This Starbucks was my go-to location almost ever morning while staying in this neighborhood. The staff is always super energetic and welcoming, helpful and very friendly overall. They make sure to serve you in the quickest and best way possible, no matter your order or the time of the day. The location is also great: a beautiful mural by the artist Ola Volo features prominently as you enter. There’s enough space to sit down and make plans for the day in an upstairs area. 5/5

A nice coffee store near penn station 🚉.

Whooooow the POSITIVE ENERGY in this place! with so much noise happening in our every day lives and in this world my mind was drained this morning. The warm welcome from the moment I walked in was enough to wake me up before I even got my coffee ! from the cashier to the pick up station just flawless service! and for the baristas who made my cappuccino, I tasted the love. I’ve will definitely be back again. Thank you for your hard work and your positive attitudes you were the highlight of my day.

This Starbucks is so lovely it's unreal! My London Fog with oat milk was perfect, but that wasn't all that was perfect. This Starbucks is so clean, the baristas so friendly. It's like stepping into an alternative universe, "Toto, I have a feeling we're not in New York City anymore..." But what really put this place over the top was the fact that, near the napkin dispensers, the Store Manager, Zasha, wrote a very personal welcome to customers, on display in an acrylic sign holder. Not only did she warmly welcome customers, but she also told us a little about herself. She shared her current go-to Starbucks drink, her favorite color, the types of books she likes to read, and what she likes to do in her spare time. So cute! Obviously, Starbucks is a mega, international franchise, but clearly this Store Manager is doing her best to give this location a more personal feel and it shows.

Pretty much any Starbucks in NYC is amazing. Staff are friendly, and genuinely seem happy to be working at their jobs. The staff at this particular location were so friendly, joyful and kind it made my day to get a Chai made with love from them. Thank you! ❤️

This is for sure one of the cleanest and most organized Starbucks in the island of Manhattan I've been to. Big shoutout to this super friendly and efficient team. Even during rush hours I don't think I've waited more than 10 minutes to order and get my coffee and food. I've never ordered to stay, neither had to use the restrooms at this location so I cannot speak about these. This staff makes me feel like I want to keep coming back. Their WiFi is also very reliable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my favorites particular because of the staff. The only Starbucks the team greets everyone by saying Welcome and they make each encounter personal and pleasant.

This Starbucks is very slow. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, despite the fact that it wasn’t even crowded. The service seemed nice, but the speed was a huge issue. The nitro cold brew, usually my favorite beverage, tasted horrible and old. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks.

just now NEW I had from my African whole customers they serve dog and slavery food. Making employee personal work for $2 value by taxing them with arrogant customers and Nostrand. It come with no surprise they judge in a small common way base on you sickness and illusion they don't care about other wealths they had forgotten about countries wealth. Great Starbucks that has efficiency on a roll. Great staff that was friendly and moved things along. Selection was standard. Prices are also standard. Love the second floor sitting area. Service was excellent. Cleanliness was good. Overall I had a good experience here.

When I was here, I saw that this location had won Top Store in Customer Experience, and I can see why!! The staff was so friendly and polite, and when they were out of an ingredient for my drink, they made a good suggestion for a replacement and didn’t charge me for it! You can tell that they work well together as a team - they’re very efficient! I also love the upstairs seating area. Shoutout to Renna (I think that was her name) who took my order! The sweetest gal.

Amazing warm greetings even when they making the drinks, they're still greeting you. When you come in very it's just all positive vibes I would definitely come back here again.

Nice place with quick and accurate service, especially for being on 7th Avenue. There's an upstairs and a downstairs which helps with some privacy and social distancing. Unfortunately, no rest room I noticed, so I went back to the parking garage we were parked in. Very polite and friendly staff, they even brought around samples of the chestnut praline latte that's on special.

I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I make it a point to stop here. The manager and her team are incredibly positive, the music is always a vibe and they make great recommendations on tweaks to my usual. One of the employees remembered my name after I’d only been there once and it felt really nice. I always tip to show my appreciation. I hope the employees are treated fairly by the company. They bust their tails for so many busy patrons daily on a pretty hectic block. I can see how much pride the manager takes in her store. Always clean and truly welcoming. Thank you for going the extra mile every day!

Honestly the sweetest people I’ve ever met work here. If I lived closer this would be my regular spot and I’m not even a huge Starbucks fan. Service was excellent and my oat milk latte was perfect.
