Unfortunately what was initially a fantastic stay turned into a nightmare. On the second day I realised £450 had disappeared from my bag. Along with the money, my wife’s facial mist spray which was quite a large bottle. This was actually the item that lead to the initial suspicion. After searching the room for two hours it was nowhere to be found. Without jumping to conclusions I thought it may be prudent to leave some more money in the exact location I left the money on the previous night, just to be sure of my initial suspicions. After going for a wedding event, I returned to the room and we immediately checked the bag. £100 out of the £140 that was left in the bag had disappeared. After confronting the hotel immediately, I was assured the matter would be investigated. I was advised I needed to go to the police station to report this if anything was to be done. I was leaving to head back to London that day and told them I was unable to. Long story short, they initially told me nothing could be done unless I reported it to the police. After one week they advised as a gesture of good will they would transfer me the lost money but nothing could be done to the member of staff that stole the money even though it was clearly evident that it was that member of staff that stole the money that serviced the room over the two nights in the evening. Whilst I know one member of staff cannot represent the whole business, I feel the hotel could have taken swifter action after immediately notifying them of the theft from the room on the second occasion. It took them over a week to come back to me and that with me having to chase them. All that was offered was the money that was taken from me, with no apology for all the inconvenience me and my wife had experienced and that no further action could be taken with the individual. Be very careful of your possessions when visiting.

Le Bristol is a one of kind hotel and experience. some of the best food and staff in the world. they are able to help curate your trip and stay in so many amazing ways. we stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and they couldn't have made our stay easier with food, playroom in the hotel, and helping us with fun things to do for her. they also helped us secure reservations for dinner at some of the best restaurants in the world. they are truly a 1st class experience in every single way

Imagine putting on a virtual reality headset and choosing for everything to be perfect. My 85-minute Deep Energizer Massage with Janai was worth the trip to Paris in and of itself. The dimly lit room, the sound system, and the lush table transported me to a celestial realm of relaxation. Under Janai's hands, the mirror of humanity is fully unveiled; her grammar of the body reverse-engineers our primal vitality, structural vivacity, purpose, and harmony. At one point, I had asked if she was also the Bristol's osteopath. "Is my technique too hard?" She genuinely inquired. "No," I laughed, "it's because you're so magnificent. You're the best."

Went for afternoon tea. It was so disappointing. An hour for food to arrive, awful cakes and the clotted cream was sour. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress she wasn’t happy and took it away then returned to tell us she had tasted it and it was ok. We politely stopped eating and paid the bill and left only to have upset stomachs an hour later.

I had the pleasure of hosting a business meeting at Le Bristol Paris, specifically in the charming garden of the Antonia Cafe. The French ambiance combined with the lush greenery created a truly chic and elegant setting. Opting for a tea time, we indulged in delectable pastries and tea that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. My experience would have been a perfect 5 stars if we had the chance to savor the "retour de la cueuillette" dessert by Yu Tanaka. The hotel's location in a chic arrondissement, near Matignon, adds to its allure. The possibility of hosting an elopement, an intimate wedding, or renewing vows in such a stunning environment is truly captivating. Le Bristol Paris encapsulates the essence of French style and sophistication, making it an exceptional choice for any memorable occasion.

Great staff and location. However, the amount of fragrance they spray everywhere (including the gym!) becomes unbearable over a few days there... It's like entering an Abercrombie store every single day and it's quite off-putting compared to other hotels. They also have no kettle, cutlery or nespresso machines in the rooms, none, and no proper desk to work on your laptop (it's a small powder desk where your legs won't fit under, it's more decorative), nor comfortable armchairs to hang... A pretty room but not functional compared to other similar hotels.

Spectacular, luxury property 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. I was a few days in bristol after turning 3 countries for work reasons and I needed to relax. my room with a pleasant garden view was very well decorated with expensive furniture and an impressive chandelier. I also liked the consistency and high quality of the sheets ,spotless and fresh , the wonderful linen make a comfy bed more luxuriant; the bathrooms are also very sumptuous with double sinks completely in white marble. Staff friendly and helpful and above all multilingual. Superb breakfast with eggs and yogurt. the bristol hotel has the characteristic of being perfect for every situation, both for travelers who intend to visit Paris (for example, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées is just nearby) and for those like me who needed absolute rest. I believe that anyone wishing to travel to the French capital should consider this extraordinary hotel

💞 Hôtel Le Bristol is a beautiful in the heart center of Paris 😍 The employees are nice, correct, very quickly and helpful‼️ ♿🚾 For example, the toilet seat of the Handicap toilet wasn't be proper fixed. 🚻 We attended the manager, but she had arranged a mechanic to fixed it🍀💐

I never stayed there and that attended a conference with a friend. After that we get to taste their amazing food. It’s quite expensive and once in a lifetime experience. We ordered Confit de Canard and Saumon en papillote very good. I liked the way the waiter always whisks the starters plates and leaves the main dishes with a quick Bon appetite. They have amazing cheese flan as well.

