    The best decision and money spent in my whole entire weight lost journey. Direct, to the point, very knowledgeable and if you dedicate yourself it's 100 percent going to work. Vlad is a great coach and knows how to get you to reach your goals. The rest of the coaches are just as encouraging, and making sure you succeed. Great place, great people, the best plan to get fit.     I’ve been working with head coach Amer for almost 2 years and my experience with him has been an absolute night and day comparison so any coach I’ve worked with in the past! I came from a history of coaches who had little to no interest in putting my mental and physical health first. As an athlete, there’s always the drive to want to be the best and win but at what cost? Not once has Amer neglected to follow up and ask how I’m feeling, putting my health as a number one priority always. Every single weekly feedback is focused on a pathway designed to not only physically be my best but mentally too! I’ll never forget a very specific check in where I had physically seen great changes but mentally had put myself in the back burner that week. It was Amer that reminded me that no check in could be great if my mental state was in the back burner. In 2 years I have not only lost close to 45lbs of body fat, restored a broken metabolism, regulated my hormones after losing my cycle for over 9months but become a stronger, better version of myself that my own personal coaching clients can look up to and learn from! I look forward to many more experiences with Amer and Hammerfitness in the future. If you’re looking for a place to change your life, this is truly it!

    I have been working with Magda for about 8 weeks and have struggled to even find the words to do her justice. Since day one Magda has been supportive, informative, understanding, motivating, empowering… truly the list could go on. I grew up as a competitive dancer and when this came to an end I headed right to the gym and have been a consistent gym goer ever since. It wasn’t until 8 weeks ago that I was properly educated on what to do in and outside of the gym. Magda not only creates a SUSTAINABLE meal and workout plan for you, but listens to you and works with you along the way. Magda has not only been a coach, but a friend and always offers a lending hand or a listening ear when you need one, all while giving you the kick in the butt everyone needs from time to time. Lady the F up and Magda have truly changed my outlook on not only fitness as a whole, but in so many other aspects of life. I actually compared my first progress photo with my most recent one today and was astonished by what our bodies are capable of in just a short 8 weeks. I wasn’t looking to lose weight, but to tone up and gain muscle and it’s EXACTLY what we’ve accomplished so far - my core is tighter, my legs look and feel stronger and I’m overall feeling much better in the gym. I will never be able to thank you enough Magda, you truly are the best!!

    Ah, Amer, the ever-busy yet remarkable individual! He's the epitome of chill and good good vibes , a fella worthy of my utmost respect. Whenever I interact with him, I find myself learning valuable things about the fitness . He's like that go-to mentor you can always count on, and his gym is simply the place to be for training. Trust me, it's a winning combination of knowledge and a fantastic workout atmosphere! He’s that boi for real 🙏😁 💪 stay lifting and focus on the goal 💪💪

    I have been working with Magda for the past 5 months. I started with her during one of the LTFU challenges and went on to do 1:1 coaching with her. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to learn from her and have her in my corner. I can’t tell you enough good things about her. I went from crash dieting regularly to being able to know how, when and what to eat to reach my goals. Not only is she smart and very knowledgeable, she truly cares about you and your goals. She will design your program to fit you and your life and follow up with you regularly to see how you are feeling. She is there if you need anything at all. I’ve never seen someone with such amazing communication. You are in good hands to help you reach your goals if you get the chance to work with Magda!

    By far the BEST GYM in Ontario with the most ACCOMPLISHED COACHES in the fitness industry. The equipment is top of the line , the atmosphere is unmatched to any other gym and the community is very tight-knit. I have been training with Amer ( the head coach ) for 6 months now and I cannot compliment him enough for his mentorship and coaching. He is very attentive to all the small details and puts in the time and effort needed to help his clients reach their goals. He will answer all my question / my messages and calls within minutes no matter what time of the day it is. The knowledge i have gained from him and progress I have made - i am just in awe . I am grateful for having him as a coach ! Thank You Amer Highly recommend all the fitness enthusiasts and competitors. My rating for Hammer Fitness would be 11/10

    When I first walked into Hammer Fitness gym I immediately felt positive energy and a great atmosphere. That is why I wear my Hammer Fitness shirt proudly. I believe in what they believe, and that is creating the best version of yourself everyday. I am working with coach Amer he is the best in the fitness industry to work with. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, non-judgmental and just overall awesome to work with. He listen to you, push you and get you the results that you're looking for. He have taught me so much and I am so grateful .

