I have been a long term customer of Pandora never had a bad experience before, but this store isn’t a good representation of their good customers service. Worked with two different associates, both were very rude. Maybe it was the end of their shift, even if that was the case that is still not a reason to treat people bad. Poor explanation on price and policy just over all not a good experience. I know the big city Chicago environment is hectic but that doesn’t excuse bad customer service. I’ll stick to smaller local stores.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Sales representatives were very knowledgeable about promotions the store offered at time. I decided to apply for credit card and was approved. The sales representatives explained in details the perks of becoming Pandora card membership.

That’s about all I will say is the store is nice,I purchase a bracelet and four charms from theses scammers here at pandora and only wore my bracelet for two occasions I go to the box the other day and the bracelet is two different colors I call and left numerous of messages for this store and no reply so to all the ppl in Chicago so called praising pandora they are a SCAM and now I will contact every news station in Chicago to get this out there that I been scam by pandora..

Don’t waste your time. Refused to return a product within the return policy. Wont be buying anything from Pandora again. Cesar was a waste of time to work with. Additionally, was not greeted when I walked in, and was given a very negative expression by a team member as I walked around looking for help.

I went to pandora to buy a charm I was assign to melany unfortunately she was so rude and didnt allow me to even touch the charm when I was waiting she was treating an older white couple with much more respect and allowing to touch the charms but when she was servicing me she was so rude and didnt let me see the charm well I still bought it because I really wanted it but it was such a unpleasant horrible experience.

Horrible service! Which is a shame because every time ive gone into a Pandora its been such great service, but not here! Marcia was god awful. She wouldnt help me and my friends simultaneously and made us each wait. she made me feel so self-conscious about the appearance of my hands. (I have PCOS so i have hyper hair issues and larger hands in general) she had a gross expression on her face when I held up my hand. Not to mention she kept making statements on how they dont really carry rings for “my” size hands. Then when it came time to check out she wouldnt let us use our military discount and was wanting us to sign up for some dumb account in order to use it ? Ive gone multiple times and have only had to show the physical ID or state that I have a family member post Marines. I guess she didnt like that we were being “difficult” cause she tightened the hell out of my friends bracelet. So thanks for making me feel self-conscious about my hands cause instead of admiring my pretty ring all I see are my imperfections. 👎

My wife continued her journey of getting the local charm while on vacation. We got her bracelet cleaned while we were there and they were done by the time we finished checking out. Easy experience. She got the pizza slice with Chicago on the back.

Went to get a smaller size that was a gift and because it had a fight. Scratch that you barely could see I was not able to get a smaller size . Like a real jewelry would do they would buff what you cant hardly see and keep it moving. All the money I've spent at this store they will not have my bussiness anymore. ,all they can do is clean my shit that cost so much.

Amazing Pandora location! Eliza was so kind and helpful! I was looking for a locket style necklace for my mother and she went above and beyond assisting me! She helped me pick out a great combo of chain and charms! I could not be happier with my purchase for my mother and can’t wait till she opens it up! The pricing was very reasonable for some very very nice charms! Not only that but this location does engraving on site that can be done within minutes. They do a nice job with the presentation when you check out as well! Very cute gift rapping! I highly recommend this Pandora location! Great! Easy-going, awesome experience! Thank you again Eliza!

So I purchased a bangle with heart clasp (silver) less than 6 months. A piece came off , so it no longer can clasp together, remind you, you have a year warranty. Unfortunately it doesn't covers that piece. You spend all that money on their jewelry and still have to pay for repair. I don't think so. I'm NEVER patronizing their business again. Signed an ANGRY/Not satisfied customer!

I have a real concern about the customer service at the Pandora store located on 533 N Michigan Ave, Chicago. I had received an email that my order would cancel 24 hours of the email, I work in surgery, and I called and asked for it to be held for pick up today 1/28/24, before closing and rather than apologizing and informing me that orders are cancelled overnight, she stated that there is nothing she could do, and it will be cancelled. Now, mind you, this store has always had bad customer service, but I decided to pick up my merchandise there due to the fact it is close to my employer. Customer service is an expectation when I go to any store it should not be for convenience. This purchase was made to me in remembrance of my pet who passed away on Tuesday and to see that there was no compassion for me made me very upset, but here lies the problem I had taken an Uber there, to get my order so it would not cancel and online on Google, it states that the store hours on Saturday is 9pm, I got there at 8:10 and the doors were locked. So once again I was inconvenienced and lost money with me paying for an Uber. I have been shopping with Pandora for quite a while and to be treated like this is so unacceptable. I will no longer shop at that location ever again.

Went to this location to purchase a gift for my wife and the sales associate Daisy seemed irritated and impatient with my wife . She was also rude we asked to see certain items like we were bothering her . She also tried to double charge my card and also the ring that we decided to purchase she gave it to us with no box or bag . How unprofessional is that? Will not be coming back to this location .

After finally locating the store and getting to the door BEFORE 7! The security guard waved no and locked the door. So, I guess this is how they treat out of town guest! All I needed was my Chicago charm. Very disappointing to not be able to secure this charm on my visit.
