A grungy hostel masquerading as a hotel. Rooms are small and dirty. Bathrooms even worse so. Windows won’t lock and walls are paper-thin. Rooms next door play music until all hours. Hotel closes at midnight with no way to get in after. Had to check out after two nights because we could not stay there any longer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

this must be the worst hotel i've even been to in my entire life, they set me up in a room with 3 beds of which only 1 was made up. Clearly that was the bed i was supposed to sleep in. but they didn't even clean the room or the other 2 beds in the room. there were empty beer bottles laying around, some with sigarette buds in them (while its a non smoking room) and around another bed there were tissues laying and condom packaging. i'll let you fill in the blanks. discusting. i'm sure you can imagine the total nightmare by now, avoid this place at all costs.

schlecht, schlechter, Hotel gofeN!!!!

The hotel is a complete wreck! It needs a very urgent renovation. The room was very small, which wouldn't be an issue if it was kept clean; the toilet was full of mold, there were dirty tissues stuck to the ceiling (I've never seen such a thing in my life)!!! It also smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet was falling apart, every time you flushed it, it would leak and create a swimming-pool on the floor. The bed was really uncomfortable and uneven. The only nice thing about the hotel is its location, its close-by the metro. Over-all the worst 'hotel' I've ever stayed at truely without exaggeration.

After reading the reviews of this hotel the day before flying out my wife and I was very sceptical it's actually a lot better than expected, rooms were tidy and clean, not at all like reviewed, it's not a top hotel, but it's good and it's a cheap hotel! Rooms get tidied by the staff too during the visit! Overall not a bad hotel for the money!

Very close to the metro. Staff were very helpful. Room was okay, very dark. Best was very comfortable and clean. Shower was a bit small and bathroom. But a very good stay of 4 nights. Pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and fast food places very close by.

Price versus quality is absolutely great. I stayed with my friends for a week. We never had issues with any noise ( I was worried about previous reference was mentioning noise. Because of it,- first I booked for 1 night. Since it was no noise, I extended our stay to a week). Reliable internet. I have stayed at more expensive ( and more renovated) hotel before, but it was much more noisy that GofeN. Now I paid less for better sleep, and for safer area of Paris. Definitely I will come back. Super good location ( few minutes walk to metro or bus stops). Few minutes walk to grocery, supermarkets, cafe, restaurants, bakeries. Only 15 minutes walk to the biggest market in Europe for antique. Special thanks for great and kind service. Reseptionist Leila even let me to use her own sell phone for international call, (when I was informed about my father's illness).

STAY AWAY!! Yes you get what you pay for and we expected low standard, but... this is way below one star.. dirty, had to change the lightbulb in the toilet myself, broken toilet flusher, the shower smelled of urin, dangerous stairway... but OK location close to a metro. 1 star rewarded from me cause of location.

Very close to subway and great food. Very cramped stairway, shower right next to room door, sort of dirty. Would not highly recommend unless you are on a tight budget. 2.5 stars.
