This place is amazing, the food is very flavorful, healthy, and I love the customer service.😊

So I'm a 29 Puerto Rican female. I party I go in ask for steak tostadas 8/7/2022 at around 11am the lady asks the young girl we have steak. Doesn't even get a answer then says no we don't have. Ok I ask her for a ham and cheese she walks away and isn't listening puts two eggs I'm like hope that's not mine. Im trying to tell her roll toasted. She has a nasty face ignoring me like I'm bothering her. I say hey just ham and cheese. She said oh you no say that. As I'm telling her the condiments like mayo lettuce tomato she's putting it on but I'm like hey but I said toast it and she said you're not telling me toasted and she just doesn't understand she can't walk away while someone's ordering food. Then has the other girl start preparing the food for me and I am looking while she's cutting the ham and they just throw it on the roll instead of heating it up when I asked hot. I see two customers that are Spanish walk in and she just greets them so kindly but it's making me feel like I'm doing something wrong with ordering my food and I said okay that's like not what I ordered and then they throw it on the grill with an attitude. I've been working with hospitality and customer service with fast quick Deli cold cuts for years more than 10 I can say I am still able to smile. Clearly she's a see you next Tuesday. Get it together come see me at Valhalla crossing. That lady needs to stop judging people.

I come up here to visit my grandma and hike the Kensico Dam. This is another great find! Cute little sandwich shop including breakfast, smoothies and Mexican! Love the Latin music they play. Not really any seating, but it's meant for takeout not sit-in. Only got a smoothie this time. It was FANTASTIC. I'll definitely be getting food next time. It smells and looks amazing! Great prices and very kind staff too!

Love this former deli now delicious taqueria! The owners are so kind and they make the best torta and tacos you’ve ever had!!! The new name of this deli is Panchito’s Deli & Grill. Newly renovated with cute outdoor seating and also a table inside. Highly recommend!

Panchito's is our new go-to Taco and Burrito spot. Francisco, the owner, and his staff go out of their way to be friendly and really take pride in their business which shines through in every interaction. The food is great, and we will keep coming back.

Good deli with more than just cold cuts. Authentic tacos and Hispanic influenced dishes. Breakfast is also good. People inside are very kind.

Authentic delicious Mexican food and their staff is amazing!!! They served big portions for their prices, you can get lunch and save food for dinner. I personally love their tostadas.

Awesome food. Staff makes you feel at home. Best deli around the area. Great option of Hispanic food especially Mexican. Their sandwiches and burgers are great also. Pretty much everything they offer is awesome. The staff goes out of their way to make you leave happy. Have worked around the area for a while and I am happy I came across this place. This is my go to for lunch.

Great egg sandwiches. Tasted like maybe they don't use soy-mayo like the rest of delis, either (soy on the top ten list of foods that are indigestible and horrible for your body)

There food is disgusting , nothing fresh…it took so long to put can beans together…how can you mess up making nachos??? The tomato with the onions were bad and smell spoiled!!! How can they even serve something like that🤮🤢 “Tacos al Pastor” nothing like it, stake tacos disgusting …the meat super hard and no flavor at all “suela de zapato” This place looks so messy🥴😷😵‍💫🤮
