Finally tried Temkin's. It's an interesting space that still has the signage outside of what it used to be. It was apparently a Carpet store. The space is pretty big and has an old timey feel, more like a Diner than a bar. The bartender was nice. The prices are very good. I love that they have Pinball Machines. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood.

Wonderful establishment. Staff always so friendly. Hands down some of the best cocktails I’ve had in my 12 year span in this city. 9 bucks a pop. Was 13 bucks for all you see in the picture. Killer happy hour runs til 8. Music and energy hit. Vibes.

Great bar! Super friendly bartenders, very attentive and kind. Ferrari and Negroni on tap. Prices are really good for the neighborhood, you can get a beer on tap for 5 bucks(unheard of these days). Hip people, chill vibes and pinball machines! They take cards as well. Will definitely be back here.

I couldn't believe nobody put a review for this place on yelp. I don't know how long this bar has been opened but the place looks like they opened a while ago. I usually hang out in another bar when I come to see my friend in Greenpoint but that night the bar was closed so I had to find the new place and I found this. This bar looks like a type of hipster place, super casual and Self-service. It was packed on Saturday night, people bumped to each other. My friends and I actually went to nightclub in Manhattan before, so we already ate and drank but one of my girl still want to drink and didn't want to go home yet, lol. She had Hayman's Old Tom Gin, me and another girl had Aperol. The price is cheap at this place. Overall I'm ok but my friend like it so much and wants to come back when we hang out in Greenpoint again.

Temkins is a fantastic local, I rarely order anything but a Gansett but the cocktails I have had have been very good.

Cozy but sophisticated ambiance, great reasonably priced cocktails. Love a bar that plays good music and plays it an appropriate volume where you can actually hear people talk despite the bar being super crowded.

Love the vibes of this place: very lowkey and no frills. I don’t come to greenpoint often but definitely a nice local bar with great drinks that are super affordable. It’s a great place to start it end the night. They have a great beer selection at a very affordable price. Would recommend for groups of 4-6
