Food is good. Cool on Sundays, but a lot of NON EATING subjects on tuesday. Could be a bit cleaner.

New Midtown west location near the Port Authority and Time Square. This is a Cantina location so it's more hipster and they serve booze. Unlike some of the other newer Taco bell Cantina locations in the city, this one lacks USB charging ports for its customers. The preferred way to order here is with their many touchscreens or order via the Taco Bell app. But if you prefer to talk to a human or pay with cash they still have 2 cashiers. The staff is very nice had more order ready lightning fast. The food is what you would expect from any taco bell.

I always have been and always will be a dedicated Taco Bell fan. This location was no exception - great food, solid service, and the place is pretty clean!

When you are in time square and tired of hotdogs, this is the place. This Taco Bell is fully automatic, so no cash and you create your own order using a touchscreen.

Great and quiet Taco Bell Cantina and I saw the slushy machine but there was sadly no booze cuz I would have loved to have eaten my meal with a beer instead of iced tea!

The takeaway order was not as per the order placed. We paid extra to add lettuce in Nachos but it was not there. Also the nacho chips were not very crisp.

Great taco bell. Went on a Friday and it was surprisingly empty for the area. Food was excellent and I wouldn't be surprised if this was a flagship location

This is the only location where my food is consistently served hot. They don’t let your food sit. They call your name before it’s even in the bag. Love the service here!!

The last bastion of affordable fast food. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell is in the heart of the hellscape that is Times Square. This and the other Taco Bell are significantly cheaper than other Taco Bells in the city, I'm pretty sure. Order via the app and you should save even more. I mean, this isn't food you feel good after eating or anything, but there's seating, a bathroom (code required), and a self serve drink machine with Baja Blast - what more can you really ask for?

Probably one of the most run down restaurants I've ever been in, smashed order screens and tvs on the wall, staff didn't really engage with us until we collected out food just seemed nobody wanted to be there both staff and customers

We left belongings behind and thanks to Suravi for keeping them behind the counter we were able to get them back several hours alter, Suravi was more than helpful

Suravi is a good manager she help out and goes beyond to make sure I have a happy experience
