I continue to train by following their constantly evolving and detailed courses!!! The feeling I had was that I felt truly confident in being able to transmit yoga to my students in an effective way. I have been attending this environment for 6 months which I have found welcoming to be able to practice contemporary dance even for a middle-aged beginner like me. I didn't expect to become a dancer, but I just wanted to move and have fun with music. Instead, I managed to dance some choreographies in a more than dignified way, thanks to an enthusiastic and engaging teacher and some young classmates who dragged me along with their skill. I didn't attend Yoga courses because I wasn't interested in them.
