Ice cream is great. Service is not. We entered with a group of 11. Rather than be happy about the business they were upset and insisted that only one of the three workers could help us so the others could help anyone who came in behind us. As a result those in our group who ordered first were done and ready to leave before some of us had even given our orders.

I've been to many Cold Stone's and this was the worst. They mixed my ice cream and then threw part of it away instead of putting in the bowl. Definitely not worth 10 dollars. Pretty much gone by the time I paid and walked out. Normally I can't finish a small and the medium barely had anything. Just disappointing.

We arrived at 9:40 and the shop was empty but the employee refused to serve us. She said that they were short staffed. How many people do they need to scoop an ice cream?! My 2 kids were completely disappointed . Will not be returning!

5 stars for the employees. A/C currently down. Hope you and your team can get that fixed soon. I feel for you guys in that heat.

terrible customer service !!! was rushing us once we step foot in the door, and one staff was even taking pictures, and they didnt even ask if i wanted whip cream and assumed i didnt want whip cream and my friend ordered after me and got whip cream. i even asked if there was a charge for it. (the picture on the sign all milkshakes had whipcream with it) and my milkshake had chocolate in it and i ordered strawberry, what if i was allergic (im also assuming its chocolate but who knows)

Young adult staff are great. This Cold Stone has shave ice!!!

Two girls who worked there that night were the sweetest!! Although the blond guy that was there was very rude and had horrible customer service, he needs therapy👍🏽

We really enjoyed a create your own with french vanilla ice cream and fresh banana with peanuts, caramel& fudge. We called it a fanana split (fake banana split) ONO! Plus the guy that helped us was super fast and efficient mahalo Michael

Worst Coldstone I have ever had! I go to coldstone often in the contential states, so I have been to over 2 dozen locations and many repeated. This coldstone had the worse service, the least available toppings and add ins, and the ice cream melts like marble slab.. It isn't like any other location I have had. I went twice and still the same experience, and when you're paying more on Maui you expect to get a high enough quantity.. $10.50 for a gotta have it, but only 2 reeses.. COME ON!

Im a coldstone lover and since i moved to hawaii i was looking for a coldstone store i was surprised that there was one in lahaina and closed so i drived to this one and i didn't lost my trip. It was the best ice cream that i eat in my all life. Cotton candy and white chocolate flavor with brownie and caramel syrup (numi). I would like to go again but it's so far away.

Was about to close but they opened the door! I would've totally understood if they locked us out at closing time. Cool people working!

One worker for each group rule made this attempt at having a family treat take a ridiculously long time. I get that a big group is hard to handle, but this clearly management-imposed policy has made us unlikely to ever return to this business. Hope a change is made!

High price for ice cream, but it's really tasty. I enjoy Cake Batter with Graham crackers mixed in.

luckily our ice creams were tasty and the young girl that served us was pleasant, but when we finished eating I noticed the young girls mom who had picked her up had come and parked beside our car from 5 spots over and as we approached she insisted we hit her car and was pointing to a dent that was invisible to us, I knew this was a scam since when we exited the car we were beside a green toyota pickup and when we came back her white car was parked there instead and we had not gone back to the car since exiting and getting our ice cream - just a heads up to look for any similar scams perhaps

Amazing experience. Walked in at 9.45pm and greater with smiles, even though there was already a line of people. Ice cream was awesome!! Love it!!
