Anthony at Mr Minit Forest Lake has saved a pair of boots I absolutely love!! After 15 yrs of wear and another repairer ruining them Anthony completely rebuilt them and when the right heel couldn’t be found he researched it with the manufacturer and built me new heels!! They look like new, feel amazing and I am so grateful he saved them for me and I can look forward to wearing them for another 15yrs!! Thank you so much! You are a craftsman!!

Terrific service at Mr Minit Forest Lake with our recent engraving of wedding gifts and wedding plaque. Very quick service, and they sent photos as the job was being done so we could see what was proposed before the engraving started. Great value. Great service.

I needed a plaque engraved with Vietnamese and was told by many places that they were unable to help. Anthony over at Mister Minit Forest Lake was the only person who took the time to try make it work for us. Anthony was awesome. Nice, polite and helped me engrave my keychains exactly how I wanted. He also gave me a really cute gift box for the keychain gift I got. I definitely recommend this store/ his services. 10/10!!

Anthony has done an absolutely fantastic job on restoring my RM Williams boots. He’s repaired 2 black pairs and almost completely rebuilt my brown pair, bringing them back from the brink! These blokes at the Forest Lake store are brilliant craftsmen and have a truly passionate service ethic!

Great service getting a gold pendant laser-engraved with my initials/logo. Appreciated the communication and a test done to show me how it would look, including confirming details such as space around the border with photos sent throughout. Quick turnaround and was nicely surprised to get the test piece as well.

Mr Minit at Forest Lake recently cut some keys and engraved a few name plates for my husband. They were very approachable and provided prompt service. I even had to get a name plate redone due to my own error and they were very understandable and re-engraved a new name plate straight away. Had a second key cut for my car today (21/10/23) and Anthony and his crew were awesome, got the key cut, the number needed to have another key cut, just incase I lost both keys,they were very curious and very helpful in every manner... recommend them very highly

Anthony was incredibly helpful in choosing the plaques I needed for gifts for work. We brainstormed sizes and fonts and with his expertise we got the perfect one. I then had to come back to get another the next day and he had saved my file so it made getting a new one so easy! Will definitely be trusting Anthony with any future engraving jobs!
