There needs to be a better system with the availability of the primary care doctors. Waiting months to see someone is not feasible when you have an issue that is not an emergency. When Urgent Care advises you to see your doctor but you can’t so you end up going to ER. There should be at least a few open spots for the same day appointments or within the next day or two.

The staff and doctors were so kind and helpful. From making sure I was warm and comfortable, to reassuring me when I felt anxious, they didn’t miss a beat. The team was efficient and quick without making things feel rushed at all.

Doctor is very good. I really enjoy him. Mostly because of his personality and concerns. One of the better doctors I have of so many. Also for Castle with follow-up. Thank you.

Highly recommend Dr. Friedlander at Pali Women’s! She is very consent-informed and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on. She was up to date on the latest research and birth control options. Only giving 4 stars because my appointment had to be rescheduled a few times due to a delay with a prior authorization. But great communication despite the delay.

From someone who is very skeptical on my body being touched…I am so grateful for Doctor Friedlander! Every appointment I’ve had with her, she has ALWAYS calmly talked me through everything! She is very knowledgeable with her practice and never fails to remind me that it is always my choice what I would and wouldn’t like done at my appointments based off of her recommendation of what needs to be done! Doctor Friedlander and her staff has made both my pregnancies very enjoyable with their friendly and comforting costumer service! Love this place! Friendly n courteous staff, checked me in quickly. Once vitals were taken n meds reviewed, Dr Kaminskas saw me in a few minutes. Such a gracious n caring person/ doctor.

I have three doctors with Adventist health and every time I want to contact any of them I have to go through a Central call station. Today I called and the woman told me just to drive to get my lab results. She lied to me and told me she could not transfer me to, a receptionist there, which the second person I spoke to was able to transfer me to a receptionist. She would not give me her name and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she pu me on hold without telling me why. It is not HIPPA compliant for me to have to give private information to the phone center person when they ask why I’m calling. I work, it is nearly impossible for me to answer the phone during the day if I have to wait for a callback. There’s absolutely no reason why I should not be able to directly access my doctors office over the phone. I am seriously considering changing all three of my Adventist health doctors for this reason only! I like all of my doctors, but it’s not worth it having to spend a half an hour on the phone just to get through to the doctors office!! I have already gotten a referral for a urologist in honolulu, I live in Kailua.
