Went to this hotel to visit the rooftop bar. The first time we were told that there was a closed party so we could come back the next day. The following day we were told the bar was closed because of the rain. It didn’t rain the whole day. I suggest the hotel gets their stuff in order such that I don’t make two useless taxi rides on a holiday visit to Paris.

My late July stay at The Peninsula Paris was a dive into timeless elegance. The hotel, located in the heart of the city, was a perfect base for exploring Paris's charm. The rooms were a blend of classic luxury and modern amenities. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the city, including the Eiffel Tower. The spa was a haven of relaxation, providing a perfect end to a day of sightseeing. Our stay at The Peninsula Paris was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and luxurious ambiance make this hotel a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Paris.

We had high hopes, expecting a high level of attention to detail. We were told that their concierge service was exceptional. We had the opposite results, unfortunately. And at the price point of the hotel, this was made all the more of a disappointment. (Concierge accomplished zero reservations for us in advance of arriving. While there, I made 1 request for a reservation for 5. They never followed through and when I went to the desk to check on it, they offered to make one but at that point I was too disappointed in the complete lack of service.) Positives: Room- was lovely and clean. Varying degrees of consistency for water being provided, but otherwise lovely.. We had a 6:30 am arrival, and they accommodated us and anticipated our need for a room early. Staff: very friendly and lovely. It was hot as Hades and they gave us cooling cloths in this cute packaging for us to take in our walks. Rooftop: this is where the concierge should in advance ask if the guest would want to go there one night. Give the guest a reservation. As hotel guests, get in line, or be sure to say you’re staying there so you hop to the front of the line when you see the host. It’s a disorganized process to get a seat. Well worth it, however. But uncomfortable and not a 5-star experience at all. Eco conscious No plastic for their shampoos and creams. Love this. This is a very pretentious hotel, but in Paris that is to be expected. I’ve also stayed at the George V and would say it’s a more casual elegance in comparison. Would I stay again? I would consider my other options first.

We stayed in this hotel a while back. The hotel is at the heart of the city with walking distance to many great places. The room was great with comfortable bed and pillows. It’s a great mix of luxury, classic, and modern. The views from room and restaurant was amazing. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and super polite. The food was also great. We enjoyed the brunch very much.

I faced with bad service twice Firstly my friend and I came to have a cocktail. The hostess said they had no places and they can not make reservations but we can come again later. We asked if we can wait at the bar, to order a cocktail and than go to the rooftop. She said no. It was rude - no opportunity for a client We came again and she said us it was going to be rained and so she is not sure she can take us to seat. But it was no cloud outdoor Nd people we sitting outside and having fun. We asked her to invite a senior manager and he let us go inside. After that experience I supposed just this hostess was a unprofessional. And today my another friend and I came again. A new hostess asked us to wait near the rooftop. There is no opportunity to order something. There is nothing. We were waiting for 20 minutes. All workers told us and to another guests there are no tables. Finally we were invited to sit down. And what? We were invited at the bar. While we were walking to the bar, we saw 6 (!) empty and cleaned tables. So we waited in vain. We left. It's all about the hotel’s policy. The quests are arrogantly been turned around, guests are waiting, guests are sitting at the bar without an order like the poor, but there are tables. Why is that? because we were two girls? Or because the whole policy of the hotel is not to care about the guests? This is not what you expect from a hotel 1500 per night. The worst service in Paris during my vacations ever. 0 points out of 5

Our stay at The Peninsula Paris was simply magic! It really made my visit to Paris an amazing one. The rooms are super luxurious and pretty, every part of the hotel is so well designed and beautiful including the gym and spa! Their restaurants are also incredible, you dont need to leave the hotel to enjoy an amazing meal after walking around all day in Paris. The concierge is also next level, they arranged the best places for us to visit and also offered complimentary Rolls Royce service two nights in a row to drive us to dinner! Magical Experience!

