have
a
real
concern
about
the
customer
service
at
the
Pandora
store
located
on
533
N
Michigan
Ave,
Chicago.
I
had
received
an
email
that
my
order
would
cancel
24
hours
of
the
email,
I
work
in
surgery,
and
I
called
and
asked
for
it
to
be
held
for
pick
up
today
1/28/24,
before
closing
and
rather
than
apologizing
and
informing
me
that
orders
are
cancelled
overnight,
she
stated
that
there
is
nothing
she
could
do,
and
it
will
be
cancelled.
Now,
mind
you,
this
store
has
always
had
bad
customer
service,
but
I
decided
to
pick
up
my
merchandise
there
due
to
the
fact
it
is
close
to
my
employer.
Customer
service
is
an
expectation
when
I
go
to
any
store
it
should
not
be
for
convenience.
This
purchase
was
made
to
me
in
remembrance
of
my
pet
who
passed
away
on
Tuesday
and
to
see
that
there
was
no
compassion
for
me
made
me
very
upset,
but
here
lies
the
problem
I
had
taken
an
Uber
there,
to
get
my
order
so
it
would
not
cancel
and
online
on
Google,
it
states
that
the
store
hours
on
Saturday
is
9pm,
I
got
there
at
8:10
and
the
doors
were
locked.
So
once
again
I
was
inconvenienced
and
lost
money
with
me
paying
for
an
Uber.
I
have
been
shopping
with
Pandora
for
quite
a
while
and
to
be
treated
like
this
is
so
unacceptable.
I
will
no
longer
shop
at
that
location
ever
again.
