From the very beginning, George was very clear on the process and assured us he would take care of us. And he absolutely did!!! George was very precise and detailed. I was having anxiety and stressing because I thought I didn’t have everything I needed yet he reassured me and went down the list of EVERYTHING that I needed. There were a few changes the day before and day of our wedding and made all the accommodations. When it came down to the ceremony he made sure EVERYONE was on time and ready to go. The set up was beautiful! Everything went according to plan and to schedule. Especially with the many events and surprises we had during our wedding such as surprise dances, tango performance, band set-up etc. We received so many compliments from our guests. The color was perfect and everything that we envisioned and more! Such a beautiful place and staff was great! George and Tom thank you so so much!! Will and I wish we could relive this night again!

Tom, George, Gus & the entire team at Cotillion are fantastic! We recently had our wedding at the Cotillion and everything was perfect, from the food to the service to the ambiance! The entire planning process was made so easy with Tom & George they are experts and make the process seamless. They make sure everything is taken care of and go through every single last detail with you. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The food was amazing our guests are still raving about the buffet appetizers and filets for dinner. The Cotillion treats you like family, couldn't recommend them more for your event!!!

7/15/2022 we had our wedding at this beautiful establishment! Everything was absolutely beautiful! George and Tom were the best and very accommodating! My guests were in total awe of everything!!! We are still getting calls of how beautiful things were and how good the food was! All of our guests raved on how they have never had food taste so good at a wedding! We didn’t hire a wedding planner, yet George walked us through everything we would need from beginning to end and the day was perfect! We can’t thank George, Tom, and his staff enough for such an amazingly perfect event!

Where do I start, beautiful banquet, amazing food, and a great staff. Me and my newly wife knew this banquet was the one after visiting several others and not meeting our expectations. George and Tom were wonderful to work with. Truly amazing individuals who wanted to create the perfect wedding for us, which they did. The entire banquet was beautifully setup thanks to them and the lighting was perfect. Our guests were absolutely pleased with the great service and the wonderful food served. They made everything run smoothly and efficiently. My advice to anyone looking to create the perfect event, GO SEE GEORGE!!

We had our wedding at the Cotillion in March 2023. We had our ceremony and reception there. George was very good to work with. He was very detailed and thought of things that we didn't think of. His goal was to have a flawless evening and something we would never forget. He succeeded. The serving staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. We had the ceremony and reception in the same room. The transition time to change the room from "wedding chapel" to "reception hall" was short and everything looked amazing. There was no inconvenience to our guests during that time. We chose to have our meal family style. That was a great decision. The food was awesome! We chose the beef and chicken along with the garlic mashed potatoes and bow tie pasta with vodka sauce. Incredible !! When a platter was empty, the staff just kept bringing out more. They did a wonderful job making sure our guests were well fed. If you left hungry, there was something wrong with you. The venue was very clean, well kept, and everything just looked so nice. We got many compliments on the food and the venue. The wine was also very good. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but I highly recommend the moscato. The bridal suite attached to the main banquet room was very nice. It provides a nice place for the bride to get ready for the big day. It has two staircases attached to it. One in the lobby and one in the banquet room. The staircase in the lobby is a great place for special wedding photos. The staircase leading to the banquet room side sets the back drop for any bride wanting to make a dramatic entrance as she descends the staircase to enter the room. Over all, having our wedding at the Cotillion was a great experience. Thanks George and your staff for all you did for our special day.

Every year my old high school has a luncheon at the Cotillion in Palatine. It's a beautiful venue with plenty of parking. It is somewhat handicap accessible I just never go into the building using that side entrance. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The food was delicious! We usually have chicken but this year was pork roast with gravy, roasted potatoes and crispy cooked string beans and carrots. A potato leek soup with crusty warm bread was served before the entree. Coffee service during the meal and vanilla ice cream for dessert. The staff was very attentive and pleasant

I can't say enough good things about the Cotillion. Over the last several months we mostly dealt with Tom and he was nothing short of amazing. But George and the rest of the Cotillion staff were equally outstanding. It's refreshing when a vendor promises you the world and then delivers it! From the quality of the meals, to the professionalism of the staff, to the aesthetics of the hall, everything was perfect. We were made to feel like "Family" and that's a great feeling to have.

We recently held our Annual Celebration Dinner for our Ministry supporting the homeless at The Cotillion with 300 guests; and I am beyond happy!! I am so grateful for the outstanding service and the delicious food! From the first time I walked through their doors and met with the Managers/Owners to the night of the event, it was outstanding personal service and the most incredible food I could have imagined. The managers went out of their way to take care of every detail for our event which made everything so much easier for us. Our entire Team and each of our guests all raved about the food and the service, and we will be back. I believe our experience was so incredible because the Cotillion is a family-run business and we felt like family in the way they treated all of us. They helped with any and every question or request that we had; and it was such a nice feeling at the end of the night to see the smiles on everyone's faces and hear that people really enjoyed the food and appreciated the incredible personal service. I only wish we would have known about the Cotillion for our past events because I didn't know a Banquet Hall could be this amazing.. Thank You!!
