Visited Sky Zone for a birthday party. Staff was friendly. Jump areas were clean. No issues. Cannot speak about pricing, since we were there as a birthday party guest. I liked how the staff added air to the soccer 'field' to turn it into a basketball 'court'.

Really cool place. My daughter and her friend had a blast. The staff members are very helpful! My daughter misplaced her phone, and a staff member took it and put it behind the counter. Awesome!

We had my son's 9th birthday party at Sky Zone Elmhurst this past weekend and the kids had an absolute blast!!!! The new bouncy basketball court was amazing!! The kids spent a ton of time on there playing each other in 3 on 3. The extra bounce in the floor makes it super fun when they're going up for shots. And the best part is as the parents throwing the party, we felt totally relaxed. There were employees at every jump area overseeing the kids and making sure they were following the rules and being safe. For example, the guy at the basketball court was running the games and making sure only 6 people were on the court at a time. It gave my husband and I the freedom to walk around and observe everyone having fun, instead of being the ones stressed out, chasing after everyone. As part of the party, you are also assigned a party host who makes sure you have everything you need. Briana was our host and she was super kind and friendly! She brought the pizza, drinks and cake to our party room and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated her help! Tim, the manager, was also super helpful in the process. He helped explain things and was such a pleasure to work with. This was truly a great experience not only for my son, but for my husband and I as well. Thanks Sky Zone Team! :)

By far the best end of year field trip I've experienced. Tim and the staff were amazing and accommodating. Our students had a wonderful time being themselves and that was definitely worth every single dime. I'll definitely be signing up to bring my own children this summer. Thank you, Tim

Sky Zone has some of the most welcoming staff members I have ever met. I came to Sky Zone on Nov 5 for my niece birthday party, from the time we enter the facility the staff was ready to go, ready to help and/assist. It was this one crew member that they have went over and beyond for my niece. I love every bit of the energy she gave from the smile to the helpfulness of blowing up balloons to building cupcake stands to making sure that every bit of what we needed and order was there or on the way. From Janiya and uncle we would love to give a shout out to the best sky Zone staff member we have ever came across and her name is *******"(MS. BRIANA)"*******

There's a limited amount of jumping sites open due to Covid. We've never encountered problems going to these places until yesterday. My son (age 7) went to the dodgeball section to play with other kids. The first kid went close to him and hit him on the face with the ball. (I thought it was just an accident) The second time he got hit was a group of 4 girls, and they all went for the face as well. I screamed as the worker looking out didn't do ANYTHING! We chose to go to another side and the same girls came back to make fun of my son being hit with the ball. Definitely disappointing!!! I spoke to my son and tried to lift his spirits up. Watch your kids at all times because bullies are everywhere.

Was at sky zone march 14, 2020 at 740pm The manager was very disappointing. He walk past water on the floor for over an hour... Not safe with kids running around in socks. Then to make matters worst he stood at the front counter and allowed a young man not in uniform to dance very nasty while kids are around and then also the other people was recording it. Won't ever go back if he is working

We went there for a party and they said our kids cannot play anymore after the party is over. We understand that the place is not big enough to accomodate many kids at the same time. I was just surprised that my kid was bored and opted to just lay on soft blocks or sit on the sidelines most of the time and waited for his friends to be done. One of the staff came up to him to ask if he is ok which we appreciate very much. He is already 7 and jumping probably is no longer as exciting as it used to be. He spent more time wall climbing. As for the party, we didn't feel rushed. There were time to set up before the party and they allowed backdrops and outside food which is awesome.

We rented the sky deck and had an amazing Sonic party! Tim and team was very helpful! I love that they were always available but also gave us space to enjoy our party with family and friends. We had the bottomless drinks and never had to ask for more! We loved it and our kid had the best birthday!

I had a party for my daughter there on Saturday. Everything went smooth. Just a heads up the place gets very busy! The staff was working very hard! The line for drinks and snacks was always busy.. but the employees did their best to keep it moving! Overall I was very satisfied with the how the party went and it was reasonably priced. The manager Tim and his staff were extremely helpful with an issue that came up with my niece’s phone. I would definitely take my kids there again.

It would be nice if there was something actually regulating the toddler area to make sure that it's for toddler since this is the only spot for little kids but was often over ran with adults/teenagers. My nephew had a party there the experience was very disappointing. The room wasn't ready the pizza is delivered from a restaurant but didn't arrive until the time the party ends, the host didn't keep no one updated about what happening. Other than that it was fun for the kids and the teenager boys loved the basketball court.