    Knowledge, Experience, Expertise and Supportiveness; what more does an aspiring athlete require from his/her coach? Hammer Fitness has been excellent in transforming my wife’s body not just through a regular fat loss process (which so many other coaching centres or coaches do) but get her to Win on Stage amongst a lot of competitors. Thanks Amer for transforming ordinary people and creating Winners!

    Best investment you can possibly make is to get yourself in good shape. Hammer Fitness are top experts when it comes to getting their clients healthy and fit! Start building your healthy habits with them! I really appreciate working with Jase and the MTFU team, to help me achieve my weight and strength targets. After initial consultation, they created a personalized meal and workout plan for me to follow. They constantly monitor and track my progress and make adjustments to the plan if necessary. I started seeing improvements within weeks. Definitely got stronger and leaner!

    I have been working with Coach Magda for over 2 months. I have lost weight, my waist is smaller and I am so happy with my shape. But more than that I feel so much more capable when it comes to my fitness. I’ve pushed myself harder than I ever have and I see the results. My mindset to how I approach fitness and nutrition has changed for the best and I can no longer see life any other way. Coach Magda has been there for me every step of the way. She’s there when I have questions or concerns and to push me when I need it. I would not have been able to make the progress I’ve had if it wasn’t for her. She showed me that I can push much much further than I ever could have imagined - only my mind is the limit. The experience thus far has been priceless as I go through this lifestyle and mindset change. I know she’s in my corner and there to support me and keep me accountable. This is only the start for me and I’m looking forward to the rest of my fitness journey with Coach Magda.

    I had the pleasure of working with Shane from Hammer Fitness as my fitness and weight loss coach from May 2022 to November 2022. I can confidently say that he is one of the best trainers out there. His knowledge and expertise in fitness and weight loss were outstanding, and he supported me throughout my journey to achieve my best results and transformation to date. Shane pushed me to go beyond my limits, but he was always mindful of my abilities and limitations. He created a customized plan that was tailored to my goals and needs, and he was always available to answer my questions or concerns. With his encouragement and guidance, I was able to reach my fitness and weight loss goals faster than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend Shane at Hammer Fitness to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and transform their body. He is a true professional, and his dedication and passion for his work are evident in everything he does. Thank you, Shane, for everything you did for me!

    My experience with the Hammer Fitness and Lady the F up team has been amazing. Such a great community to be a part of! The coaches educate their clients on a regular basis on everything they are asking to do of them. They keep your specific goals in mind and tailor your program to exactly what you are trying to accomplish.     I’ve been working with Amer at Hammer Fitness for my bodybuilding competitions since 2016 and I can truly say he and all the coaches working along side him want to see you succeed. Amers’ knowledge/attention to detail will have you on the most constructive path to achieving your fitness goals. The Hammer Fitness team environment is second to none, with people around who only want the best for you. If you want to make a REAL change and see REAL results chuck your ego at the door and speak to them.

    My experience with LTFU and my coach Debra has been absolutely life changing. I not only lost 20+ lbs and completely changed the shape of my body, but was also taught proper nutrition to fuel my body and most importantly mental strength. It hasn’t been an easy journey but through dedication, determination and discipline I reached the goals we set out for myself. I competed in a body transformation challenge and placed 2nd. Now, I am training with Amer at Hammer Fitness to compete in a Bikini comp and can’t wait to see what the future holds. Debra you’ve been my rock through this entire journey, tough when you needed to be but also supportive . You’re absolutely amazing, keep doing what you’re doing. You’re one of the best!

