We
had
our
wedding
at
the
Cotillion
in
March
2023.
We
had
our
ceremony
and
reception
there.
George
was
very
good
to
work
with.
He
was
very
detailed
and
thought
of
things
that
we
didn't
think
of.
His
goal
was
to
have
a
flawless
evening
and
something
we
would
never
forget.
He
succeeded.
The
serving
staff
was
very
friendly,
courteous,
and
professional.
We
had
the
ceremony
and
reception
in
the
same
room.
The
transition
time
to
change
the
room
from
"wedding
chapel"
to
"reception
hall"
was
short
and
everything
looked
amazing.
There
was
no
inconvenience
to
our
guests
during
that
time.
We
chose
to
have
our
meal
family
style.
That
was
a
great
decision.
The
food
was
awesome!
We
chose
the
beef
and
chicken
along
with
the
garlic
mashed
potatoes
and
bow
tie
pasta
with
vodka
sauce.
Incredible
!!
When
a
platter
was
empty,
the
staff
just
kept
bringing
out
more.
They
did
a
wonderful
job
making
sure
our
guests
were
well
fed.
If
you
left
hungry,
there
was
something
wrong
with
you.
The
venue
was
very
clean,
well
kept,
and
everything
just
looked
so
nice.
We
got
many
compliments
on
the
food
and
the
venue.
The
wine
was
also
very
good.
I'm
not
much
of
a
wine
drinker,
but
I
highly
recommend
the
moscato.
The
bridal
suite
attached
to
the
main
banquet
room
was
very
nice.
It
provides
a
nice
place
for
the
bride
to
get
ready
for
the
big
day.
It
has
two
staircases
attached
to
it.
One
in
the
lobby
and
one
in
the
banquet
room.
The
staircase
in
the
lobby
is
a
great
place
for
special
wedding
photos.
The
staircase
leading
to
the
banquet
room
side
sets
the
back
drop
for
any
bride
wanting
to
make
a
dramatic
entrance
as
she
descends
the
staircase
to
enter
the
room.
Over
all,
having
our
wedding
at
the
Cotillion
was
a
great
experience.