Fun but so expensive! We did the night glow jump. It's cool how they gave you a glow shirt but not at the price of $32 a person.... I'd rather wear just a white shirt, which should also glow under black light. But it's "included" in the price and socks are $5 a pair! Kids had a great time tho!

this sky zone that is located in Elmhurst it’s by far the best my kids loved it here, They have so many different sections of different types of things you can do it’s not just trampolines and I cannot say enough about the staff we didn’t really know how to sign in and they helped us out and they were so friendly. It is clean and the GM Tim welcomed us at the Sign in station because I have three little kids and I didn’t know how to do it and he took his time to go through all of it as my kids were jumping around anxiously to get on there. Our experience here was wonderful. I have been to other places like this and it’s just a few things and it’s not that much fun it’s affordable and I wrote this right after we left because I was so impressed. So if it’s a rainy day or a day or a sunny day this is the place to go! Bill Aubin

We were surprised that after all these years they are still busy on a Sunday night. Perhaps everyone thought like us that it would be a great time to sneak in a jump. The children enjoyed it. Which is that matters. They liked the new socks and had a jumping ball for 90 minutes and slept well. For me, the music was much too loud and it seemed the concession stand was not fully open.

This is a wonderful place to host a birthday party! The kids had fun, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. Throughout our whole party, Jenny went above and beyond in helping us, we could not have more impressed or thankful. She was extremely accommodating and nice, she definitely was a major factor in the success of our party. This is our second year celebrating at this location, my family and I highly recommend.

Expensive and dirty. This place is in great need of a good cleaning. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

  • 2/5 Lauren D. 6 months ago on Google
This specific Sky Zone is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Layer of dust and grime on all the arcade machines and the floor clearly has not been swept, moped or vacuumed I’d honestly guess in months. One of the grossest kids play places I’ve ever been. I give it two stars because the guy running the place is a very nice guy. Also, my child loves Sky Zone, we just will never come back to this one due to the filth.

I have been to here before on multiple occasions and each time was better than the last. This trampoline park was generally enjoyable and has a lot of variety when it comes to a trampoline park. There are dodge ball areas, volleyball areas, and basketball areas all for trampolining on. There are also concessions, tables, and areas to keep your shoes and belongings safe. Can't wait to go again!

My crew and I were given badges with the incorrect time printed on them. I did not notice until it was pointed out by a team member telling me that my niece and I were not supposed to be in a certain area because our time was expired. I was confused and told him we had not too long arrived at the park. I informed another team member and she seemed to not know or care what to do about the issue. She asked did I have a receipt and I said no, I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. She somewhat condescendingly stated that I should always ask for a receipt. It was my first time at the park and I assumed the badges would be enough to prove our authorized entry. She called over another team member and I explained the problem again and he asked if I had the waiver. I was able to retrieve it from my email to confirm that we had arrived and checked into the park 7 minutes prior to the time that the badges expired. He went back to check in and got us all badges that were correct. The previous two team members made me feel like I was doing something wrong and didn't bother to see if there was possibly an issue. I'm glad that the other guy was able to handle my issue quickly and politely. Despite that hiccup we were all able to enjoy ourselves and no further issues arose. But next time I will remember to ask for a receipt and be sure that my badges are correct so I don't encounter and slightly irritable team members.

It was fun enough. No obstacle courses, though and also the foam pits need new, clean foam.

Most of us are trying to stay safe. But today I was in disbelief, why does Sky Zone have a limit on the # of occupants? And why do we need to have reservations? When more than 50% of the occupants did not have a mask on. Keep me safe, Sky Zone. You have security guards for a reason, use them. Have them go around and tell everyone...Wear A 😷 And ....yes, I paid a extra dollar per reservation to try to keep myself. Everyone's extra dollar is not adding up!

Love this place but there were so many people not wearing masks and there was no enforcement of mask - wearing. I wish they would be safer.

  • 1/5 Jessica S. 3 years ago on Google
Due to covid I would assume they would allow only a certain amount of people in but that is not the case! 1) Most of the people here do not wear their mask properly 2) the so call workers don't even tell them to pull up their mask. I just can't comprehend this.

They charge you $1 per person to hold your reservation then you have to buy there socks for $4 per pair. This place is the most basic of trampoline parks you'll be bored and run out of things to do within 30 minutes. Save your money for the other place that have obsticale courses and more to do instead of just jump and that's all
