I was very anxious as time was getting closer for my procedure. I had my 2 bottom wisdom teeth extracted, which both were impacted, and chose to have laughing gas and local anesthetics. For me, the laughing gas isn’t what most people think or see on YouTube where people are really out of it and saying crazy things (I was trying to find someone I knew that had laughing gas to tell me their experience but I couldn’t find anyone who did, so I wanted to share). Different people may react differently to laughing gas, but it helped me calm down and alleviate my anxiety. They also had a numbing gel to numb up the area before injecting the local anesthetics. I felt pressure from the extractions, but I was definitely chilled out. Nothing hurt and I would honestly do it again haha. The staff were really nice and polite and made sure I was okay during the whole procedure. (Side note: they let me listen to music! It really helped to distract me, aside from keeping my eyes shut the entire time). After the procedure, they go over the aftercare with you and give you extra supplies you will need for recovery. This was my first actual surgery ever in my life and I’m glad everything went smoothly. I definitely would recommend going here as they are very trustworthy and great!

My procedure and post procedure for my 2 front teeth bone graft and posts implants went very smoothly. Every time I felt unsure on if there was an infection or not, Dr. Neil Oishi made it very easy for me to contact him and was keen on getting me in as soon as possible to be able treat or relieve any worries I may have had after the surgery. The environment felt very warm and welcoming for every time I was greeted at the door both during and after the procedure. Great thanks and aloha to Pacific Maxillofacial Center for the amazing work they do and the great people working there.

Dr Oishi and staff were very professional AND super friendly and personable. They explained every step of the process (implant) and made me feel comfortable and at ease . “Five stars” across the board ❗️

Best dental office for Wisdom extractions! Dr. Oishi was very patient and quick along with the support of his team they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process (providing a warm blanket and a headset for calm music) making sure everything was alright. Then D.A.s explained the after care thoroughly as well as a check up call after I left the office to help answer any concerns regarding the procedure which was very nice because there’s always something as a patient you forget to ask in the heat of the moment. They really care about their patients their thoughtfulness and dedication is really seen as a team from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave 💕 a great start to my dental journey thanks to this wonderful office !

couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Christine along with the other front desk staff are wonderful. Dr. Haruki and his dental assistant were so kind and efficient. I felt so comfortable the entire time during the procedure. the dental assistant was excellent and very knowledgeable talking me through everything including the post-op instructions.
