As
a
personal
trainer
myself,
I
know
that
we
always
have
room
for
improvement,
regardless
of
our
fitness
level.
A
couple
of
years
ago,
I
decided
I
wanted
to
learn
a
new
skill;
I
wanted
to
learn
how
to
box.
I
called
George
and
we
set
up
one
session
so
I
could
see
if
I
liked
it.
Well,
the
rest
is
history!
For
the
past
few
years,
I
have
been
training
with
George
twice/week,
and
I
have
fallen
in
love
with
the
sport.
The
workout
itself
is
fantastic,
from
a
skill/technical
point
of
view,
as
well
as
from
a
strength/endurance
perspective.
George
has
a
unique
way
of
coaching
his
clients
to
give
their
max
every
single
session.
My
sessions
with
George
are
both
fun
and
demanding,
and
when
I
leave
his
studio,
my
body
is
awake
and
my
mind
is
alive.
I
have
recommended
George
to
several
of
my
clients,
friends
and
family
members,
and
the
result
is
always
the
same
--
after
one
session
with
him,
they
are
hooked.
I've
even
used
some
of
the
skills
I've
learned
from
George
in
my
sessions
with
my
own
clients.
George
is
a
terrific
instructor,
coach,
mentor
and
trainer,
and
I
highly
recommend
him
for
anyone
at
any
level,
from
novice
to
expert.
George
is
all
about
health,
boxing,
fitness,
friendship,
working
hard,
and
fun.
Thank

and
I
