Jess was great! I haven't had a massage in over a decade. She explained all the different techniques that she was gonna do and how they help your muscles relax. She was also very helpful and informative about what I could do to help upkeep my body from tightening up again with all the muscle tension that had built up throughout the years. I highly recommend! If you want a heaven on earth experience, then book sessions with Jess. She is legit amazing. I had a 90 minute massage with laser treatment. She used her laser on my hip and shoulder. I was in pain and experiencing stiffness when I walked in. Both areas feel great and the stiffness in shoulder rotation is almost back to full range. One more treatment and I’m sure it’ll be 100%. Her massage protocol is so relaxing and soothing. She used hot rocks, trigger point release, scraping and oils. I booked another session right away.
