The food was good tasting, the coffee taste was perfect and could not stop getting more. All the servers came to our table at least once. We also had the Cinnamon Sugar Bread pudding,"AWESOME." Great place for breakfast, next is lunch.

Absolutely enjoyed our sunday breakfast. The french toast and loco moco benedict was tasty and large enough to share. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. Go early as the dine in area is small.

Was looking for a breakfast place close to the place we're staying at. Found this place via Yelp. Great reviews. My group ordered the local style breakfast plate, Loco moco, meat lovers omelet, and the kids had chocolate chip pancakes. If passing by Hawaii again, I would definitely recommend this place. There is a line to eat breakfast and we waited over 30 min. That's OK. It was worth it. Also, their coffee was unlimited. That is a plus.

Very busy, small cafe. Luckily, they had a table for 2 when we walked in so we were seated right away. However, the table was too small for our order. I didn’t realize the pancakes were so big. Haha. The food was okay. Potatoes were flavorless. They offer Tabasco, salt and pepper packets which helped. The staff is very friendly and were so quick to refill our waters without being asked. They stopped by a lot to check on us. Fair price for the amount of food we received.

Rise and Shine offers a gastronomic haven where breakfast transcends the ordinary. Their Eggs Benedict, a culinary masterpiece, boasts perfectly poached eggs atop English muffins, draped in silky hollandaise sauce. The genius lies in the harmonious marriage of flavors, as the richness of the hollandaise complements the subtle textures of the muffins and eggs. The loco moco mix adds a daring twist to the experience. This fusion of bold flavors infuses a sense of adventure, with a delightful interplay of savory and umami notes that dance on the palate. It's a journey through culinary landscapes, leaving patrons with a lingering desire for more. Yet, the star of our morning symphony is the homemade granola. Crafted with care, this granola is a revelation of crunch and sweetness. Each bite is a sensorial delight, with the earthy notes of nuts and grains blending seamlessly with the sweetness of dried fruits. The result is a breakfast sensation that transcends the mundane, setting a new standard for morning indulgence. Rise and Shine, doesn’t just serve breakfast; they have crafted an experience that elevates the morning ritual into a celebration of flavor, texture, and creativity. The culinary journey that promises to awaken your senses and redefine your breakfast expectations.

The perfect little breakfast/brunch stop. Staff is cheerful and provide one of the best service experiences I've had at a sit down restaurant on Oahu. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful food, great service- breakfast all-day ! They were very friendly and welcoming and the food was great- we had pancakes and waffles and egg dishes in our group and everything was good. I loved the huge banana mac pancakes (too big for 1 person, great to share) Would love to see refillable/reusable maple syrup containers in use instead of the single-use plastic ones (not real maple syrup) but everything else was reusable and high-quality, I love their coffee and we drank a lot thanks to their generosity. I think the prices are also the most reasonable we found in Hawaii for the generous sized portions of food like this - highly recommended.

We went here on the recommendation of a friend. It was nice to go someplace where the prices weren’t at the tourist level. We tried several meals, all of them were delicious and large portions. We left very full. The banana pancakes were nearly the size of the plate! The place is small but we were there at about 9:30 and were able to be immediately seated. The waitress was nice and attentive.

This establishment has been operating for the past 10 years. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Their homemade Cinnamon Rolls are one of my favorite treats, along with other delicious desserts. The food has the right amount of flavor to be enjoyed.

Had the Corned beef hash benedict and thought it was great. Corned beef was fresh, not canned, which was a nice change! Absolutely loved the seasoning on the side potatoes. Eggs were poached perfectly. Will definitely be back again!

Review from out of towners- Delicious breakfast food! Husband had the moco loco (said it was amazing), I had local breakfast with turkey sausage (very good & the potatoes were the best ones I've ever had!), & Son had breakfast burrito (also said best one ever)! A must try on Oahu! Short 20 minute wait but it's a small place only about 10 tables. Pancakes are huge but no one in my party had any.

I’ve had this place on my “want to go” list since I planned my Hawaiian trip and it didn’t disappoint. The fried rice 10/10. The croissant 10/10. The kimchi fried rice 10/10. Very affordable!! Excellent staff!! I ate my food too fast to get anymore pics.

This is a treasure restaurant for brunch. I ordered grilled salmon. The salmon is tender and the smashed potato is special and tastes good. The portion is big but the price is cheap! Will repeat

Local place. Just what we were looking for. The staff were so welcoming and the food was absolutely the best. Even the potatoes -- no need for ketchup. Various eggs Benedict dishes. The corned beef eggs Benedict was great, but get the blackened salmon eggs Benedict. Out of this world.

Got a take out Breakfast Burrito. Prices got raised, so it was $8.50 before tax. Still delicious. Absolutely coming back for that burrito again.

Stopped here on our drive to the North Shore and had a wonderful breakfast. My husband ordered the traditional eggs benedict and I had a Belgian waffle. Best breakfast we had on our 2-week trip to Hawaii. Fast, friendly service and great desserts, too. Highly recommend!

This was our first stop on our trip...we were starving! Food was good....tried the local favorites...loco moco, giant banana nut panckake with coconut sauce...Portuguese sausage. Service was great, they were very attentive here and check up on you often.

I usually get the breakfast burrito and I pay extra to add avocado, it is very disappointing when I’m paying extra and I get brown avocado. I should not be getting brown avocado at all even if it was free. This has happened to me a handful of times. Do better

Potoates crunchy and undercooked. And my pancakes were sad and not even cooked, tried to reheat on the stove enough to brown. Might as well as have been bread biscuits. Went to the ER. I’m pretty sure it was because of this.

Seated within 5 minutes on a Friday, mid-morning, for a party of 6. Nice simple breakfast menu. I got the Florentine Benedict. Tasty hollandaise sauce on a beautifully poached egg and well-seasoned potatoes on the side. Their desserts are what you really want though! I got the last cinnamon bun and it was amazing (even three days later). The pumpkin crunch bread pudding was amazing too. As well as the tres leches cake and chocolate peanut butter cake. Definitely grab some of those before you go for an afternoon snack.

I highly recommend the Banana Macadamia Nut Pancake!!! I will definitely seek it out the next time we visit.

So delicious. Pancakes are really good but the Eggs Benedict Florentine are divine 😋. New fav breakfast place.

We were so excited to eat, forgot the photos but presentation for a to go order was on point. We ordered a berry waffle, berry French toast, and a breakfast veggie burrito. Kids really loved the fresh fruit and whipped cream. Ordering online was so simple and I walked right in to pick up. Rise and Shine staff went over my order with me and asked if I needed anything additional, great customer service. A lot of places when you order pickup just hand you your food and move on, NOT here. Everything was incredible. Been living in the area for 6 weeks and just ate here. Wish I found this spot sooner but glad I have it now!!!! You won’t be disappointed. Will be ordering many more times for breakfast pickup.
