Stains on the sheets, bed rock hard, stinks of tobacco and I don't know what else in the room, damp on the walls the shower area is disgusting. DONOT BOOK this hotel it's a rip off, I've been in better hotels in the back end of nowhere in 3rd world countries

The location/front desk is great. But this place seriously needs to be cleaned up and have some renovations. The rooms are dirty and the bedding in mine definitely was not clean. The walls and ceiling were very dirty. The free wifi does not work on the 3rd floor.

I stayed here one night. When I got there, no one was at the reception which was disappointing but after waiting for around 20 min someone showed up. I did. get there early so they let me put my bags in the room before it got cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and the room was kinda dirty after cleaning. There where permanent stains on the floor and some hairs which isn’t great. The Wi-Fi also didn’t do a great job but the staff was really friendly. They even held our begs after check out. It was located 5 min from metro line 3 , super helpful. We did have clean towels and two bars of soap. That’s nice. If you are expecting a hotel like experience, don’t. It’s more like a hostel but shady. It did it’s job and the beds where comfy. I’m not sure if I’d recommend it to my backpack buddy’s but I wouldn’t stay there again. Once was more then enough

The receptionist thought we were italian..i hate italians😡 And now i hate french people even more!!!!!!!!!!!

It is cheap but more than enough for backpackers or budget travelers. The room that we booked was clean and quiet. We got our room cleaned everyday and they gave us new towels everyday. The location is very convenient because you can take one metro and get to the city centre easily. The hotel is really close to well known, affordable and nice bars where you can go on a date or go with your friends.

Turned up to find our "deluxe" room that we had booked 3 months prior was unavailable, so they put us in a smaller room. They refused to refund the difference in price, and when we argued it they could suddenly no longer speak English! This room had mould covering one of the walls, no towels or duvet, only 1 of the lights worked, the shower head was resting in the sink because it was broken. Night two.... our original room had suddenly become available... the "deluxe" room... possibly meaning deluxe mould! This room at least had an attached showerhead, however the light in the bathroom was broken, which meant showering in the dark. Location wasnt too bad, not the nicest area, but only a tube ride away from any of the sites. Also, no air conditioning so had to sleep with the window open and use airplugs as the street below was very noisy.

I gave one start because is not possible to give zero or below. The pictures on the site do not tell the truth at all! We arrived and we go up from this little spiral staircase, very difficult with the luggage in your hand. The first room was cold and the bathroom without any window! The TV on the wall with a broken controlled and on the bed listed of normal pillow we found two old sofa pillow! The room also had a bad smell so we asked for another one. Again the second room washed a bathroom without a window, the TV on the wall was supported by only ONE NAIL. This time no TV controller. The light was a little neon. WiFi didn't worked all the time. We managed to stay in the ""hotel"" because we used it just to take a shower and to sleep but is a big horrible NO!

By no means it's a five star hotel, but for the price it is worth it. The room and the washroom were clean. The lock was a little worn out. But the service was good. After checking out the owner offered to keep my luggage (since I had a night train and I checked out at noon so I had time to visit Paris without my luggage)

Is very dirty inside the rooms, the bathroom has mold and you can't sleep because the windows and door are on the street

Very unassuming property, don’t expect anything fancy. Stayed about a week in a room with a bunk bed set-up, but my friend and I chose to squeeze into the bottom bed because the bunk was very creaky. The room had bad ventilation so every time we came back, we had to air it out with the window wide open (even in 5c). You do get what you paid for though: Pros - Great location in 11eme (Oberkampf nearby) - Grocery stores & boulangerie & eateries nearby - Friendly receptionists (let us keep our bags there after C/O) - Big window - Hot water - Beautiful neighbourhood, really feels like you’re living in Paris Cons - Room was really really budget - Bad wifi (if any) - Poor ventilation - No change of towels/housekeeping at all in the 5 days we stayed - Narrow stairs only (a pain when you’re lugging big suitcases up 5 floors)

I enjoyed my one night stay here. The place is super clean and decent. Very nice and cool receptionists too. The room was a bit small but still worth the money that I payed. You can also access almost all the metro lines from this hotel.

This is a budget hotel, so do not expect too much. This Mays be just a step upward camping. The room was ok. Not too clean or durty. If you really need a place to sleep close to the Metro this could be one option on a budget. The bathroom light did not worked and there's no cleaning or sheets change on a day basis. The reception was friendly but only to a certain extent. Did not explain the key was supposed to be left in the reception or the way we could access the hotel's WiFi. The final day I asked to leave my bag a few hours to visit the city before go to the airport and they keep it with no charge.

Staff and location were lovely. Wifi didnt work, tv didn't have cable, we didnt get a duvet- just a duvet cover, water closet was smelly and moldy, sheets were stained, room was hot, and walls were very very thin.