    After working with Josh I've been able to get some great results. Didn’t really know what I wanted but knew I wasn’t happy where I was. I've learned a lot about fitness and nutrition as well as improved my discipline. Josh been an awesome coach. He was with me every step of the way. If I needed something changed, he was really good at doing that. He has helped me push the boundaries of what I thought was possible for myself. I highly recommend Josh.

    I started training with Veronika for a 60 day challenge in January. I have since then continued my personal training with her. The support, accountability and knowledge she has provided has helped me lose 20 lbs. and this is only the start of my journey. This may not seem like a large number but the scale doesn’t easily move for me. She helps me to push my limits and keeps me accountable. I needed a coach to keep me accountable to my goals and to prioritize my health and she is always there pushing me to keep on track and strive for more. I can’t wait to smash more goals with her.

    I started my health and fitness journey with Coach Mal at the beginning of January 2022. I am part of the Lady the F up community and train with Mal at Hammer Fitness. I couldn’t say enough good things about this program. Mal is AMAZING and pushes me the perfect amount in a way that is sustainable and effective. I’ve lost 20lbs my first month and more importantly I feel so much better. Mal and her team are extremely knowledgeable and make me feel super comfortable despite being overweight. They provide constant support and positive reinforcement. I’ve done so many “diets” but this has by far given me the best results that are long term and realistic. I highly recommend this program no matter what shape or size you are. They are the best at coaching you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

    There are no words strong enough to describe Veronika from LTFU. Phenomenal, inspirational, and kind are the best I can come up with. She believed in me right from the start, and didn't hesitate to tell me things straight. By following her clear and decisive protocols for nutrition and exercise, I saw significant changes in my energy, outlook, and my body within the first week. Working with Veronika wasn't about weight loss for me - it was about finding my fighting spirit again. I feel re-energized and ready to face my health challenges, and know that with Veronika's direction and encouragement that this possible for me. If you are wavering on hiring a coach, don't waste another minute, prioritize your health.

    Have been working with Mal for about 9 months and just renewed for another nine. I came into this after a painful neck issue and since I’ve been doing this (plus some PT) it’s totally resolved. Mal has had me being the most consistent I’ve ever been in my entire life as she is ALWAYS checking in with me. For the first time ever getting my movement in is my priority and even something I actually look forward to. My life is pretty hectic and Mal has been super patient and understanding that sometimes i have to just do my best in the circumstances. She is dedicated to helping me achieve my goals, even (and especially) when I get on my own way. I would 100% recommend the LTFU program, and Mal.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel super comfortable to reach out at any time if you have a question or require more details, either be what meal to eat or how to do an exercise.     Josh and the Hammer fitness team are simply incredible. I had my doubts on the effectiveness of a remote training program, but these guys nailed it! Josh is ALWAYS accessible and has provided me with tremendous guidance all all things i needed - and even guidance on things I didn’t know I needed. From training programs, to form, to nutrition, mindset, motivation. He truly is an amazing coach. Real proof is in the fact that in less than a year, I had seen such dramatic changes in my body and mind, that I had at least 6 friends/colleagues sign up as well! Best decision I made was to join Hammer fitness, don’t hesitate!

