Disappointed. We looked for a cleaner that offers affordable prices and quality service, as both my spouse job and mine are requesting mandatory informal attire. Looking at the reviews we went with high hopes and our visits were pleased until today . On Tuesday I went to pick up 11dress shirts and few suits from the cleaner. I always do a quick visual check and this time 2 of the shirts were visible wrinkled. The personnel was very kind and offered to redoing them. I got the notification that are ready for pickup on Wednesday and I arrived 10 minutes prior of closing. One of the shirts was still presenting same wrinkles and the other one was no longer wrinkled but gained a yellow spot. Pointing to the new spot the lady reaction was very unpleasant “ all the clients are claiming that there were no spots when they dropped the clothes for cleaning. We will try but sometimes the spots are not coming off”. It’s disappointing to hear that the lady opinion all her clients are misleading them. Definitely I felt really offended by her accusations that my statements weren’t honest.

You get what you pay for here. The benefits of this place is they are the cheapest around and they have a quick turnaround. Sometimes that’s most important. But if you want quality, this isn’t the place. I had 4-5 shirts, 3 pants, and 2 suits to be dry cleaned. The good part: ready by next day and cheap. I think each shirt was just under $3 and the suits were under $5. I shopped around locally and this place was this cheapest. The bad: almost all articles of clothing had wrinkles. Many were obvious and pretty bad. The work was sloppy overall. In summary about this place: go here when “good enough” and speed is necessary. For high quality work go elsewhere.

My initial visit to CD One Price Cleaners was disappointing…I did not know they removed collar stays and the desk clerk didn’t tell me. So when I brought home my first batch of shirts, my husband was upset that all of his collar stays were missing. However, after learning that is how they handle all men’s dress shirts, service has been amazing!!! They are fast, affordable, and even sew buttons for free. We now remove our collar stays before dropping off shirts. And, if I forget, they have a box you can take from. We have been about 5-7 times now and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dry cleaners.

Sam at the Deerfield location was so helpful and honest. He took his time to make sure I knew what to expect and what I should get done. Their prices were reasonable and my clothing came out better than perfect. I am a new loyal customer

Very friendly staff but I have an issue every single time. Sometimes it’s damage, sometimes it’s dirty upon pickup, always something off. They are always willing to fix it but I wish there was some attention to quality before bagging and stacking. I shouldn’t have to inspect everything I pick up, but I do.

I have had my Duvet cover cleaned elsewhere. One Price Cleaners did an excellent job at a fair price. Much better than others.

They lost my bag sporting my luggage tag with 4 items and told me I’d already picked it up or never dropped it off. Gave me a new bag which I used for the next 3 months. Last week I got both bags back with items cleaned. In it were 2 of my dad’s missing jackets we had searched for. He passed away the week before.

I just picked up over $100 worth of alterations and nothing has been pressed the hems were showing the stitching all the way around on the outside of the skirts and pants. Very disappointed.
