Very caring place to take your animals. They really do have love for them. Very nice staff. I had to put my 14 year old Rottweiler down and the staff made it easier. Actually comforted us and my dog as we put her to rest. I truly recommend this place if you care about your pet.

Have been taking my cat Leonardo (Leo) here for years. They have taken such good care of him, and recently helped get him back to his normal self after a nasty illness. Will always recommend as they truly care about your pet’s wellbeing.

The doctors and staff here are AMAZING! Highly recommend. Elena is one of the vet techs and she treated our dog, Scrappy, amazing. He loved her and her love of him and animals truly shows. All our interactions with this vet office and have gone above and beyond.

I needed an appointment for my 15 year old dog who was vomiting and lethargic. My regular vet couldn't get me in until 5 days later. I used Wise Rd for years until I moved away. I called them and had an appointment with 30 minutes even tho they were very busy. I waited about 10 minutes but they saw my dog,examined her, gave me medication and spent time with us explaining what to do when we got home. Thank you, Wise Road drs., and staff.

The nurse and the doctor explained everything with amazing details To me Treated my baby with so much care and love They gave him medication And this morning my baby is doing much better Thank youuu

I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from reception. Dr. Pfeiffer was amazing when handling our kitten, but we have rescheduled his neuter procedure 3 separate times. He was supposed to come in on the 6th for his procedure, which is the latest they would honor his blood work, and the doctor is injured and unable to complete the procedure. Now we spent 3 months waiting on appointments for him to get fixed, and now we have to completely restart because no other places will honor his blood work since it was done so long ago. Obviously life happens and people get hurt or sick, but it’s been ridiculous trying to work with them because I don’t get a call until the day before he’s supposed to have his procedure. The blonde vet tech (I believe her name is Natalie) just seems to not care. Update: they did reach out and make things right, I missed a call while I was at work from Dr. DeCraene who was very apologetic and understanding. We were able to get our kitty scheduled somewhere else that was recommended to us.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ve been bringing our pets here for over 30 years. These are compassionate, knowledgeable people and I heartily recommend you do your animals a favor and visit Wise Road Animal Hospital.

The vets and staff have been absolutely wonderful with the care of my 2 dachshunds and recently adopted lab. They really do care about animals and their owners, treating us like family. The best vets I have had for my furbabies! They have all been compassionate and very supportive, especially during the past few weeks when my dachshunds have both had complex health issues that required frequent visits and phone updates. I highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience visiting Dr. Pfeiffer with our newly adopted dog last week!! She walked us through everything we needed to know about vaccines, preventative care, food recomendations, and more. We really feel like we are in good hands with our fur baby and we are very satisfied with this establishment.

Absolutely amazing vets! I unfortunately have a dog who has terrible allergies and is frequently at the vet. Both Dr. DeCrane a and Dr. Pfeiffer are so kind and truly care. They make sure to explain the why's and why not for prescriptions or tests they may or may not recommend. I highly recommend this vet to anyone.