    The experience I’ve had with the team at Hammer Fitness taking part in their “Man The F Up” program has been nothing short of miraculous. I had all kinds of nerves and expected to feel intimidated. That was all put to ease instantly after my initial consultation with my trainer Josh Copperband. He mapped out the entire process, was very honest about the commitment it would take on my part and gave me his word to be by my side every step of then way. It’s been 6 months and the return on the investment is more than I could have hoped for. Not only do I look great (people from all areas of my life point it out) but I feel incredibly healthy. It has also done wonders for my mental health, built my confidence and I have leaned so much about body composition, nutrition and discipline. Beyond my trainer is an entire team of incredible people at Hammer Fitness that breed an environment of work ethic, commitment and setting high expectations for yourself. Everyone that I have met on the team has always been welcoming, encouraging and eager to make sure I am at my best. I can’t say enough for what they have done for me and continue to do for me as I move forward in my fitness journey. This experience continues to be eye opening, rewarding and worth every dollar spent. I look forward to many more years working with this incredible team and I can’t find one negative at all.     Having worked with JASE for nearly 3 years, I can confidently attest to his profound impact on my life.     5 star all the way. I’ve had the pleasure of being part of this community for a year now. When I started I was out of shape, tired, weak and that translated to my every day life and business. Since starting with this community I’ve managed to get my strength back both physically and mentally. Through the guidance I received from my outstanding coach Vlad I have been transformed. The physical aspect is great but the mental game is a whole new level. Vlad is always there to answer questions about the process and takes his time in explaining things to ensure you understand. He has been encouraging and really holds me accountable which is the key. I call it a community because it is, when you go into the gym the other coaches are always giving you the head nod and saying stuff like “big changes man” “looking good man”. If you are looking for an IRON SHARPENS IRON type place. This is the spot! All around biggest 1 year life change I’ve ever had!     If you’re looking for real results then this is the place! I started with Josh as my trainer less than a year ago and I’ve not only externally changed my body but also internally. I feel lighter, better digestion, endurance and cardio have significantly improved, and most of all my strength has greatly increased. Josh keeps me in line and on track, the accountability and the consistency this program has provided me is exactly what I was lacking for the past few years. I was working out but not getting the results I wanted, but in less than a year my body has transformed and my confidence has sky rocketed. Thank you Josh for always keeping me in check, for teaching me the proper way of working out, and bringing a balanced and healthy diet/meal plan into my life. I signed up for 20 weeks initially, but since working with Josh & the team, it’s now become a lifetime membership! 10/10, def recommend it if you’re ready to step it up!

    I have been working with coach Magda, for 3 months now! She has totally changed my life. She’s taught me the food I need to nourish my body and which foods I need to stay away from. In following her program, I’m down 24lbs, and have completely changed my eating. What I mean by this….NO MORE BINGE EATING.     I worked with coach Magda for the 60 day challenge with LadytheFUp and I am continuing coaching with her after the challenge. She is the most knowledgeable and amazing coach I have ever worked with. I am so impressed with my results. I have never been this fit and feeling this great about my body in my life. She knows how to train you and motivate you in the gym and is very knowledgeable and knows so much about nutrition. My stomach no longer feels bloated when eating and I feel so much stronger. She is also so approachable and does not judge you or make you feel bad about messing up one day. She motivated me to do better the next day and pushed me to get to the gym on days I didn’t think I had the energy. I honestly can’t thank all the ladies at Lady the F Up for their amazing inspiration and educational videos everyday!     I just want to start off by saying making a choice to change your health and commit is a huge step. This is something I never had to worry about growing up, playing competitive sports, but as you age your body changes. With that being said, working with Josh and consulting with him before any activity was such a positive and crucial step in getting myself to where I wanted to be. Josh really took the time to understand where I was mentally, physically, and emotionally. This allowed him to tailor my experience in training. Though our relationship was short lived for two months, I’ve never been happier with the results dropping from 189lbs to 175lb in such a short amount of time while gaining strength and feeling great! Would highly recommend Josh as a trainer. Overall intelligent and great guy! Looking forward to working with him again in the future! 🙏🏼

    Started working with Jase five months ago. His online plan allowed me the flexibility to do the program on my own time and given my schedule and lifestyle, that was very important. Unlike other training and programs I previously encountered... Jase addressed all aspects of not really 'losing weight' but 'getting into shape'. The mindset in achieving the two is very different. In the short time, I accomplished what I couldn't in the past twenty years. Thank you!

