Our
entire
experience
with
Hertz
was
a
nightmare,
most
of
it
having
to
do
with
this
location.
My
sister
rented
a
car
this
morning
for
noon
so
we
could
go
to
a
doctor's
appointment
for
me,
as
I
have
a
pretty
severe
case
of
pneumonia.
She
received
3
confirmation
emails
from
Hertz
themselves
and
even
had
all
the
info
pulled
up
on
the
Hertz
app.
We
put
the
address
into
our
GPS
and
headed
out.
After
getting
off
the
train,
the
address
given
to
us
BY
HERTZ
for
the
location
had
us
very
far
out
of
the
way.
My
sister
called
this
Hertz
location
and
the
woman
on
the
phone
told
her
its
the
wrong
address
and
this
happens
all
the
time
(then
FIX
IT).
My
sister
shared
her
name
and
information
with
the
worker
and
she
nicely
helped
direct
us
how
to
get
there.
After
walking
a
total
of
4
miles
for
what
should
have
been
a
0.5
mile
walk
(due
to
the
wrong
address
being
given
to
us),
we
arrived.
Doing
this
walk
with
pneumonia
in
the
summer
heat
was
absolutely
brutal,
and
it
hurt
worse
knowing
it
could
of
easily
avoided
if
they
just
updated
their
address.
My
sister
then
went
in
and
gave
them
her
confirmation
number,
ID,
and
credit
card.
The
man
at
the
desk
then
rudely
informed
her
that
they
already
rented
out
all
there
cars
and
had
none
for
us
regardless
of
our
confirmation
#
given
to
us
BY
HERTZ.
He
said
there
was
nothing
he
could
do
for
her
and
gave
her
a
stupid
pamphlet.
We
called
Hertz
official
costumer
service
and
they
pulled
up
her
reservation
with
ease
and
they
seemed
confused
what
the
issue
was,
as
their
service
showed
us
having
a
car
available.
After
explaining
the
situation,
the
woman
on
the
phone
said
she
could
call
this
location
and
try
to
figure
out
how
they'd
give
us
a
car,
but
we
decided
we
had
enough
and
just
wanted
our
money
back,
as
at
this
point
we
were
going
to
miss
my
appointment.
Due
to
their
negligence,
we
had
to
cancel
my
doctor's
appointment
and
pay
a
cancelation
fee,
and
are
now
hoping
we
are
able
to
reschedule
and
find
a
better
place
to
rent
a
car.
We
are
incredibly
upset
and
frustrated
with
the
entire
situation
and
hope
that
by
sharing
our
experience,
it
will
help
other
customers
choice
a
better
place
to
rent
a
car.
