We showed up early for our boat appointment. The canopy was broken. Dockhand offered us dispensation because of this. When we went to settle at the end the owner said the dockhand was not allowed to do this and if we were dissatisfied we could buy the establishment for $5.5 million dollars and he was having a bad day because someone lost an anchor. I would not recommend this place and the owner should learn some basic customer service skills.

We rented a pontoon boat for Sunday afternoon (12 to 4). When we arrived at 11:40 and went into the office to pay, we stated that we had a reservation from 12 to 4. When we arrived back at 4 we were accosted by a nasty man stating that we intentionally stayed out on the lake extra hour and that we would not be getting our $200 deposit back and if we didn't like it we could take him to small claims court. At 11:45 we were stilling waiting for the employees to gas up the boat, so the employees knew what time we were given possession of the boat. Also, the boat rented to us had an out of date registration (2019). Thank you to whomever this man was for ruining what up to that point had been a nice day. I would give this place a negative score if possible.

The area is easily accessible and very clean. The operators were very nice. Docks were well maintained. Ample parking, if you get there before they fill up.

Me and six friends rented a boat Labor Day. Had a blast. Boat ran well, beautiful lake. Everyone in the shop and on the dock were awesome. No extra hidden charges. Really enjoyed the day on the lake. Recommend to anyone looking for a boat and I will return.

Take your boat someplace else. Took 6 weeks and charged us for things they didn’t do. Rip off. Costs $50 just to launch on a weekend! (Each day) Shoddy boat work.

What scam artists. Charging $40 to take your boat OUT of the water, just out when it was already in, just because it's a Sunday. And it's the offseason after labor day. Just completely overpriced garbage. Not to mention the ramp is covered in silt passed the first few feet so you trailer tires sink in once they're in, and the trailer gets crooked so your boat goes on uneven, and the docks on the side of the marina have NO CLEATS so you can't tie your boat up when you pull your truck out. No basic maintenance of their ramp, no basic necessities of cleats, and horribly priced. Be wise, go absolutely anywhere else but this waste of time

The owner Oney and Dolores were both so friendly and helpful when I called to rent this weekend. Everything was explained well, boat was ready when we got there with friendly staff who went over in depth how the boat operates runs. My group had a great day out with 0 issues. Thank you again!!

I totally love the Didonna’s and the south shore marina staff. They are great hearted people always willing to help anyone. And please take into consideration everyone has a bad day!There great people and I will return again