Faced an incident but it was quickly resolved. The hotel staff and management made sure to make up for the incident that happened. Thank you so much for taking immediate action. This definitely showed how much the hotel cares about their guests, will definitely come back soon.

Very unfriendly welcome at the bar. I was asked to wait, without additional delay information, then no availability. And my steward did call before on to ensure an availability, he was told it was ok to have me without booking, very unpleasant...

The Peninsula Paris is very nicely located, by the Trocadéro Area. Between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, you are sure to enjoy the scenery. The service is always amazing, the decor is marvelous and the food is great. The rooms are pretty small but it is the standard for Paris city. Really great experience.

Hello dear Peninsula, you are amazing! And I love you! That is why it has hurt my feelings built in several years of great experiences that I took a taxi called by the reception and the driver was a thief. Please work only with verified drivers because it damages the reputation of the hotel and it is not fair. Everything happening in relation with the hotel puts an impression on the hotel.

Had a wonderful time at The Peninsula! Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and the ambiance was delightful. The hotel restaurant was terrific—particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Definitely considering another stay in the future!

My stay there was easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The concierge suggested a bistro nearby that served the best meal I had in Paris. The Peninsula is located about a block from the Arc de Triomphe. This made access to many metro lines a breeze. I would give more stars if I could.

We had a fantastic experience here. The staff were accommodating during the very busy Fashion Week, and always got us reservations+. We will be back in Paris this week, hoping to get the same experience, although we are staying with family.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. We wanted to go to the rooftop bar and called ahead to ask if we could make a reservation. After the lady told us to just drop by, we went to the rooftop and were told that there was a private event and to try in half an hour. On enquiring, she assured us that we would get a seat in half an hour. So we went back down and sat at the bar downstairs - only to be ignored for half an hour. So when we went back upstairs, we were told that everything was now occupied - and we were back upstairs very very punctually. I am not only disappointed but also angry. I didn't expect such miserable service from a hotel like this. This was, worldwide, the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Sorry to say, but I cannot recommend coming here.

I loved the terrace, we are well received the team is very professional we are very well settled and comfortable and a superb view of the Eiffel Tower. I regret not having brought back a cigar to enjoy it in this pretty and pleasant setting.

I’m a travel agent. I visited the Peninsula Paris yesterday and was amazed at how well this property has been maintained- and improved - since my last stay at the Peninsula a few years ago. From the lobby to the hallways, the restaurants, rooms and suites, this property is truly 5 star and of the highest quality. We inspected a Rooftop Garden Suite. and I can’t really describe it’s opulence so as to do it any justice. And the views. From Montmartre to the Eiffel Tower, all Paris was at your fingertips. Also had the pleasure of having lunch at Lili, which was outstanding. Definitely worthy of a Michelin Star. One of my best lunches anywhere. No one will be disappointed with a visit to this grand hotel. Or with just drinks in the bar. Or lunch. And their rooftop restaurant looks to be amazing, too. Can’t wait to try it. I will return. Merci.

Incredible Hotel. The Service and Professionalism were top notch, 5 Stars all the way. My wife and I stayed here on our Anniversary. The Peninsula Paris went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. They surprised us with Champagne and Roses around the room. I highly recommend The Peninsula Paris Hotel.

Well located hotel near the Arc de triomphe. Rooftop with an amazing view over the Eiffel tower. Very nice and welcoming staff. A big thanks to Adriano for his friendliness and for his advice on cocktails. The tapas were a bit expensive for the quality provided but all in all , it was a very pleasant experience. Will be back for sure .

Very crisp & well kept hotel. Service is ropey and certainly below what you’d expect for a hotel of this calibre. I requested a few extra items from housekeeping via their “PenChat” which they claim to be a 24h chat service with Conceirge for guests. No reply across 4 requests. I then called reception and response was abrupt but I finally got some of the items requested.

