Always have a great experience with the employees at this place. There tends to often be lines. But this is the case at most coffee places, so no need to ding a star for that. I think it's an expected thing. Great place, highly recommend.

I stopped at the high way 99 location about 10 this morning to get a coffee, I waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes, which was not an issue to me. A car pulled up to the other drive thru line and an employee promptly came out side and walked right past me to take that person's order. I wasn't really that upset about it, but when the line moved, I pulled forward to merge, and the employee ran up to me, told me I needed to stop and we were going to let that person go ahead. At this point I was already in front of them, even if it wasn't first come first serve the line still merged like a zipper and the person in that car was waiting for me to go because technically I had right of way. I asked the employee why she didn't come take my order when I pulled in but she could come running out to take the other persons order so promptly..she said she had to go grab something from Inside. I asked what happened to first come first serve? She responded with "well I took that persons order first so you need to let them go first." so not only is this employee rude but they are also not very bright. I didn't even get a coffee there at that point. I'll stick to any other location. How she even passed the personality tests and got hired is beyond me. The manager there must be just as bad if not worse.

Nice folks but my freeze had a few chunks of gross sticky slime in it, as if the machine hadn't been cleaned properly and the gunk got into my Cocomo 😭

I meet a very nice service Lady, who took my order. It was done fast even though had a lot of cars in front of me

A great place to get what you ordered. Like light ice in your drink. They listened and did it even tho they were super busy. 👍

It was very watery when I ordered my coffee first time but this was my 2nd time it was ok ok. Better than starbucks I would say. Starbucks is overrated. I would recommend dutchbros coffee.

My grandkids keep talking about Dutch Brothers this Dutch Brothers that so we stopped in there with my son on the way to see my mother in Washington State and got iced caramel macchiatos and they were great I can see why the grandkids Rave about it that other coffee chains it seems to be on every street corner better watch out. Dutch Brothers are here and I think they're here to stay. It's worth the stop and to patronize this company especially on a hot day and you want something cold to drink or if you just want a hot coffee. That's all I have to say stay safe and have happy travels.

I go to Dutch Brothers from McMinnville, Oregon to Vancouver, Washington. 99% of the time employees are great and 100% of the time my coffee is great. I go at least three to five times a week and every time or order is perfect. They have never made a mistake. It's my favorite coffee place. All Dutch Brothers had a walk up window.
