This place is only getting 2 stars because the food is actually pretty decent. However they have an actual shrine set up in the store to the previous president. I don’t care about the owner’s political beliefs, but no business should have a cult like shrine to a political party. It creates an unwelcoming environment to over half of the population. I’ll be gladly not coming to this business again.

Food was excellent. Jerry, the owner, is the cook and does a great job. Full blown right wing conservative. Good food, company, and conversation.

The best hometown atmosphere ever. Place has been there for generations. Everyone knows everybody. Jerry runs the helm and the food is perfect. Great place to meet for coffee or enjoy a scrumptious meal.

Grimy, stinky, loud, crude, mediocre food, trumpy. I wanted to live it since it's close to my house but it's a hard pass. After a brief interaction with the owner I'm sure he won't care about a not great review, but, it's not great.

Breakfast could not have been better. Terrific food and atmosphere. Don't miss this place for breakfast or lunch if you are in the Glens Falls / Queensbury area. I understand their homemade soups are delicious.

Quick spot for a home style breakfast. The French toast & ham were as expected. I enjoyed the classic rock on the audio system. The serving staff were very friendly.

This place is my favorite lunch spot. It’s real and the food is excellent. If you are a bleeding heart liberal you may choose to dine elsewhere. Otherwise this place is a must visit. Great music. Great food good prices.

Had breakfast…everything was great! Food was delicious and service was seamless. Owner, Jerry, even checked on us to see if everything was ok.

What can you say? When you're good, you're good. And Poopies is good. Food is great, unfortunately my buddy didn't get his food at the same time as my girlfriend and I so we sat and ate our meals in front of him like psychopaths until finally a waitress asked if we wanted a box and he was like "I still haven't gotten my food". The waitress looked mortified, she apologized so many times, was really nice about it, and in her defense, it's a small, very busy restaurant with only a few staff members doing all the service. Great place all things considered. Bring your mom here for breakfast she'll love it, trust.

I usually order to go as I bring it back to work. The food is great. They have the big fat clam strips. That's my go-to. They have the best French onion soup. The owner is always cooking, he's very friendly, and says hello to everyone. I don't know what people are talking about in their other post about having a shrine for Trump behind the counter. There is one picture. It's a small diner that has been there forever. You have the regulars and then the other people who need to try it. They also have great desserts. I enjoy it. Keep business local and help support the local mom and pop shops.