    It’s hard to sum up and put into words all the positives I’ve gained and learned from Jase and Hammer Fitness! Truly life changing. The coaches are dedicated to their clients, humble, hardworking, quick to help when needed, willing to go the extra mile, and genuinely care about you as a person, more than just a client, and want you to be successful not only in life, but in your fitness journey! They are passionate and professional to their craft and it shows in all they do! 5 stars does not even come close to what they should be rated on this platform, but if 5 stars means the best, then they deserve all 5 stars, especially my coach Jase!

    I've been working with my coach Vlad for several months now. He and the rest of the team have been incredible in helping me toward my goals. I cannot say enough good things about Vlad and his knowledge and experience. He is always quick to answer any questions I have and will go out of his way to reach out and ask me how I'm feeling and what we can do to continue to make more progress. Anyone who is on the fence about trying out Hammer Fitness should just do it. You will not have any regrets. .

    Lady the F Up is by far the best experience I have had in regards to my health and fitness journey! All of the coaches truly care about their clients, what they do, and are incredibly educated and capable of addressing a variety of needs. Coach Lindsay has been the absolute best! From updating and adjusting my programs, to checking in and making sure things are going well- she has been such a huge support on this journey! I know my fair share about fitness, but having coaches specifically adjust and make sure things are individually tailored to suit your needs truly makes all the difference in the world! If you are looking to make a change in your life- commit to this program and you’ll wish you had done so sooner.     coming from a traditional background, I was impressed with the professionalism of Hammer Fitness. Working with Amer was a great privilege and the quality of work produced either in competition prep or lifestyle coaching was exceptional from start to finish during my 2 year experience. Amer not only cares about his clients progress in the sport of bodybuilding, but takes a holistic approach to everything to ensure each individual’s success! which is the reason why his clients succeed and thrive!

    I started with Debra Basch for the Spring Challenge and got much more than I expected. All the coaches provided valuable information along every step of the way that was informative and life changing. Believe me, you can do hard things, especially when you have the right coach by your side. I continued with Debra after the Challenge and continued to lose fat while reverse dieting. I’ve never experienced such a sense of freedom before. Eating more food than ever while losing fat and enjoying my summer. I’d 100% recommend Debra. She’s so knowledgeable, encouraging and never made me feel ashamed if I messed up. I knew I could count on her to quickly respond to my texts throughout the whole process. My only regret is waiting so long to finally take the plunge to work with her. It was truly the best decision I’ve ever made regarding my health.

    Lady the F Up and Coach Mal have changed my life. I have tried to get fit so many times in the past 9 years and nothing worked. My friend recommended Mal and I'm so glad she did. Mal is so knowledgeable and attentive. She has taken the time to get to know me and works with me and my crazy life to ensure I'm eating and being healthy. Mal is so easy to talk to, but she gives tough love too (which I absolutely need!!) I feel so much stronger and confident now. But I'm also so much healthier. I recently had my annual check-up and my doctor was so impressed with the changes she saw in me and told me to keep it up. Another positive that I have taken from this experience is that I know my daughters are watching and learning from me. I know my healthy habits are rubbing off on them.     There are certain people you’ll meet in your life who will leave such a positive imprint on your mental, physical and emotional well-being, and coach Janet is one of them. When I first started my journey with LadyTheFUp I knew immediately that I wanted to be paired with coach Janet. Having followed her personal fitness journey for years, I knew that she’d lead with knowledge, compassion and unlimited support, and that’s exactly what I received. While I originally intended on doing the lifestyle programming, coach Janet inspired me to tackle the 60 day challenge, reiterating that we would always move forward at a pace I was comfortable with. Her guidance and support motivated me to give my absolute all throughout this challenge, and her constant belief in me was incredibly uplifting. Her ability to provide scientific evidence behind the process was also incredibly helpful for my journey. Coach Janet’s approach to health and wellness is sustainable and is one that you can continue for life. There is truly no one I’d rather have by my side throughout my fitness journey than her!

