Worst customer service ever! Diego, the manager, says since they failed to write my name in their book, they couldn’t replace the 5-piece chicken meal that they had messed up. He said since he wasn’t the one who messed it up and since he didn’t take my call, they couldn’t replace it. He then said he was getting someone to talk to me and some kid comes to the window and says “I’m not F:)&- talking to you, bro!” When I tried to explain the situation. He told me to shut up. He then said he that was the Popeyes 5-star service. Diego came back and threatened to call the police on me after calling me a child. All because they failed to their job in the first place. I remained nice yet puzzled and question their ability to do their jobs. I drive a nice vehicle and have money sufficient to buy an unlimited amount of chicken. But this customer service isn’t worth anymore of my money. I’ll go to the other Popeyes down the street where they are kind to me. And I’ll be in to talk to Brandy about Diego and “Mi” about the incident.

So I’m called a LIAR, saying order was not wrong.. if you LOOK, you see no pickle sticker, and JESUS! What kind of quirt of Mayo is that?! The pickles soaked the bun and chicken as you can see. I had to throw sandwich away. I called, they said I needed a reciept #…. I was NOT GIVEN A RECIEPT! I said I was in drive thru 15 minutes ago… can you look up the chicken sandwich no pickles with blackened ranch? Can’t do that. I’m a liar. Bc I wasn’t given a recipet. I LOVE Popeyes. I HATE this location. Called twice, WOULDNT HELP EITHER TIME

Always love Popeyes. Best fried chicken around, especially in Oregon. The workers inside were super nice and helpful as well. It was the first day for the person working the inside register and even though they were learning, they were kind and asked for help when needed. The workers were nice to them even though they were super busy and had other work to do. It's always nice to see places were even when the tension is high, they still treat each other with respect and kindness. More over, where the customers treat these hard workers with compassion. Will definitely visit again.

I love pops but this place was kind of in a neighborhood that some folks might want to avoid. Plenty of individuals walking past and asking me for my change but I used a credit card and wud have prolly given them my change if I didn't. Place was kind of dirty inside. Service was ok but chicken was dry and very small pieces. My phone was dead but a leg I had was about as big as my thumb. And they don't have butter for biscuits.

Coming into the parking lot which by the way needs some improvement on the pavement. Was a little confusing finding the drive thru so I just parked and entered to a very clean place. Employees even looked clean and ready. They took my order and made sure that my order was right before they took my money. Food came out hot and ready. Customer service was great. May do drive thru next time.

New 10/23/23Allways great stuff at popeye's. Can't get it no ware else.just went bac what happened to the size of the pieces of chicken. THAY ARE SO SMALL WHAT USE TO FILL UP TWO BOXES FITS IN ONE NOW. I GOT RIPPED OFF THATS A LOT OF MONEY FOR TO LITTLE NOT GOING BACK, IT STILL TASTES GREAT BUT DARN!!! BRING BACK THE MEAT.........

This store is lacking integrity. I went to return my whole order because it was old and horrible tasting and they tried to short me on my money. She handed me the money and tried to take the receipt without counting it back to me. I was shocked because she was handing me cash and I paid with my card, but then tried to short me $10.00. I pointed it out and the manager laughed like you caught me. Then said she wasn't done giving me my money. 😳 Since when do we hand back money in sections... DONT TRUST THIS RESTRAUNT!! GOOOOOOO TO THE POPEYES DOWN THE STREET!! I went there after I left this Popeyes and got great, hot, well cooked food!!!!!!

ZERO STARS🚫⭐This Popeye's is TRASH! 🤢Especially the food dry, nasty, greasy, all breading NO chicken.. I said Mild NOT spicy. Can't get the order right SMH. You have 1 JOB. Staff is cool but management USELESS! Get ready to beg, and plead for your money back. As the manager Susan will make up POLICY as they go. Cheryl Bachelor(CEO) 12 Million net worth! An you can't run me my $14.99! Don't waste your money! I should have went to WINGSTOP. Or Lo'Rells Chicken is the BEST in town!!!!! Worth the drive. An get treated like friend.
