Great little find. I’ll be honest, only stopped in as I was starving before grabbing beer brew supplies from the guys next door, but really impressed. Great coffee, quick service and turnaround. Brekkie wrap was great and the peanut butter brownie was indulgent beyond belief in the best way. Interesting selection of homewares and clothes also on display. Will be coming back when I have more time.

Stumbled across this deceptive cafe while waiting for my daughter to finish her ballet class. From the outside it looks pretty plain, but when you walk through the doors you'll find a much bigger space than expected! Friendly staff, great drinks, didn't have time for food but the menu looks fab. Local handmade goods for sale too, nice to see the support for small businesses. Will definitely be back!

Definitely one of my fave coffee shops in Perth! Often like to come her post gym for a coffee or scrambled eggs and also pop in during the week to do some work. Service is always great, coffee is great and a very kid-friendly place. Love the little store up the front of the cafe with local made products too!

The girls here are absolutely the kindest people, they go above and beyond just customer service. After being in an accident (in the carpark) the girls took care of me and the coffee was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful atmosphere right on the foreshore of the river. The food is impeccable. One item I had was the passionfruit and lemon tart - just delicious! I will definitely be back

The team at Peppermint Green at the very best! I had an "unscheduled" mini-meltdown today and they completely looked after me ... I even left with a smile on my face. Thank you so much ladies, you really are amazing!! The food and coffee is fantastic too.

Friendly fast and efficient service. They make good coffee and really enjoyed their cheeseburge sausage rolls and cronuts.

My usual go-to, a few Coffee's a week. Nice laid-back spot. Can be loud inside if busy. I'm mindful of going on weekends, as coffee is typically not as good. A recent visit I advised the staff the coffee was really weak compared to usual. There was no offer to fix it. So I asked if they could top up with with a bit more coffee. Staff member was very put out by this - i got quite a glare! It was not worth the response so in the end i just insisted on paying for it. $7.20 later for a large coffee (and still not very nice) with a side of poor customer service... Not my best experience this time.

Got a regular flat white it was huge more like a bowl and nice and strong. The quiche was very nice too very fresh and healthy
