We were greeted with surprise to see how large the office were. The service given was very professional. I was impress on there equipment so advance. My cleaning and fluoride was administered. Very impressed! I want all to experience what we experienced My second visit was smooth. I don’t like needles but doc managed to be gentle. I think the office should provide dark glasses to keep the light from your eyes

Warm welcome staff that is ON TIME! Keeps you updated with easy text or email, but a caring dentist AND staff that really listen to you. HIGHLY recommend! And if you have to have any 'major' work done - they do everything in house. So no repeat appointments coming back for fittings - they can do it and save you TONS of time!

Today were first time appointments for myself and my daughter. The entire staff from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor were all incredibly friendly. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming. A great experience all around...on time, thorough, painless both physically and financially. We will be coming back for sure!

I've already had three appointments here and each visit has been great. I will say most of my interaction is with the dental hygienist as I do not have many issues with my teeth, but the little interaction I did have with the dentist, I've been happy. The staff is great, and has been able to work with me the last two appointments to reschedule as finding child care was difficult for me. The waiting room and individual rooms are quite comfortable. I'm glad I found this practice and would recommend it to anyone. Update: 2 more appointments in, one for some dental work with Dr. Lum, and I'm still very pleased with everything. A very efficient, professional practice.

The front desk is always polite and knows my name and children's name when we walk in the door. I never have to wait long before the hygienist comes to get me for my cleaning. She is very polite. It's like seeing an old friend and picking up on a conversation. She is very thorough and professional. The doctor is very nice and thanks me for coming to see them. This is the best dental office I have ever been to, bar none. Its such a professional and friendly atmosphere.I would recommend Dr. Lum and his office to anyone looking for a dental family clinic. I always get so nervous going to a new dentist but everyone is this office was so nice! I had an amazing visit and even scheduled my next appointment. I only waited 5 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back which is amazing compared to hour long wait I have had at other offices. Overall very pleased!!!

Today was my family's first cleaning at Dr. Lum's office. The staff was not only professional and knowledgeable, but they were very personable. My family was a bit optimistic switching to a new dentist, however the overall experince and comfortable atmosphere that Dr. Lum and his staff provided was outstanding!

Dr. David is a friendly and gentle dentist. I just finished a six-month cleaning, and he did an excellent job. I usually cringe at dentist appointments, but both Drs. Lum and the staff here are awesome and make seeing the dentist not bad at all. I would highly recommend them!
