I’m actually flabbergasted at how incredible of an experience this was for me. This is the absolute first time I had a covid test of any kind. So I was already apprehensive as I was going in. I didn’t know what to expect. Then, to find that it was self administered. I got slightly more anxious. That quickly went away when I was seated to self swab. The associate was very patient and explained things very well. It was super quick. Painless too. If anything, it tickled. I received my results just after 2PM the same day (my appointment was 7:45AM). I’m so impressed with the entire team and process. To know that other clinics are charging hundreds of dollars for the exact same procedure is super infuriating. But I am glad I was able to keep digging online until I found this gem.

Updated Review: I believe this center ended up getting their own Covid testing lab/equipment- results are very timely and come out within the 24-48 hour window. I’ve recommended this location to friends from out of town who needed results to board a plane and they were pleased with the timeliness. —————————————————————————- The testing itself was easy/quick enough and the staff was professional, but at the end of the day, results matter the most. The website proudly claims to be able to get results within 24-28 hours, and even with the surge in cases 2-3 days. Well, it's been past 72 hours now and I've been checking my online portal every hour with NO updates. My husband and I both had to cancel our flights for today and don't even know if we can reschedule for tomorrow. We just found another place that is able to do same day results for PCR testing required for traveling but with a $375 charge pp. It's a hefty price tag but at least we know what we are getting and can actually book our tickets. If you aren't in a rush I'd say you're fine to come here, but if you have a hard deadline to get results, I wouldn't count on getting it here even though the website advertises that they can test for travel/work etc.

Went there to get rapid covid test. Their website said the same day results. Went there, took the swabs just to be informed I will have my results the next day and if I want the same day I would need to pay $300 for emergency test.. In that case I told them to throw away the test I took because I need the results the same day. They claimed that the same day results are only if I was there before 1pm - I had apt at 2:45pm. Nowhere on their website says that same day results are only if you make there before 1pm. Hope they won't charge me $100 for something I can't use... but I'll find out about that soon.

Sharing my review on both pages because I have been to both locations and I feel like when a business does well good reviews should be posted often. And Dr. Elbaridi and staff deserve more than five stars. As someone who owns a business in the health care industry I have every high standards to where I go for my health care. I would not trust anyone else but Dr. Elbaridi. He is a wonderfully compassionate doctor with great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and I always leave my appointments well informed. The location is clean and clearly well taken care of. If I could give more than five stars I would!

New location is even more efficient! You stand at a counter and self-swab instead of sitting. Consistently delivers PCR test results within a day. Super easy to sign up for a time slot online, in and out in less than 5min every time. Email and text when your results are ready.

Completely closed on Sunday DESPITE letting me make an appointment for Sunday. There is no indication on the website, or Google that they would be closed. In fact it’s advertised as very much open. Waste of time

People are very nice and it's a convenient location but why aren't medical professionals. Self administered isn't the way. I went here to have a medical professional give the test.

Did a PCR test for international travel, the result came back quicker than expected. Street parking is available. The test procedure was clearly described by staff. Would recommend this place. It also offers one hour PCR test.

I had symptoms, and I did the test yesterday at @10:00 AM. They told me I would receive the result before 5:00 PM. However, I did receive it yesterday, but it was Negative. I called them because the home test returned positive! They told me PCR is more accurate. I was confused because of my symptoms. Thus, I went to different places to do another PCR. However, loop medical center resent different results today! It is Positive!!! Waist time and money! When I called them today, they kept saying it was written “retest,” and it means still collecting your result info!!! So why did you write Negative!!!!!!!!!! So rude and very disrespectful

They were able to deal with us as a walk in from the street. We were under big pressure to get test results, a RT-PCR Covid test for travel to Europe. Loop were able to get us the results on that same afternoon while still under the insurable fee. Also they have a really good front desk customer service.

Friendly, quick, easy and efficient! Not painful, at all. Quick results - in by 9:30-results by 5. They make testing easy-thank you!

This pain clinic needs to be put on the front cover of Chicago times for how incredible they are. Dr Elbaridi and his CLINICAL staff (nurses, medical assistant, doctors, physician associates including his front desk receptionist and office managers at this location ) are amazing!!! I brought my mom here after she had back and knee surgery and was still left in pain. The orthopedic surgeons couldn’t even fix and just wanted to prescribe pain pills. Dr Elbaridi had all these pain relieving alternative that don’t require controlled substances. The procedure doctor did alleviated my moms knee and back pain completely. She is finally able to live her life without pain. If you suffer from pain and want a solution don’t go anywhere else you are wasting Your time! Come to this clinic he is a Harvard trained physician and will help you like no other doctor can for Your pain in my opinion !!!

I use this clinic because it has a wide variety of appointment times and most importantly provides my PCR results well in advance for me to present to airlines in order to fly to certain international destinations. No hand ringing and stress about late test results. One is quickly in and out of the facility with a pre-booked appointment. This is the third time I’ve used Loop Medical Center for international travel requiring COVID test results pre boarding.