We had a great drink at the bar, followed by a delicious dinner at the 114 Faubourg. The food was just excellent and Sean was so professional, kind and fun. He made this dinner even more special. The wine pairing with our food was perfect thanks to the expertise of the sommelier. Thanks to all the team and special “chapeau bas” to Sean. Coming back very soon!

We received the Amex upgrade, a double upgrade as it turns out, and enjoyed the breakfast daily - it was excellent. The room was large including the bathroom and the shower was wonderful. The pillows and towels were exquisite. We walked all over Paris from this home base and found excellent restaurants in the area as well. The nightly gifts are a nice touch, especially the chocolate edible decoration. The service is what made our experience shine, though. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, the doormen and concierge staff were constantly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

114 Faubourg is one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. The atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than many restaurants of this caliber. The food is outstanding, especially the pigeon with foie gras. Truly an amazing dining experience. And of course the hotel is incredible.

It's absolutely stunning hotel, the staff were amazing. The location and views were perfect. The fragrance around the hotel was rather intense and set off my asthma.

Exquisite Afternoon Tea Experience! I recently visited Hotel Le Bristol Paris for their afternoon tea, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional tea time treat. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and charming, creating the perfect ambiance for a leisurely afternoon. The elegantly decorated outside terrayexudes a sense of sophistication and comfort, making it a wonderful setting for indulging in delectable treats. The highlight of the experience, undoubtedly, was the delicious afternoon tea spread. From a delightful assortment of finger sandwiches to an array of mouthwatering pastries and cakes, each bite was a heavenly delight for the taste buds. Not only was the food exceptional, but the personnel were also truly lovely. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Their warmth and professionalism added an extra touch of luxury to the afternoon. Overall, my visit to Hotel Le Bristol Paris for afternoon tea was an absolute pleasure. I can confidently say that I recommend it 100% to anyone seeking a perfect blend of relaxation, charm, and delectable treats. A true gem in the heart of Paris!

Favourite hotel in Paris. Incredible service from start to finish. Well appointed rooms - very comfortable - beds are so comfortable it’s hard to wake up each day! Restaurants are great - Epicure is always a winner and well worth the hype. Also tried 114 which was more informal but the food was interesting and well presented. Breakfast is definitely a highlight - sets you up for a great start to the day - highly recommend

Great food well presented in comfortable surroundings. We ate in the garden, exquisite food. I had the steak tartare, very well presented and very tasty. Desserts were also good, so Good our table shared them around. Dining this good, comes at price.... Just don't look at the bill.

Recently visited Paris and had high afternoon tea here. The inside of the hotel and the cafe antonia are gorgeous. The staff were busy but very attentive. I was able to book reservations for tea via email, as they’re required for high tea. There was a good selection of tea, and each of us received our own pot and three tier tray. Everything was very good.

We hosted a corporate event in September 2022 at Le Bristol and we received a top service by all staff, particularly by our dedicated event specialist, Mr Rachid BAGUI, that applied the utmost professionality that one can imagine, for the entire event. All in all, Le Bristol is highly recommended.

We did not stay at the hotel but had lunch and drinks twice. Very expensive but worth it! Temperature is a bit cold inside but nevertheless the surroundings and privacy is very pleasant. You should try the dim sum!!

Elegant calm unhurried opportunity to have a glass with friends in the garden. Quite a treat. Entering from Place Vendome lends a spectacular arriviste sense of extravagant sophisticated living. Not for those on a budget. White wine 17 minimum Cocktails 30e plus.

In June 2022 I stayed at Le Bristol for 8 days. I had previously enjoyed meals at their 3 Michelin Star restaurant L’Epicure in 2004 and 2014. My dream was to stay there and have a luxury experience in Paris. We had breakfast every morning at Epicure, dinner there one evening. We had the “Midnight in Paris“ spa experience as well. So let me start by saying I enjoyed my stay immensely and I extend my thanks to the entire staff for a marvelous experience. Our room was a “Prestige” room and very, very nice. We had two outdoor terraces so we were very happy with that. We had the champagne and rose petals on our first night which was special. L’Epicure: this is heaven. Absolutely! I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed breakfast there each morning. Eggs were perfection. Once I let down my guard and had the French Toast (very sweet). Oh My God! Just do it! My sweetheart is a bread & pastry lover and there is no finer place in Paris for this. My dinner was Blue Lobster and thank goodness I took photos because I think the goodness put me in a coma. Now the spa: we had the couples Midnight in Paris experience as I said. Facials & massage. The therapists for both were outstanding and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I will say that the spa facility itself was minimal and in my opinion offers less of an experience than I would expect. A great spa day nonetheless. A bientôt le Bristol!

