👍👍 Dr. Zuzanna Ciezkowska was PHENOMENAL! She took the time to hear our concerns about our new puppy, address all of them thoroughly, and empathize with our experience! She also did an amazing job at diagnosing our puppy and providing the necessary treatment to get her feeling herself again! Our puppie... They have a really nice building and real Nice staff but I brought my dog in there spent 2 minutes. Looking at my dog and charge me $70 to do absolutely nothing. But refer me to another place in Bannockburn Illinois. Like? I have money or time to. Drive all the way up there,

My sister-in-law took our 6-month-old puppy to get his neutering surgery done. She paid for them to cut his nails as well. They did a horrific job. His paws are bloody and still bleeding from the nail cut over an hour later. They completely cut into the quick of his nail and his nerves on multiple fingers. Poor baby, Thank GOD he is on pain medicine from the neuter surgery. On top of that, they kept making up excuses claiming that his paws were bloody from "walking on the cement" among other excuses, and refused to give a refund. At this point, it's less about the refund, and more about the fact that they mutilated my dogs nails, put him in unnecessary pain, and didn't even have the decency to apologize. Needless to say they shouldn't be working with animals, and I will never bring another animal here EVER again. I am disgusted and disappointed by the fact that they are allowed to treat pets, and hope they never hurt another animal again.

She also did an amazing job at diagnosing our puppy and providing the necessary treatment to get her feeling herself again! Our puppies on the road to recovery and 1000 times better than when we brought her in!!! There is no doubt that Dr. not only loves her job, but she also does it so well!!! This is my husband’s first puppy, but my second (so I’ve had both bad and good experiences with previous vets. Dr Zuzanna has far surpassed any vet experience I’ve had! My husband and I are so grateful for finding her! We HIGHLY recommend her!!! Lastly, the front desk staff is the sweetest! They are patient, kind, helpful & informative, and just as empathetic!!! <3 We appreciate the team!

Visited Carriage Animal Hospital today, just finished our appointment. Dr. Bush, the alleged owner, wasn't sure if the "blood work" that they require to refill a prescription was finished, while my dog had already been seen and taken back by two physicians. They also didn't even have my dogs weight accurate at all (I have four, explained that she may have mixed up the dogs). When I discussed that I didn't want the blood work done, they had expressed they "have to", and then he told me to "call us on Monday to get results". I asked him specifically "shouldn't you call me if there's an issue?". He pointed his finger in my face and said "no you will call us, that's how it works here". This is not the only 1 star review and I personally know people who have active lawsuits against this place for malpractice of animals. Do not go here!

The staff here shows so much compassion and care toward the pets & pet parents! When I was struggling to find a local facility to board my dog for the weekend last minute, Jennifer called around and found a great place that would accept my dog. She went above & beyond! Highly recommend Carriage Animal Hospital.

a couple of front desk people are not friendly. I'm not happy with the quality of services they are providing and taking care of my puppy. They just take your puppy into some room where we do not have any visibility and come back in two minutes and say you're done. Most of the times, you don't see a doctor.

Brought my puppy for his second visit here, my first doctor I had was great I forget her name, the second time I came was I male I told him I think my puppy had a ear infection because his ears were growing crust around it and he couldn’t stop itching them. The doctor got smart with me and said word for word “do u go to a doctor for an infection? No it goes away on its own” he proceeded to he don’t need medicine for an ear infection. Today I took my puppy to a vet closer to me they told me he dose have an ear infection and prescribed me medicine drops to put in his ears! It’s said how some doctors will lie to you so ur pets problem could get worse and they can make more money off of u. I purchased the vet plan through fur babies so I had to go to carriage animal vet but now I won’t be going back he will be finishing the rest of his vaccines somewhere else. I found a trustworthy vet near me in orland park call Midwest animal hospital great doctors I recomend anyone to go there.

We have been using them for years and they are always great to work with on whatever your pet care needs are. The few times we have had something more complex than they have onsite facilities for, they have recommended other great facilities in the area. Every employee I have interacted with really cares about your pet, and you know they will be in good hands.

Nice place, would of gotten 5 stars but the 40 min wait time really sucked. Especially sitting on those hard seats in the ex room. Otherwise the vet was nice and informative

This facility is no help for my pet. Dr Sekowski seemed to be more of a salesman than a vet. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they would check the health of my dogs eye during the exam, which wasn’t done. Doctor just listened to my dogs heart. He kept pushing me for stuff and wouldn’t give me prices for things unless I told him I wanted it. Well, today even more upsetting. I called after bringing my dog there in March for a full exam because my dog keeps getting fleas and I needed a prescription but I moved out of state. The front desk lady refused because I am out of state. Doesn’t seem like a reason to deny a prescription to me, I paid my money for a full exam and established with a doctor and hasn’t been over a year. This place is just money hungry. Doesn’t care to help.

