Sweet Rooms Eliana is a gem. The place is near the airport but access to the city is quick and inexpensive by way of Florence’s new tram system. The breakfasts are abundant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests are welcomed warmly. The best thing about Eliana’s Sweet Rooms is Eliana herself! She is a wonderful host and a special person. When we return to Florence, we will stay here again.

Lovely accommodation and breakfast near to the Florence Airport. Very responsive communications from them for making the room reservation and for booking their shuttle service (+20 Euros to be met by their driver at baggage claim exit). Clean comfortable room. Delicious ample breakfast.

Eliana is a wonderful cook and host. If you are looking for a warm welcome to Florence close to the airport, stay here and order dinner. The mushroom risotto in particular was one of the best dishes from our trip! Breakfast was likewise outstanding. Eliana showed our daughter around the small garden she created from scratch and our daughter asked for a picture with Eliana in the garden. We will be coming back on our next trip to Florence!

Lovely place run by superwoman Eliana. Very convenient to city center for duomo, etc sightseeing, train station, and airport. We had dinner here, which was a perfect farewell to Florence. Wishing Eliana all the best!

The host was super nice and kind. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Super B&B and, if you avail of the restaurant, food is extremely good and fresh. Cannot recommend it enough! If you visit Florence this is definitely a great place you should consider if available.

Eliana's personal touches make this a superb place to stay in Florence. She is wonderfully welcoming and attentive to the needs of guests. She keeps the rooms immaculately clean. She has equipped the rooms with dozens of thoughtful extras, like clothes drying racks, spare toothbrush and toothpaste, bottled water, and more. In addition to her abundant breakfasts, Eliana also offers a menu of delicious home-cooked dinners. The location of Eliana's rooms next to the tram means there is a little noise at times but it also makes it quick and easy to get to the historic area, the train station, and the airport! This would be our first choice for future visits to Florence.

Eliana makes this place special. She woke up early to make us a special breakfast even though we had to make a very early flight. She then helped us carry our bags to the tram station (which I very close). She makes you feel extremely welcome. The rooms are nice. Air conditioning works well. Internet works well. She gave great restaurant and playground recommendations. Would always stay their again!
