They make delicious breakfast sandwiches. Also recommend their fresh juice. After all that pasta and pizza you will consume in Italy, this place will give you a break with some nutritious juices.

We happily stumbled upon this gem + had to stop when we saw they had cardamon buns. They did not disappoint! They transported us right by to Copenhagen 😍The staff was kind and the coffee + other pastries were delicious. Highly recommend a stop + stroll through it’s sweet neighborhood.

A little hidden gem in one of the best areas of Florence if you want to experience calm and tranquility. Amazing pastries in Scandinavian style both in taste, care and presentation. Will definitely come back!

Its the BEST bakery and pastry maker in Florence. A gem we would need to invent if it wasn’t already real. Everything is carefully made and served. Fresh ingredients, elegant service, nice location. I assume that anyone who gave a low rating hasn’t really go to this place. I have been living in the area for about 30 years and honestly dreamt of such a bakery. I am just worried about it changing location because of so many clients that the place has become a bit small. I hope it will remain here, because it is a plus for the neighborhood and a joy for me to reach it in 3 minutes. I have travelled around the world and I can say such a HIGH quality and taste are difficult to find anywhere ❤️ They made a birthday super large bun for my birthday which was a joy for all of us!

Amazing! Best cinnamon bun I’ve ever had! The bun was super soft and perfect flavour! Coffee was also great and the staff were really lovely. So happy to find a little cafe like this like this in Florence with a quality bakery - so many other options I’m absolutely going back!

We were lucky enough for our Airbnb to be just around the corner from this lovely bakery and we were waiting for them to open on Wednesday so we could try it (closed monday/tuesday) and came every morning after until we left! The small bakery smells fantastic and everything is so fresh - you can tell that it’s all baked fresh everyday. I wish we had more photos but we ate everything so quickly each time we forgot to take them! The variety is wide and the drinks are wonderful. Would absolutely come back again if I’m back in Florence!

Let's just put it out there: Wild Buns is one of the most deliciously dangerous places in all of Florence. It's a neighborhood gem that is, luckily for me, in my neighborhood, so it's become a bit of an addiction (and dangerous only for my waistline and budget!). I have an unofficial life goal of trying everything on the menu, and I'm getting close, so I feel like a quasi-Wild Buns expert. Although my photos show savory items like their breakfast burger (yum), egg and bacon bun (yum), and salmon, dill and avocado sandwich (YUM x1000), don't get it twisted: My major weakness is their sweets. They have the most pillowy, fresh, heaven-in-a-bite pastries, from their traditional cinnamon rolls, cardamom buns, and banana bread to my absolute FAVORITE - the blueberry and apple cobbler buns. Oh. My. Goodness. Absolutely unbelievable. Get their sourdough--you just have to. Their beverages are great, too, from coffee to juices and so much more. The staff is lovely, even in the middle of a rush, because this place is always hopping (rightfully so--if you know, you know)! They are helpful, patient, and very kind, which makes this a top spot. The conversation you hear when you visit is usually filled with people talking about how delicious their food is. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. 10/5. Every single time. Thank you, Wild Buns. My taste buds and tummy are always happy after visiting you. <3
