. Semplicemente squisito, così come il Trip alla Fiorentina, lo chef ci azzecca anche questo piatto. Ah, non l'ho mangiato sul posto, ho portato ben due seitanotti e il trip fino a Milano! Tano ed Ida sono stati di una incredibile cortesia e disponibilità affinché riuscissi a ricreare fedelmente il panino con il kit da loro accuratamente preparato per il trasporto. Insomma, non solo il cibo, ma anche le persone, la filosofia nella cucina, l'attenzione e la cura per l'ambiente, tutto concorre perché possa esprime solo un'opinione positiva. Lo consiglio? Credo di essere già stato abbastanza chiaro. Grazie Tano, grazie Ida, state certi che tornerò :)

Absolutely incredible. This is well worth your time. We loved it so much! The spicy was my favorite.

We went for an adventure on rented bicycles and although the ride was longer than expected, it was totally worth it! So yummy!! If you are in Florence, you cannot miss it!! Be sure to text them on WhatsApp so it gets easier! Pros: The unique system of delivering the food, vegan yummy flavours, happy chef and good prices!

Volete provare la tradizione fiorentina della trippa e del lampredotto, senza uccidere animali? Ebbene allora DOVETE venire da Tano... Sarà l'esperienza culinaria più incredibile che proverete a Firenze! Panini inimmaginabili, gustosi, croccanti, pieni di gusto! Goduria allo stato puro! Grazie Chef Tano per aver dato la possibilità ai vegani come me (e anche a tutti coloro che vogliono provare qualcosa di veramente innovativo) di poter mangiare in modo così goloso! Go vegan!

Finally made our way over and it was worth the trip! We ordered three sandwiches, one of which we ate immediately out of fear they would get soggy. We were wrong, all the sandwiches held as well as the one we ate immediately. All three were amazing and we savored each bite. I love the pepper one especially. Easy to order, super kind staff and a truly delicious sandwich.

Che siate vegani o no(e se non lo siete è un peccato, perché è BELLISSIMO) regalatevi l esperienza di un panino fatto di AMORE preparato dallo Chef Tano. Vegetariana dal '94 ho provato molti cibi, rivisitazioni e "prove" vegetali per riprodurre piatti in onore della tradizione, e vi assicuro che NIENTE mai è stato così genuino, avvolgente e gustoso. Il pane(prodotto da loro) è di una leggerezza e fragranza indescrivibile, croccante alla perfezione. I sapori degli ingredienti si fondono assieme in un armonia perfetta, che vi farà esplodere ed "orgasmare" le papille gustative. Per quanto bello "zozzo" di salse e condimenti come deve essere un panino così, vi assicuro che non avrete pesantezza né altro problema digestivo: Parola di chi ha la gastrite cronica e soffre appena mangia qualcosa di qualità scarsa! Tano ed Ida sono a pelle persone meravigliose con un energia positiva che non si può non sentire, questo rende l esperienza seitanotto qualcosa che vi lascerà le "good vibes" per un po', perché quando vedi quel paniere scendere accompagnato da un sorriso ti senti felice e coccolato. Con 10€ mangerete e berrete vino, birra, o kefir(tutto bio con vuoto a rendere... e l acqua è gratis!!) da Dea, quindi ripeto: Fatevi questo regalo!!!

Un’attesa di pochi minuti e assisterai alla discesa del tuo panino calato in un cestino di vimini da un balconcino arancione Che dire, non ci sono parole per descrivere la bontà di questa ricetta segreta! Indimenticabile! 🧺🍔♥️ E che ve lo dico a fare, ovviamente vegano 🌱 mangiate le piante 🌱

It works! Delicious food, great service and unique serving style. Travelling as a vegan can be tricky sometimes but Sei-Tanotto was a great experience.

The food is fantastic and a great way to experience authentic florentine culture. 😍My boyfriend even tried a meat version said this one is better! You can simply pre-order on whatsapp and the unique setup works smothly.

What an amazing and delicious experience! We loved all the sandwiches we ordered and the Happy UFO (Tiramisu) was sensational! Also it’s a simple and short tram ride from the central train station - highly recommended.

Must try if you're in the area! We found this place on Happy Cow and all the great reviews this place gets are justified. We didn't have a credit card, but the owners were super accommodating and we were able to order two incredibly delicious sandwiches. The balcony delivery is super cute and a lot of fun. Make sure to give it a try 😊

This place is magic. Food made with love for sure. Liked the Francesin best and the UFO dessert is so innovative and done their way to prevent waste being generated. Oh also its DELICIOUS. They also have dedicated waste bins for each of the materials they use ( none were plastic btw, only saw glass and paper) google should have a green rating for these places, this one would get top stars all around.
