Daunbailo’s is by far the most fun and comfortable bar in Florence. In a quaint part of Santa Maria and close by a short walk to other parts of the city! This is the pre game, main act, and after party all in one. Beckham is the bartender and he is great. Cheap drinks and a wide variety. I feel so welcomed here!!!

Such a great place to hang out and have drinks. The staff is super friendly and pour great cocktails. Live USA sports are on the TV if there so happens to be one on to watch. Watch Celtics / Heat finals. Bring some US$’s to leave your mark on the wall.

Great bar. Watched the Packers game here. Wound up staying an hour after the game ended. Bartender was hilarious. He kept talking in a fake Australian accent and I asked where he was from. He said Calgary and told me about how he used to watch Wayne Gretzky growing up before not being saying he was actually from Kosovo. Drinks were cheap and the well wine was surprisingly decent.

Amazing bar! If you are American you will feel right at home. If you’re not, you will still enjoy it just as much! Staff is amazing and drinks even better!

This is by far the best bar in florence. It is right outside my apartment which is perfect to get a drink any day of the week! Beckham and Kaitlyn are the BEST bartenders in the florence area. We always have a great time with a big group and meet new people here! The music is great and they always have nfl games on!

Best bar in Florence Wow. This bar is amazing! I came here my first day and was automatically welcomed by friendly staff. Everything is decently priced and their fries are amazing! I returned the past two days, so it’s eash to say this place is a must go. They also speak English fluently, which especially helped for my case.

Walked past & noticed the rugby, Italy Uruguay, match was on tv. Really friendly guy behind the bar, good at his job. Went back the following night to watch France v Namibia, bartender welcomed me back and was chatty. A good bar, great selection of on tap beers. Would recommend.

Best bar in Florence hands down! From the moment you walk in Beckham and Giulia make you feel at home. Great location across good restaurants and the laundrymat, which is how we found it! You can grab drinks while doing your laundry...lol but all jokes aside, great atmosphere and amazing drinks!

My wife and I had time to kill before dinner and we stumbled upon this bar on our walk. The bar was very social, which all starts with the owner. All their drinks are very reasonably priced, with classic American cocktail options and draft beer. Make sure you stop here and grab a drink or 3!

I go there regularly with my friends after uni or in the weekends for a casual drink. The atmosphere is always nice and very chill. The bartenders are all super friendly and talkative. Can confidently say it’s my go to spot

I come here almost every night because of the two wonderful bartenders kaitlin and beckham. they make the place truly special and are always welcoming, helpful, kind and make florence feel like home. cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a great drink and atmosphere.

It’s ALWAYS a party at Daunbailo. This is a local favorite of American study abroad students. It features a very fun atmosphere and one of the most endearing and welcoming bartenders you’ll ever meet in your life. We make it a point to stop each night we’re in Florence. Stop in for a pint, and you might stay the rest of the night.

Second visit here. Went for the football match which they had on, 3 big screens so you can see from anywhere in the pub. Barman was great too. Most importantly, good Guinness!

Kaitlin and Beckham are the best bartenders!! We live right next to the bar and go there all the time. We love going there and we always feel so welcome. It is the best vibe and the best place to hangout.

Strolled in here looking for somewhere to watch the F1 Canadian GP. Both bartenders, DeCourcey and Beckham were great. Good drinks for a good price & good conversations. Definitely not a “local bar”, but I visited a few times throughout my week in town and met English speakers from all over; the states, UK, Aussie, etc. great time.

Best Pub in Florence Every time I’m in Florence, I have to make a stop here. Staff are brilliant. Very friendly and to talk to everyone. Which you can’t always find here in Italy, even in Irish pubs. Great selection of beers on tap including Guinness Got the cheeseburger/fries and was very good. It was a big portion too! Even if I go here alone, it doesn’t matter what time of day, I always meet people to talk to. Which is why I love Irish pubs like this!! Thank you Beckham and Giulia

The most cosmopolitan Irish bar in Firenze......... Of the two Irish bars we went in, this was the better, made so by the friendly attitude of Beckham and Giulia - honorary Irishmen both! It was a quiet night so both had time for a chat, and very entertaining they were too. However, I've no doubt that they can up the service levels when required. We also enjoyed a conversation with a regular who worked close by - afraid I've forgotten his name, but there can't be too many Ecuadorians in Florence, so he knows who he is!

Best bar ever! Was looking for a nice classic pub to have a few drinks in the evening. Luckily was staying right next door and discovered this little gem! The drinks were cheap and nice, the music was unbelievable, the staff were so friendly and just great people in the pub. I hope to come back one day!

Home Away From Home While living in Florence I frequently visited this bar. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the staff was so fun and friendly. I had some really great times here. If you are looking for a good beer and welcoming enviornemnt you found your spot!

I stopped in here with some new friends I had met over dinner and ended up coming back 3 nights in a row because of the bartender and owner (Beckham). The place was great to watch sports but also had a great vibe and atmosphere at night. It was very easy to meet people in the bar that were looking to have a good time as it was very social. Beckham was a super awesome dude that was so welcoming and a breath of fresh air compared to some other places I had visited in Florence with lackluster service as it came across to me that they generally did not like tourists there but not Beckham! This guy was a legend!