    I have had an amazing experience with Debra as my coach! She helped me get back into shape post pregnancy, quicker than I was ever able to in the past. I am stronger, healthier, and look better than ever. I can confidently wear a bikini again and feel great in all my clothes. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get fit. My only word of caution is be prepared to do the work! You need to be fully committed, take all the advice, eat well, and sweat! Thank you again Debra- you’ve taught me so much!

    I've been working with Josh throughout the past year and he has completely shifted my mindset to be more disciplined in achieving my goals. I have surpassed my expectations of what I hoped to achieve regarding body composition in starting this program and only want to get better from hereon out. Josh has been patient yet effective in keeping me on track with my goals that I have now internalized for myself. As both a nutrition and training coach, he has equipped me with the tools and knowledge to make this a way of life and sustainable until I am very old. Josh has positively changed my life where I now have more energy, will and drive that impacts me on a daily basis both at work and on a personal level. He enabled me to achieve "the reverse dad bod" after I introduced my baby girl to the world. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Josh and recommend him for anyone who wants to be a better version of themselves.

    I’ve always been a health-conscious person, but working with Coach Jase has completely changed my understanding and approach to nutrition and exercise (I never appreciated the impact of macro-balancing foods). In just weeks, my body composition changed significantly, and I was on my way to achieving the body that I’ve always wanted! What I truly appreciate about Jase is that he holds me accountable and pushes me if I get complacent. For most people, accountability is the biggest issue with maintaining a health program. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months, while gaining muscle in the process (and I went to the gym LESS than I used to)!     I have worked with Magda now for 16 weeks and she is remarkable! She has created such a bond with me and lasting friendship. I know I can confide in her with anything and there's no judgment. The only question is, "How do we move forward from here?" My mental transformation is the bread and butter. It's where everything physical stems from. Magda has helped me realize the smallest details and helped me push forward. And all of this during COVID! Goes to show you can still push towards your goals regardless of your surroundings. Just need to reflect on myself, make myself the priority, and make it happen. I am more so in tune with my body and able to push myself farther in my workouts everyday. My mental toughness is improving weekly. I have better mental and physical habits and Magda has paved the road for me to reach my mental and physical goals. Thank you Magda!!!     I worked with on-line coach Josh (MTFU) for 12 weeks and was floored with the results. I lost over 25lbs of fat during the training and gained amazing muscle tone and strength. This was my first experience with a trainer in my life and I only set out to lose weight and get back to my 'normal' level of fitness. Josh made the training plan super easy and was very responsive to all my texts and emails. All I had to do was execute the easy and delicious meal plan and workouts each day.

    Coach Magda for the past 2 months has helped my change my flawed relationship with food, exercise and perception of my body and I could not be more grateful! She's really helping my fix the mental and physical problems I have had with myself for most of my life, and you can just tell she really care about what she does. She really wants you to succeed and will help you navigate a practical plan to achieve your goals while also helping to undo negative thought patterns that make progress harder. And the best part is you don't have to do a crazy 1200 calorie diet to achieve results but actually get to be fully satiated and satisfied (AS YOU SHOULD BE).

    I signed up for the Lady the F Up program and it was the best decision I have ever made. In 8 weeks I got more out of the coaching, and training then I have in my life. To be honest I was a skeptic at first, but decided to try it, and I am so very glad I did. It not only changed the way I looked, but more importantly this program changed the way I thought about food, working out and most importantly myself and my abilities to succeed.     Signing up for the 60 day challenge with LTFU was a great introduction to this brand. My coach Lexie created a custom plan that incorporated my (then) goal of participating in a triathlon in August. When the event was cancelled, I pivoted to a marathon goal for October and my current plan reflects that. What I find valuable are: customized workout plans, meal plans, response time and quality of insight from coach, and having a community that is very supportive. Excellent investment and highly recommend!

    Jase and the team at Hammer Fitness are professionals and know how to keep you on track and accountable. I have been trying for years to lose weight, look better, and feel better. It did not happen until I met this group. They are knowledgeable and provide aboveboard service. I highly recommend them.