We have completed four nights of a six night stay here at Le Bristol Paris, as part of a weekend reunion with family from London, and prior to a week touring Bordeaux. Our last time in Paris was March 2020 when we had to evacuate Paris on the morning after the city had to close down all hospitality due to the coronavirus. That stay, while cut short, was centred on a pleasurable stay at Hotel Lutetia on the Left Bank. For this stay, we returned to the Right Bank and was looking for an upscale hotel, well located, but with a private quieter sensibility than many of the other upscale hotels in Paris. Le Bristol has fulfilled our requirements across the board. The hotel is beautifully appointed, exceptionally well maintained, and operated by an attentive, well trained team of hotel professionals. From front desk, to concierge, to food and beverage, to housekeeping, the service is top drawer. Really love the location of this hotel, along with the interior garden courtyard, which juxtapose convenience and privacy for those fortunate enough to stay here. Breakfast service has been a delight each morning and an arrival day dinner at Epicure, a gastronomic experience never to be forgotten. A couple of small hiccups in room related service were quickly and cheerfully remediated. Looking forward to the remainder of our stay and have no doubt that I will be highly recommending this hotel to others, and staying here again on future trips to Paris.

Service was truly exceptional special thanks to the concierge team led by Tony with a shout out to Guillaume, Helene, Gabriel and Fanny Room service was always on time and consistently amazing quality as should be expected from such an establishment. Room was always maintained to a high standard and all the staff were lovely and smiling. Thank you Le Bristol for making us feel at home and see you again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing and attentive staff. Everyone there is incredibly warm and helpful. I could not imagine staying anywhere else if I come to vacation again in Paris. It is a treasure and a very nice place particularly for a family with children. I would rate it six stars if I could.

A couple weeks ago, I visited the spa at Le Bristol. It was small and very well designed. I received a warm reception and experienced two good treatments. There is a small but well designed locker room with a ham man. I was offered a welcome drink and given time to relax following the treatment. I would highly recommend the elegant and jewel like spa if you are in Paris.

We came for the afternoon tea and definitely had a great time! They have super good sandwiches and desserts, for me it’s a little too sweet but still good with tea. The whole environment was elegant and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful experience to stay in this hotel in an excellent location close to metro stations, with beautiful spacious and well appointed rooms overlooking the Eiffel tower, and most of all I slept soundly, I remember well the large comfortable bed and the scented, smooth linens and of the highest quality. one of the nicest hotels i have ever seen any point of view.

A book would not be enough to describe in an exhaustive way this wonderful hotel that combines luxury and refinement: from the entrance the hotel is very well furnished, with numerous chandeliers that make the environment elegant; i was lucky enough to stay at the bristol hotel and i was really impressed despite i stay in about 10-15 hotels per year for work reasons ,both in europe and outside; A privileged location in a luxurious area, close to the lively and important streets of the beautiful capital, close to shops and restaurants. My thanks go first of all to the kindness of the staff who, although I do not speak French, showed themselves available: I honestly did not understand the subway with many lines and I had the correct explanations. My room was beautiful and well furnished and provided what a tourist needs and the ceilings are high and give the idea that the room is more spacious; and the bathroom equipped with all the toiletries; I also appreciated the shower with tub and the cleanliness of the bathroom. The rooms are really quiet, in what other bedroom do you never hear a noise from the corridors or other rooms? The beds are really comfortable: nice mattresses and soft, breathable sheets, very pleasant to sleep in and guaranteed not to make you sweat. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout. My compliments for the choice of top rate linen: it was spotless, fragrant, luxurious and silky like you don't see in any other hotel ; the breakfast was very good, especially the eggs, but I enjoyed the Epicure restaurant even more, I have been there twice: the staff was very prepared and professional, the dishes are first class with top quality food; this elegant restaurant also offers excellent wines, for me as a connoisseur, and fabulous desserts. to conclude this hotel is unsurpassed and says one who has stayed in hundreds of hotels

Great setting in the internal French Gardens that reopen after one year of work. Food was delicious and service was Five Stars. Waiters were discreet but always available with a simple glance.
