The property manager is great and the maintenance guys are fantastic. The owners, however, are raising rents so rapidly that they are contributing to the dearth of affordable housing in the area. BTW I am 69 years old disabled with Parkinsons Disease. The owners are trying to evict me for owing less than one month back rent, all due to medical bills incurred in the last 12 months. Please work with me!!

I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment complexes that I have lived in. The Park Row teams professionalism, competency, punctuality, and pleasant demeanor, is the main reason I have renewed my lease for the last 4 years. My children love stopping by the office to say " Hi" to Darcie. We also love the sense of community in the neighborhood and that the property is always well taken care of. We never have to worries about snow removal or unruly lawns. The complex could use an update in amenities, such as playground and a community gym. Despite the need for amenity updates, the location is excellent and compensates for that. I always recommend people to check out Park Row Apartments if they are looking to move. 5.22.23 - So apparently Google will not allow me to place a new review... so I will add to my previous review from one year ago. The Park Row Team continues to exhibit professionalism, competency, punctuality, and pleasant demeanor. I am proud to say that my family and I reside here. The Team truly goes above and beyond in everything that they do to maintain this complex.

I have lived at Park Row Apartments for almost two years. My two bedroom apartment has a good amount of space and lots of closets. Darcie, the office manager, had been very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Any maintenance needs I’ve had have been addressed quickly.

I have lived in a two bedroom apartment for three years. The location is great, the apartment itself is large with lots of closet space. I also pay $35 a month for off-street parking. The building manager is responsive to tenant complaints and maintenance requests. A good place to live, though I wish all of the buildings had a no smoking policy.

There's good reason why we renew - the property management team is conscientious and super prompt. When winter forecasts were for snow, Green & the property crew were clearing sidewalks by 5 a.m., and there is never a time that Darcie in the office doesn't respond to a question or issue. Everyone here is a champ and deserves a ton of respect for their professional services and congenial humanity. Entering 2023, these apartments remain a great value in a great location. When it came to finding an apartment in Albany, we kissed a lot of toads before we found our prince at Park Row Apartments. Modern, clean, efficient living spaces, terrific appliances and pet friendly in a good neighborhood. Property management crew is amiable and skilled. On-site laundromat well maintained. Response time for repairs is lightning-fast, resident parking is well-lit and clearly marked. We've been here nearly five years and have never experienced even the remotest of complaints. Really one of the nicest apartments we've ever had.

I lived in Park Row for a year and have no complaints. My apartment was clean upon move in, I never had a problem with pests, and it was quite. I lived in a basement apartment that had shades and also had window tint for some privacy. I never had a problem communicating with the office and when I needed something, it was addressed immediately. Darci was always very pleasant to talk with and she always followed up with me if needed. For example, a hallway smoke alarm was beeping one night and by the next afternoon it was fixed. When my sink started leaking, someone replaced it within 36 hours (at my request, I was at work, but they would have fixed immediately ). Snow removal was prompt and they provided us with bags of salt in my building as well as needed for cold icy days. It’s a great location, close to two major hospitals, St. Rose, Albany medical college/law/pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. I would encourage anyone to take a look. My only wish, was that each building had washers and dryers. They do have a laundry building on the property! I would suggest anyone to take a look if they were looking for something in the pine hills neighborhood of Albany!

Park Row Apartments is a nice and safe community to live. The apartments are also really spacious and roomy. Darcie was really nice with helping me move in from out of town and made many compromises to ensure that I was well settled. As soon as I have any repair requests, the maintenance staff are always on ground to help out with a very quick turnaround. The only thing I wish they had was in-unit washer/dryer options.

Maintenance crew and Darcie the property manager are amazing. They respond promptly to any concerns you may have. My building is quiet for the most part beside noisy tenants that recently moved in have no complaints for the past two years.
