Providence St. Vincent Traveler's Clinic

Medical clinic Doctor Infectious disease physician

🫤 I went here after I was in a car accident. I waited for a long time, then when I finally saw the ER Nurse they just gave me vicodin & sent me on my way. They said I would get better with time, but I didn't. I think they were just too busy that day.

"You are the next person in line" for the call - on hold for 30 minutes! When I asked the receptionist why the one call took so long, she explained that there are 3 queues! Umm..That would have been helpful to know. Receptionist was rude, couldn't care less about the services or the people she was serving. The clinic is charging 1/3 more for immunizations than other clinics. Providence Health Services should be embarrassed of this branch of their operations. To think that you could have an experience like this in one of their "real" medical environments - scares me!

DO NOT GO. They lie and create policies to prevent people from going to their clinic. My mom showed up 15 minutes late to her appointment because she was in a car wreck and they refused to give her care. Then she called to schedule another appointment and they refused to schedule it once she told them her name and blamed it on a "new policy that doesn't allow patients to reschedule missed appointments". But the front desk receptionist Casey refused to show me a written form of this "new policy". I work in health care and know that they have to have policies written and in place and ready to show to anybody who asks to see them. If you cannot immediately produce a written copy of your "policy" then you are not in compliance of Oregon state regulations. Not worth anybodies time to use their services.