I started going here about 2 years ago. My cat had a terrible allergy and the vets here did everything possible to alleviate her symptoms. When she passed, I received a beautiful card from all of the staff. The veterinarians, techs, and like, 3 of the front desk people are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this place…. If you have money just laying around. Please do not bring your pet here if you cannot afford it. There are better options. They may not look as pretty, but your pet will be cared for just the same. And the receptionist may not charge you for treatments already done. And they might acknowledge you when you enter their facility. And it’s quite possible they won’t quote you $300 lower for a new kitty visit/rabies shot/spay, then ring you up at the end of the visits like, surprise! It’s quite possible this is a wonderful place for rich people and their pets. Maybe you’re paying for the wonderful vets and their techs. And the 3 absolutely Lovely people in reception. I don’t know. I do love many aspects of this clinic, but I’m just a little too poor.

I have been going here since I first got my dog. It's been well over a year now and I couldn't be any happier with their service, professionalism, and talent. Dr Szczepan (Steve) is our current doctor at the vet (they have more than one), and he is truly the best. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring about animals. Chloe who works at the front desk is also fantastic. She truly shows excellent customer service. I will definitely be going here until I no longer live in the area, and I will be recommending this to all my friends and family.

Last week I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my chinchilla, Niko. I was absolutely devastated. Carriage animal clinic helped me arrange cremation services. Everyone there was so compassionate, I cannot express how much more at peace they helped me feel during this grieving process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pets.

The staff at Carriage Hospital are very friendly and caring to the animals. I went on vacation andI I left my Coco Chanel in their care. This was the first time Coco and I ever been separated. I told the staff I would be calling checked on her. They reassured me she would be fine. They took excellent care of her. If you are looking for a boarding place to put your animal, stop looking. THIS IS THE PLACE.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this FULL service hospital! I have been coming here primarily for the past 1.5 years. I bring both of my Pomeranians and my cat here for medical services (ALL of the doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to whatever you may need help with). They ALL also get groomed here by Kristie, who does a BEAUTIFUL job at the BEST price. My dogs take part in the Daycare (Boarding as well, when needed) here, which is the GREATEST service to tire your kids out during the day and pictures are available DAILY on their Facebook Group! The staff are CARING and want nothing but the best for your pets. I plan on coming here for years to come!

Best place to bring your furry family. From the front desk to the doctors there is not a single person who doesn’t seem to love animals here. My dogs and I love this place! I recommend this place EVERYONE.

We have been going to Carriage for 2 years and they have the best staff! Twice we have had sick dogs and they were able to get us in the same day so our kiddos didn’t have to suffer. Highly recommend this vet!

First time visiting this place and the whole team at Carriage Animal hospital are extremely friendly, polite and helpful.Dr. Steve took the time with us and explained the problem and went through the steps to take to help our pet and offered services if treatment didn't get better at home or if the problem re occurred again and how to be prevantive. Very professional team.

When this place opened it was great! Now all they do is take as much money from you as possible and tack on extra charges for exams and grooming. I'm so sick of the prices changing and the amount of time they expect my dogs to come in. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my dogs in for one simple thing like a grooming or a shot and walk out with an insane bill because they find something random and want more money for tests that almost always come back negative. Plus all the complications after surgeries my animals have had is just ridiculous. I will do everything I can to get my dogs to another vet instead of coming back here. Total rip off!

They've always taken such good care of our kitties in sickness and in health. We were worried about our kitty Piper this week but they got her in ASAP and Dr. P took her time looking over her. Piper is doing much better and we are thankful to have vets we can trust. We have been with Carriage Animal Hospital since 2010.

We normally bring our pup here for the vet but recently tried the grooming. They did a perfect job and the price was unbelievable! It was a great deal!

Our dog has been a patient there since 2014 (8years). Ever since their Reno/rebranding, new staff has had hiccups in their handling of your pets records, causing issues with his prescriptions, but they made it right at the end. The vets are great.

The customer service here was fantastic. We went for the first time to address a serious issue with our dog and you could tell the doctor really cared, as well as the rest of the staff. They were very informative and helpful. I’m glad I found them and will definitely be going back.

Since we have gotten our puppy thus place has been great with ensuring our husky is up to date on shots and health. The staff is very informative and if u have any questions they try to make sure to answer them as best as they can. A bit of a drive for me from midway but a great place for those in the area they try to also jeep it clean which some places I've been too aren't.

We were graciously given an emergency appointment and fell in love! What a well managed and thoughtful veterinarian clinic. Every staff member was so welcoming! Dr. Sakowski was knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and sincere. The prices were reasonable as well. We have decided to make it our regular vet. 😁👍
