I bought a month plan to get a nice glow for my daughters wedding! The people are so very friendly and everything runs smooth and is very clean. I always make sure i call and set up an appointment, even if I'm in the car driving, and i never have a long wait!! I love this place and really wish I could sign up for a membership. It warms my bones and helps with all the aches and pains! (If even only for a few minutes while I'm tanning!) I will be back for sure in Sept. because I have another daughter getting married!

This place is a total RIP off. I have a silver membership for $32.95 a month. For almost 2 years they only had 1 working silver bed. So you can either wait an hour to tan, or of course upgrade for like $20 a tan, after you already have a membership. Total SCAM. They make their money off of upgrades, on you can sit around for 45 minutes and wait for the bed to open up. To top it off, the hydraulics in the beds don't work, so the top of the bed would sit right on your face. I'm trying to get a little color and vitamin d, not get skin cancer from the bed sitting on my face... And to make matters worse, I've sat through numerous new sign ups and tanning lotion presentations to potential new clients while I've stood in a long line just waiting to check into a bed. I talked to the owner Ivy about my issues who was rude and called me "Sweetheart" in a condescending voice. I politely asked if they could upgrade me into another bed instead of making me wait forever, and the answer was no. So if you have hours of time to blow at a tanning salon, where ONE silver bed is available, this place is for you.

All of the employees are friendly and informative....the beds and salon are well maintained and extremely clean. There are daily specials and three monthly packages are at an affordable price point!

I recently decided to start tanning again since summer was upon us. I signed up for a higher package for the month to try it. Within the last 2-3 weeks they have messed up twice on what bed I asked to get and also scheduled the wrong day. I come on my lunch break and I’m limited time so I make sure I schedule for a certain time and for the level bed I paid for. Second time now I get the lowest level bed because someone didn’t do their job correctly. I will not be renewing my package and I will be finding somewhere else to go. I normally never have negative things to say about places and this really upset me. I just get a sorry every time there is a mess up. Hope something improves. This is the only thing I do for me and it’s just disappointing. Thank you for reaching out and finding a solution!

Great experience, every time. I came in as a first timer with absolutely no knowledge about tanning beds. The girls working were very knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions I had.

Was excited for my first spray tan but it turned out to be a disappointment 😞 I followed the instructions as I was tanning but didn't notice till the next morning all the streaking everywhere,after 24 hours I rinsed in the shower and it didn't even looked like I tanned at all,so glad it was free for the first visit,cause it was not a good experience.

Tonight they were having issues with their internet. It was obviously a very stressful night. There was only one girl there. She was very polite, helpful and remained calm. I am an assistant manager and she showed a great deal of what customer experience should be. Thank you for the great visit! I will be back and will recommend. Also, the tanning salon was still very well maintained and clean.

Got there during a rush but Lauren was on it. She was very professional and accommodating as well. Bed was clean and effective too. Will definitely return.