Loop Medical has been a terrific location for reliable and efficient COVID testing throughout the entire pandemic! From my first visit last year, to recent COVID tests and boosters, every experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the space is clean and spacious and my visits have never been crowded. Layla and her teammate tonight we’re so helpful and kind!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I came to the loop medical center to get tested for covid. The nurses walk you through the whole entire process with such care and patience. It was very quick and easy! The results came the very next day with a text and call to let me know it was ready for viewing. I personally really appreciate that as I can be forgetful at times running around. I highly recommend giving this facility a visit for your medical needs!

You’d imagine with such a location it would be impossible to get an appointment but boy was I wrong . On separate occasions I got an appointment online (time slots book up fast but there are so many) on my first try and my results were emailed to me faster than they quoted. Incredibly quick and hassle free unlike some of the other centers I tested at prior. I’ve sent a dozen or so employees and friends their way because of how well I was treated. Absolutely great experience. Dr. Albaridi is very competent, professional and you can tell he really cares about his patients, takes time to answer your questions and concerns. This place is my top choice in Chicago for me and my entire family. Can’t wait for the grand opening of One1spa is September!!!

Yesterday, October 2, I attended to obtain a PCR and be able to take a flight to Chile from Chicago at 3:15 p.m. Loop Medical Center was great because at 1:45 PM I had the result and I was able to travel. Previously I had no response from 2 previous examinations performed by negligent laboratory a Navy Pier located on Lake Shore Dr in Chicago. Thsnks Loop Medical Center

Was promised next day delivery for COVID test results, and nothing has come through 2 days later even though I paid $200. Now they won’t answer the phone Edit: Two weeks later and the results never came through. They clearly lost my test. Also no response to my phone calls or emails.

Making an appointment was easy, and I was in and out super fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. They did say I would receive and email and text when my result was ready, which did not arrive. However, my result was available within the patient portal by 6pm the same day (7:45am test).

I had a COVID vaccine appointment scheduled for this morning and it was cancelled without my knowledge. The check-in process has a series of 'consent and authorization' forms that the facility wants you to sign off on BEFORE you arrive to the facility but they do not provide a copy of that documentation that they are blindly asking you to agree to. I've tried contacting the department via phone and email multiple times in order to request copies of these documents but no one has responded. I'm simply asking for copies of the documents so that I can read what I'm signing off on, and no one is responding.

Staff was pleasant and gave clear directions to the process. Accurate information and super quick. Very clean and organized space. I’ve been twice and both times were similar experiences when getting my Covid test. It’s helpful to have kind people working when people are stressed about Covid. Thanks!

So so quick and easy, and very well spread out so that I felt more than a safe distance from others. The people who work there with friendly and efficient and explained how to do the self administered test well. The location is really convenient as well.

Workers were polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 2 minutes. I drive 30 minutes to come here. Quick, easy and free parking out front before 8am. It limited so get there early.

I had scheduled my appointment for the wrong date and was still able to test that day. Results are also a quick turnaround. Excellent facility!!

Your operation was just terrific… fast, efficient setup. Your people were direct but polite and even patient.. just great. I needed this test before the first open time I was able to schedule 12/26. I asked if I could be squeezed in today…in a slow time . “Sure” , was the answer…..super accommodating . I was in and tested and out of there in like 15 min. Best yet, I got my NEGATIVE answer in less than 3 hours this evening…. They said it could take up to 24 hours. So what did I think ..just a GREAT experience…kept up the good work. Regards Bill

Came here on Sunday morning for PCR testing and got my results back on Monday 1pm, way ahead of time for my Monday night flight. Sham was the most helpful nurse ever! She helped me decide whether an expedited order is necessary (in my case it was not; saved me $300). Highly recommend!

This is the worst medical service I have met. I got my Covid PCR test but cannot get any results in the next week. The officier promised that I can get the result in 1 hour. But in the next whole week I cannot get any results on the website, from email, or message. I have left Chicago and don't have time to go back to the office. I called them 6 times, no one answered and no one called me back. This laboratory is an impostor, they just take your money and do nothing.

Went to the Loop Medical Center-Streeterville for a routine test on a Sunday. Was able to make the appointment and complete all of the pre-appointment documentation online prior to arriving for the appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, the whole process took about 10 minutes and there were a few '15 minutes or less' parking spaces available in front of their building. Very efficient.

The office is very disorganized and the doctor is creepy and discriminated against me for my service animal. He said my dog needed a service animal tag (not required under the ADA) and when I showed him my dog was wearing one he got mad at me and said my dog was not allowed. Service animals are legally allowed to go to consultation visits with a potential new doctor.

I walked in very confused about neck pain I was experiencing and walked away with a plan in place to take care of it. Professional and courteous care. Highly recommended!

Very smooth and quick procedure. Politely greeted by the nurse upon entry, easy guidance provided for the self testing, and done! Less than 10 minutes and we were finished. Great service to have in these challenging times to return back to normal