I stayed in the peninsula hotel for three nights during my trip in Paris, it was a wonderful time and and it’s worth to stay and off course it is very peninsula. the restaurant call Lili tastes so good, thanks for their team work especially Tien who work on several issues that I was concerned about during my stay, let me feel that it was not only a five star hotel but his attitude and find the solution making you feel home away from home. One regret is the rooftop closed during my stay but hopefully will reopen soon for the guests soon. .

Everything was perfect as always, the rooms are amazing. Every room has all the comforts you need. Through the tablet in the room you can practically request for every service you need. All the people inside the hotel have been really really nice with us, as always, especially Tian at the front desk whom also help us to postpone a little bit the checkout when we told him we should have gone to the Restaurant of the Hotel on the day of the checkout. Every people inside the hotel was so professional and smiling.

Very disappointing service at the reception and at the restaurant. Nothing to do with Peninsula Hong Kong or Beverly Hills. The only 2 I visited. I asked to visit the spa and they lady simply showed me the way, without accompanying me. At the terrace at 11am, they refused to give me a table while it was empty. Perhaps because I am Arabic? Many nicer hotels in Paris to stay! This one is to avoid.

The restaurant l'oiseau blanc has to have been my all time favourite dining experience. Everything about it was incredible. The staff is incredibly helpful and warm. The rooftop has become one of my usual spots for drinks, great cocktails and kind waiters as well as a lovely view.

A great place for Sunday brunch. The setting is impressive with the Arc de Triomphe in sight. The food is stunning. From lobster rolls to foie gras ravioli with a wide selection of dumplings, an outside bbq section and the best desserts. And of course, the most amazing cheese trolley. The service and staff are making you feel so welcome and at ease.

The Peninsula is my favourite hotel in Paris to stay. Very good service, very nice rooms. The roof top bar is a truly beautiful place to stop by for an evening (or afternoon) drink. I also attended a wedding there which was extremely well done

Extravagant hotel Cost too much Everything is expensive Not for medium level nor medium high. Rooms are clean Service is excellent Service at the Cafe is bad, slow, and dumb. Receptionist, bottlers, gate men, and outside servant are the best I have seen. Location is good.

A brief end of day stop at the bar. Pleasant service, comfortable surroundings and interesting cocktails. What's not to like? (Apart from the adjacent table playing YouTube videos to their bemused colleagues.)

What an amazing experience ! One of the finest tea time we have ever had. The building’s architecture is outstanding. As soon as you get in, everything is beautifully set up. Very elegant feeling straight away. Both sucrée and salée bouchées where perfect. The hot chocolate is a must try. Our favorite was the lemon Bouchée which was a perfect equilibrium of flavors. Service was impeccable. Fully recommend it

Simply the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. We booked a deluxe room and they upgraded us to a suite for almost a third of the normal price. They treat you like absolute royalty. Just try not to fan-girl at any of the famous neighbors you may have on your floor. 😉

Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience last night at the Secret Table! I was a little unsure about booking it because I could not find any reviews of it online, but I am so glad that I did. Everything was flawless and perfect. The views were incredible, staff were outrageously friendly and attentive, and the food exceeded my expectations. I emailed four rooftop restaurants in Paris to ask questions before booking and the Peninsula’s restaurant was the ONLY one that replied. The experience was so so magical and I still cannot believe how nice it was ✨✨✨

I stayed at this fine hospitality establishment frequently whenever I am in Paris. The service , the facilities are impeccable especially the personal that work tirelessly to not only please me , but all guests as observed by me. The attention to detail and name and face recognition from the time you arrive at the peninsula’s front door until you leave is without exception. Each individual in every department, even those behind the scenes does their hotel proud.A special recognition for Madam Rana , in guest relations, there are no words to describe this amazing woman. Her customer service is exceptional, her energy and ability to please and make one feel welcome is a testament to herself and all that witness these fine qualities. Rana is the reason I remain firmly in the peninsula and have not returned to the competition
