Our server was excellent on this visit. She made sure our drinks were full and checked in with us an appropriate amount. She even got some pizza dough to keep the kids entertained while we waited for the food. For the food, we had 3 pizzas, 2 pastas and a salad to share and the food tasted great.

CPK Kapolei is my go to pizza, the location is airy, clean usually no line, severs are friendly and the pizza is never burned. Highly recommended if you are in the Kamakana Alii area!

Overall not a bad experience, but compared to my visit to another location in Virginia, it was not the same great experience. My server Sami was very nice and her customer service was good. The restaurant was not packed at all, so it was kind of annoying that our drink from the bar took quite a while to get to us. Our food was prompt and came out nice and hot. My only issue with the food was that they ran out of regular pepperoni, just think that is something a pizza place should not run out of. All in all I like it and would come back.

Mom's 85th Bday party of 13....I think our waiter was new... inexperienced or overwhelmed cause he stayed away more then he serviced us... had to walk up to the counter a few times to ask for napkins... water...etc! couldn't keep up with us lol... Food was ok but some items a bit overcooked... Mgr was attentive to our concerns... Drinks were great Margherita's n Sangria's ...

Food was delicious, I got the Chicken BBQ Pizza and the 🍨 was the Belgium Chocolate with Ice cream. The dumplings appetizers were great as well and the lettuce wrap appetizer was also a delicious. You cannot go wrong at this place.

I was very happy with the efficiency of the takeout process. From ordering on the phone, to parking in the designated pick up stalls, to walking in and paying for my order. CPK definitely has this down. There was very minimal wait time and the process was super easy. The customer service was also very friendly on both the phone and when I went inside to pay. I was disappointed, however, in the quality of the food. My food was so over cooked it was unpleasant to eat. I was also disappointed in the size of the pizza. The pizzas were pretty small compared to the price. Definitely not worth the price for this pizza because of the taste and size.

Uhhh halfway thru my salad I found this not so delicious morsel of plastic! So glad I didn't chomp too hard on it! Could have caused some serious damage! It's a $20 salad so I'm debating whether to just finish it hoping for no more surprises? Or cut my losses and chuck it? 😢 Food usually good, cashiers and servers pleasant. Good location.

Well, let me start by saying that my recent visit to the Kapolei California Pizza Kitchen was truly an adventure I didn't expect! I placed an online order for my daughter and myself, and things started off on a bit of a "flip side." When I arrived for pickup at 6:08 pm (a whopping 5 minutes past my designated 6:03 pm pickup time), I was greeted by the ever-friendly M****. She informed me that my daughter's pizza was taking a little detour from the oven's conveyor belt, but she assured me it wouldn't be long. So, I plopped down, facing the kitchen, ready for some pizza gazing. Now, let me paint the scene for you - there was another employee, let's call her Nes**, who seemed to be channeling her inner pizza acrobat. I mean, I thought I was watching a pizza-themed magic show! She tossed a pizza onto the counter with all the flair of a frustrated pizza-throwing champion, but the poor pizza apparently missed the memo about its landing. Down it went, upside-down on the floor! Without missing a beat, Nes** retrieved the pizza, gave it a "Hey, you're back!" toss onto the counter, and well, let's just say it's the first time I've seen a pizza stuck in an unexpected handstand. Now, dear readers, you might be wondering, "Did anyone notice the gravity-defying pizza?" Well, rest assured, our hero M**** was on the case! She swooped in like a pizza-savior, discovered the acrobatics, and realized that the upside-down daredevil was, in fact, my order. Yikes! At that point, I just couldn't resist - I had to ask for the name of our pizza performer, Nes**. This whole experience left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, I appreciate the transparency of the process - who knew pizza tossing was a legitimate Olympic sport? On the other hand, I must admit, the mental image of that pizza doing a somersault makes me wonder about the hidden talents of the kitchen staff. And just as I watched my dinner defy gravity, I can't help but wonder what other tricks might be going on behind the scenes. All joking aside, my trust in the culinary prowess at this CPK has been a little shaken, but I do hope this little pizza mishap is a one-time event. Kudos to M**** for being a pizza vigilante and handling the situation with grace. As for Nes**, well, I'm sure she's an expert in high-flying dough theatrics now. Who knows, maybe they can start a new show - "CPK's Got Talent: The Pizza Edition." In the end, while I've had plenty of positive experiences at this CPK in the past, this visit was certainly one for the books. I'll keep my fingers crossed that future visits involve fewer gravity-defying pizza performances and more of the deliciousness I've come to know and love.

Service was lacking. We ordered our appetizers first and it came with our main meals which was disappointing. Our initial waitress didn't come back and check on us in a timely manner. We always had to flag down someone for refills on our drinks. Disappointing, I guess next time we will have to go to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate our daughter's birthday.

I was excited to order my food today! A pregnancy craving! Well to my surprise, the food was horrible. I usually love their dynamite shrimp and I had about 8. The portion size was ridiculous. My chicken club sandwich was very bland but the part that made me mad most, was the crispy potatoes. I had 3 with crumbs as if I’d gotten the bottom of the basket. Every other experience has been great, they were busy and it reflected heavily on my to go order. We spent $80 on a meal that was horrible and unfortunately this is the last time they get our business. I wish I had taken pictures but I gave mine to my husband so he could have a full portion.

Haven't been to CPK for awhile since they removed something I enjoyed back in the day, but since it was the birthday lady request I came to this location. So overall everything was great, especially the service. We stayed awhile since I haven't seen my friend for over a year did some catching up, was seated quickly for a Saturday night.
