I was curious to try a sandwich that looked very different and the staff being very nice and welcoming made it even more appealing. The bread was tasty and crispy and all the ingredients were fresh and flavourful but I unfortunately didn’t enjoy the combination of the one I picked in the list. I added some mozzarella but it didn’t help much. I wish the recipes include sauces, toppings, or more elaborated choices that wouldn’t make me add extras that drive up the price.

Delicious fresh paninis with great bread and flexible fillings. 6-8 euros a sandwich, perfect size to eat for lunch.

Come Stai is a chill Piadina spot in the center of Florence. With many options too choose from, I chose the Ben and was very satisfied. Very good flavor and portion, and the wrap was firm and delicious.

I got the #14, tuna mozzarella and it was so good!! The staff is super friendly and explained how they make their sandwiches and the types of bread. Highly recommend for a quick light stop for lunch!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was made in the oven in front of us. All of the meats were cut in front of us. Can’t rate this place highly enough. 7 euros is too cheap you need to put your prices up! The server from Napoli I forgot his name was exactly they type of employee you’d want. He was fantastic

The food is fantastic but the 2 owners make it extra special. Simone and Hisham made the experience memorable. They are super generous with their tradition of hospitality. We will be back for sure. Fantastic!!!!!

Great food at Come Stai: it is the perfect place to have a bite while visiting Florence! All ingredients are organic, and the special dough of the piadina is delicious! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. After dining here, you will feel energised and ready to see the marvels of the city. Totally recommend! We will be back!

Amazing sandwiches- the best we’ve had in Italy so far! Bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the tuna was seasoned nicely. Everything tasted very fresh. The people working there and the owner are very patient, friendly, and accommodating with allergies. Would absolutely recommend going here if you are in Florence and looking for a good lunch!
