He gives long explanations about what’s going on in my mouth and all of my options. He is very detailed and does great dental work and so while I’m there in his chair even though I’m a big baby and hate being drilled on my teeth I keep thinking of how much I love him. (I’m old enough to be his mother so no not romantically.)

Dr. Lau and his staff have been my go to dentist for over 13 years, maybe even longer. I have multiple friends and family who also see him and his team. Terri, Nancy, Akane and the rest of the team are always warm, friendly, and welcoming! I never have any problems, my teeth and gums are well taken care of, and appreciate that they are the same staff who've been there since I started as a patient. That is a rarity in today's medical offices and that is a testament to their synergy and the positive environment!

I have been seeing Hygienist, Nancy, for years and she has always done a great job! She is very detailed about the treatment process and always emphasized on my home care regimen where I could improve on, which creates a lot of value for me.

Dr Lau is patient and very attentive in addressing pain I felt during my crown procedure. He made me feel more at ease, especially when he said “90%” done 😅

This was my first time visiting Dr. Liu's clinic. The fluent Cantonese spoken by Dr. Liu, Nancy and the front desk girl Zhang made me feel warm. Dr. Liu has superb medical skills and answers meticulously and patiently. Nancy is gentle and serious, and she teaches She gave me some practical dental care skills; Ms. Zhang is enthusiastic, considerate, and understanding. In short, I found the right place and I like it here.
