I loved Little Beach. It was my first clothing optional beach and I felt great. The place had a lot of people, but it was quiet and peaceful. The water was calm and the tide got a little stronger as the sun went down.

Certainly still a clothing optional beach despite signs prohibiting nudity. According to local hearsay, the designation as a state park is the issue with nudity and a few people have gotten tickets for nude sunbathing, approximately $130 each. Enforcement is rare but lately at 4:00PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Join Friends of Little Beach which is gaining power to restore the 70 year tradition of the beautiful beach.

Cool beach. It was definitely a unique experience to be naked in the ocean. Everyone should try it at least once. It's like taking a bath in nature.

Probably my favorite experience of the whole trip. We went on Sunday for the beach party. It was amazing. The openness of everyone was refreshing. The drum circle was amazing. Good vibes all around. Climbing the rocks was definitely easier while it was still light out but I would recommend 10/10. Would definitely go back on a Sunday.

Easy to find using Google maps. Access is via Big Beach. You need to go thru a gate and climb up the steep rocky hill to get to this place. Warning: not for kids. Nudity is observed even with signs posting against it.

Totally enjoyed my time at this beach! Clothes are completely optional so be warned! The sand in this place is just wonderful and plenty of it too. You do have to claim a bit to get to this side of the beach. There is some trails in the back of the beach that connect you to the other side of the park, if you have time you should walk along the trails. Often no one is back there. You can see Molokini and Lanai from here. The sunsets are beautiful and sometimes there is a drum circle when the sun goes down. Pretty rad place!

Very lovely, small beach. Clothing optional and everyone is very respectful. Worth it for folks who want to frolic in the water but be prepared to be tossed in the waves! The currents and waves were no joke.

Didn’t actually go to the beach but found where it was. Once you get to Mākena Beach you have to walk all the way to the right and up some steep rocks. After you’re up the rocks it’s just a short walk down to the beach.

Great family atmosphere. Teach children when they are young not to be offended by their own bodies. This is a natural, beautiful place. No harm whatsoever will come to them, and they will be the most free they have ever been. I promise you, they will thank you for these enlightened experiences when they are older. Nobody stares, it's just God's greatest gifts laid out before us, the majestic nature of Maui Beach.

An amazingly beautiful and secluded clothing optional beach. Great place, either nude or clothed. Soft sand and clear waters. Not a particularly calm beach, but the waves just add to the fun. Best place to meet down to earth people who just love life.

Great beach, but please be very careful going in the water, find out where and when it's ok to do so. I almost drowned there about an hour ago on the north side of it. It seemed fun, one moment standing waist deep, next moment you dive into a wave and surface 100ft away from the shore and cant get back. A man named Jack and two of his friends whose names I unfortunately don't know saved my and my wife's lives. We were lucky he was nearby when we got swept away by a riptide. He got me on his paddle board and then his friends saw us struggling and helped us all to the shore... it took a while and we all were exhausted. I won't remember the special bathing experience when I think of this beach probably but I will always remember these three great men who saved our lives. We were unbelievably lucky to have you there in that moment. Forever grateful to you. Y+B.

Indeed a little beach, not much space to have on your own. Maybe half of the people were partially or fully nude. Full nude tended to be older men. People seemed to be focused on their own groups and not staring. State police come through and close the beach at 4p on weekends, they lock the gate on the rock steps to get there from big beach. Technically nudity is illegal.

Amazing clothing optional beach with some of the friendliest people and amazing views. Short hiking trails off the far end are fun to explore as well! Already missing this beach and plan to return!

Best beach on the planet, but be careful as the rip will suck you out and then plaster you on the rocks. Great body surfing break, but be careful as it will try to plant your head in the sand. Lots of buts associated with Little Beach, including some lovely bare ones!

Went on Juli 19th 2022 and currently the access to Little Beach is closed. The short walk/hike up the hill got completely washed away by recent waves.

Great beach... didn't love paying entry fee and parking. $20 total to visit a beach. Should be free, like the rest of Maui

Best nude beach I’ve ever been to. Polo Beach is nice however this is better. Can’t wait to go back!

Hello, apparently this is a nudist beach and when I came naked, everyone started running away. And on top of that, mothers with children were screaming, my rating is 1.
