Went in to get a link out of my watch and Kevin was extremely friendly and took care of me right away. He even polished up my watch for me at no cost. Ali and Kevin were/are AMAZING sellers to work with when purchasing. I needed the ring I wanted to purchase sized up fairly significantly and they got back to me right away with not only the price but the time it would take to get it done. Spoke to Keith on the phone and he was super nice and excited when I told him I had a 1911 British Sovereign coin. When I went in I was upset to not see him, the lady that looked at my coin really didn’t seem like she knew a lot about it. After one minute she decided my coin was fake and not the correct weight.. I was told they would be able to test the gold in shop, but she said they don’t do that there. I took it to a much better shop and they verified my coin was in fact the correct weight and a REAL British sovereign coin (95% pure gold content) Offered me way more money than I was expecting. I feel like you guys may need to reconsider your employees, because even I could tell this coin was real gold.

They offered me $400 for a 17 gram 14k gold ring set with 6 round brilliant cut diamonds. Carat size: 3x 0.22, 2x 0.45 and 1x 0.16. All H color and VS1-2 clarity. On the bright side, they were friendly while trying to screw me...
