I
wanted
to
take
a
few
minutes
to
express
my
greatest
appreciation
for
the
wonderful
care
and
service
I
experienced
at
Palola
Dental
today.
Sounds
kinda
crazy
that
someone
would
be
happy
and
satisfied
going
to
the
dentist
-
right
?
Anyhow,
even
before
I
walked
in
the
door
or
met
any
of
your
team,
I
had
a
very
good
feeling
that
Palola
Dental
will
be
my
new
“dental
home.”
The
professional
and
welcoming
communication
when
I
called
to
inquire
if
you
folks
are
accepting
new
patients,
to
the
ease
of
scheduling
appts.,
to
the
user
friendly
on-line
site
/
electronic
communication
/
forms
/
etc.,
to
the
wonderful
care
and
use
of
technology
(even
the
massaging
/
vibrating
device
that
makes
the
anesthesia
shots
for
babies
like
me
and
ultrasonic
teeth
cleaning
device)
and
even
remembering
to
quickly
call
and
offer
an
open
appointment
due
to
a
last
minute
cancellation.
Just
a
wonderful
experience
and
Dr.
Palola
was
incredible.
So
friendly,
caring,
gentle,
detailed
and
communicated
so
well,
explained
so
I
can
easily
understand
and
can’t
forget
all
the
things
pink
in
color
!
As
soon
as
I
got
home,
I
quickly
told
my
wife
about
how
happy
I
was
with
the
Palola
Dental
team
and
what
great
care
and
service
I
received
-
which
is
why
she
quickly
made
a
change
in
her
dental
care
appts
with
another
dentist
and
decided
to
immediately
to
go
to
Palola
Dental.
I
quickly
messaged
another
one
of
your
patients,
4
of
my
friends
on
the
mainland
and
even
told
my
cousins
who
live
in
Wahiawa
that
this
was
the
best
dental
office
around.
I
don’t
want
to
tell
too
many
people
-
otherwise
I
won’t
be
able
to
get
an
appt.
Just
kidding.
As
a
note
-
I
retired
as
a
regional
director
for
a
very
large
healthcare
organization
in
Southern
Calif.
-
and
had
to
provide
care
and
service
to
a
membership
in
the
millions
-
so
I
have
an
idea
of
how
hard
it
is
-
but
so
important
to
give
high
quality
of
care
and
service.
That’s
how
you
get
patients
to
keep
coming
back
!
You
guys
might
be
a
small
office,
but
I
was
highly
impressed
how
effective
and
efficient
the
operations
ran,
how
clean
and
spotless
the
entire
office
was
and
how
professionalism
was
demonstrated
at
the
highest
level.
Excellent
job
by
everyone
!
I
think
all
my
points
paint
the
picture
very
well
-
so
I
don’t
need
to
keep
rambling
on
and
on.
Palola
Dental
exceeded
my
expectation
and
without
question
I
am
already
a
highly
satisfied
and
loyal
patient.
One
last
story…
I
mentioned
that
I
just
came
back
from
a
short
trip
to
LA
yesterday.
Actually
I
flew
in
/
out
of
Long
Beach
Airport
-
where
Hawaiian
Airlines
only
has
one
single
flight
daily
to
Honolulu
and
one
flight
daily
to
Maui.
The
Honolulu
flight
left
at
7:30
and
I
was
on
the
8:50
Maui
connecting
flight
to
Honolulu.
My
flight
had
to
return
to
the
gate
during
take
off
because
of
a
mechanical
light
issue.
The
first
thing
I
thought
about
was
“oh
no”
-
I
have
a
dental
appointment
in
the
morning
and
if
this
flight
is
cancelled
-
how
I
am
getting
there?
I
was
willing
to
take
a
cab
to
LA
International
Airport
to
jump
on
a
late
afternoon
flight
if
I
had
to.
Luckily,
the
mechanics
were
able
to
fix
the
plane
problem
and
I
did
make
it
home
yesterday
afternoon.
But
how’s
about
that
-
I
was
at
the
airport
worrying
about
making
it
to
my
dental
appt
.!
Just
wanted
to
let
you
guys
know
how
wonderful
I
think
the
Palola
Dental
Team
is
and
the
care
and
service
provided
is
"world
class"
!
Honestly,
the
best
dental
care
I
have
ever
received.
I
am
so
happy
I
found
Palola
Dental.
